Wir haben in der Neujahrszeit mit unserer zwei Kleinkinder das Hotel bewohnt und fanden es für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr geeignet. Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich, und einfach "alles in Ordnung". Da es in unmittelbare Nähe zur Wohngebiet unsere dort ansässige Familie liegt, werden wir uns in alle wahrscheinlichkeit dort wieder zurückfinden.

Der Service war OK, hätte aber besser sein können. Das Full Breakfast war leider nicht so toll. Die Lage ist gut. Das Hotel ist vom Seawall Blvd leicht zurückgesetzt, was den Lärmpegel reduziert aber den Weg zum Strand nicht wesentlich verlängert. Man sollte um ein Zimmer in den Oberen Etagen bitten, wegen der besseren Aussicht.

Das Hotel war ganz OK. Housekeeping nur einmal die Woche. Zielgruppe sind ganz klar Angehörige von Patienten im nahen Medical Center. Ich würde dort wieder zwei-drei mal übernachten. Die Umgebung war ein wenig laut (Eisenbahntrasse in der Nähe, Technikgebäude des Medical Center direkt hinterm Haus). Houston Zoo und Science Museum noch zu Fuß erreichbar, alles andere mit Auto.

The hotel was clean. Staff was very nice. Wished it had a laundry room. Their breakfast was good. Staff helped us with directions to where we were going to the next day. The hotel was 5 minutes from the Kemah Boardwalk, 5 minutes from NASA and 30 minutes from Galveston.

"Service was lacking"
Hotel was great, but service lacked a little. I requested our sheets be changed at the front desk, however when we returned at 11:00 that same night, they had still not been changed. Had to go to front desk and get sheets to change them myself.

"Disappointed with Pool"
I made and paid for reservations as a treat for my daughter and 3 of her friends because they wanted to get away for a few days and relax around the pool and maybe ride out to the beach in Galveston for a day. They were very disappointed with the pool because there were no lounge chairs, just a few lawn chairs! Needless to say, they ended up driving […] to Galveston all 3 days so they could actually lay out. I honestly didn't think about asking if the pool had lounge chairs when I made the reservations because I've never been to a pool that didn't have them. Mehr

"Good hotel but thin walls"
Everything was great until the people in the next room turned on their tv and started talking at 630 in the morning! They were talking at normal levels and the tv wasn't loud but we could hear everything, and it kept us awake on one of our few mornings to sleep in!

Room was nice and spacious. Hotel is close to the Johnson Space center and Kemah Boardwalk. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I had the best hotel experience at the Hampton Inn. It was everything we were looking for. For the price of the hotel, we were amazed at the hospitality we recieved. "Great....but...."
We stay at Hampton Inns on most of our trips and really like them but this time I was given room 126 which wound up being very close to the exit door. Every time someone went in or out, there was a loud clank as the door release was pressed. This went on until late at night and you could also hear people talking as they came in. The hotel was very clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was really clean and even tho hotel seemed full all was quite.. The hotel is centrally located to alot of area attractions..Your just a few minutes from the Kemah boardwalk. It took us just 20 minutes to reach the sea wall in Galveston. From the person at the desk that greeted us to the wonderful breakfast lady everyone was a joy to meet.
The hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and went out of their way to assist. Had free hot and cold buffet breakfast with wide variety of choices. "Good Enough"
The grounds and room were very clean. The staff was nice, and answered any questions that we had. The breakfast was great. On the negative side, the walls are thin and the bed matress is worn. We kept rolling into the middle of the bed and the boards were poping any slight move we made. Overall good stay and very clean.

My family and I were visiting family members and we needed to accomidate for my 8 yr. and 1 yr. old. The attending was very helpful in that he put us in a large room that had a king size bed and then sent up a roll-away for my 8 yr. old and we had a playpin for the baby. I have nothing negitive to say about this hotel. Everything was great...the room was spotless, the bed very comfy, the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was fresh and there was plenty to choose from. I will return, and will look for Hampton when I am traveling.

When I first arrived in seabrook I was unable to find the hotel. It was really late and dark. I called the hotel and they were nice and directed me an my family to the hotel. The people there were very friendly. The hotel room was clean and the beds were soooo comfortable I didnt want to get out of bed the next morning.
