Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Empfehlenswert ist es den Kaffee bei der Bedienung zu bestellen.

Sehr günstig gelegen. Tag und Nacht Bus- und Metroanschluss.

Over all was ok, was clean, close to the metro station, but definitely not a 4 star hotel! Pictures of the room are not even close to the one we got, a double bed surrounded by walls and windows, barely space to walk around! Was fairly clean and continental breakfast was decent! The Hotel was near the Train Station which was convenient for us (Laurentina Train Station). Although this Hotel is Consider a 4 Star, I dont think so. I might consider this hotel a MOTEL. If you are planning a nice romantic time this Hotel may not be for you. The Rooms are too small. If you mind the smell of Smoke this Hotel is not for you. except the restaurant staff the other things were ok. it is at the last metro station in walking distance and the room was a bit small, but clean and comfy. as I mentioned before the only problem was restaurant staff and service specially the lady with short hair ;) she was rude and not helpful at all, she didn't bother to even bring our dessert!!

Not a luxury hotel but its clean and relatively comfortable. Although the metro station is very close by it doesn't detract from the fact that the hotel is very far from the city and not all that close to the airport either (if you're getting there by public transport).

I read a lot of different hotel reviews before I booked this hotel. This was by far the cheapest hotel and we stayed for 4 nights. It is not in my opinion a 4 star, due to the size of some of the rooms. The first night they put us in 219, probably the smallest room they have. This was right above the traffic lights and bus stop on the very busy main […] road and proved to be very noisy. (Are all romans potential racing drivers?) The balcony at the front only serves to funnel the noise at night and I hardly slept even with ear plugs. We asked to move to the back of the hotel the next morning but they only had room at the front top right corner with very low ceilings and only 2 small skyline windows, loads of space though! The constant rumble of traffic through the night was much quieter and we slept well! The best thing was the location next to a metro stop 3 mins walk away. The stop was the last on the line so you were guaranteed a seat and they seemed to arrive every 5 mins! Colosseum was only 10 mins away. You don't need a car or to use the buses, the metro got you everywhere up to 11.30pm and a new line opens up soon. The buffet breakfast was good too. If you stay here, ask for a room at the back or very high up, (they have 3 lifts), unless you can sleep through a racket! Rome was beautiful and felt very safe, enjoy! Mehr

Hotel had good location close to airport. No parking available when we reached hotel; had to park in street. The room was adequate for the night, but would not stay here longer than that. It is located on a very busy street which was under construction at time of stay. The room was extremely noisy. Had to open door to balcony and let cool air in since […] the a/c did not work. The breakfast was adequate. Internet was not free, had to pay a fee to use it. At check-out, only one employee working at desk, and there were too many people waiting to in line to check out of the hotel. Mehr

well i was hopeing to get a room that was some what like the ones they show, but didn't i ended upi getting avery small room which didn'tr have even room to walk through... in short these rooms are way to small. and on another note the the A/C unit that was in my room really didn't kick out any air after tell that the frount desk about the problem about […] 5 times it still didn't get fixed since they wouldn't give me back myu money so i decide to sick it out. so i really don't recomand this hotel to any one in fact there where everyday some one complaining or leaving due the fact that the hotel was not up to the four star that it has so please spend the extra cash and get your self a better hotel. don't relive my nightmare at the Hotel American Palace EUR Mehr

The hotel is right off of the last stop of the metro line. This makes it easy to get right downtown to all of the main sights. The only downside of the hotel was that is was so far away that after we ate dinner downtown, we went back to the hotel and didn't want to leave to walk around Rome at night.

First they gave us a room in the attic which has a very low ceiling and we hit our head all the time. They said next day they will give us a "normal room". Next day the receptionist said there are no rooms except what we have, and I have to wait next day, when I asked her to talk to the manager, she tried to fight with me. When I get angry, she said […] the room will be ready for me in 10 minutes. it seems that they give the "good rooms" to Italians and give the rooms in the attic to foreigners(or not Italians). Well, I love their breakfast because they have wid varieties that one can choose from. The room I stayed in was too small and not spacious. The lighting and TV systems in the room are not so easy to use.

This was a great hotel to stay in at a very low price. The problem was its location. About 20 minutes on a scooter would get you to the center of Rome. The buses would take even longer and taking a taxi everywhere would hurt your wallet. Other than the hotel being far from the main attractions, it was a pleasant stay.

I think it is their culture,but the man at the reception when we arrived ,kept looking at the paper work as if nobody is there,then after thirty sec waiting he came and never show a smile in his face..it seems he is not paid enought or he does not like his job.If you are looking for a fight ,then that was the right man.tall,slim.grey hair..Air condition […] only operate at night...food breakfast not bad. Deffinetely would stay there again, location is very good, easy accesible, near metro, excellent value for money, small but comfortable rooms, there is a super market 100 meters away . Take metro line B.

Hotellet aksepterer innsjekking først etter kl 15.00, hvilket er sent for å kunne rekke museumsbesøk (Museo della Civiltà Romana) etter lunsj. Til gjengjeld krever de at hotellet må sjekkes ut av før kl 11.30, hvilket gir liten tid til det samme besøket dagen etter, før lunsj. Avstanden til museet og parken i E.U.R. er imidletid akseptabel. Ellers er […] beliggenheten i forhold til restauranter og sentrum svært dårlig. Størelsen på rommene og hotellets alder med dertil manglende fasiliteter gjør det vanskelig å akseptere dette til å skulle være ett fire stjerners hotel. Mehr

Hotel un pò in decadenza ma ottima posizione e con servizio valido. Ottimo per brevi soggiorni

Жили в двухкомнатном номере на 6 этаже. Две кровати + раскладушка на троих. В номере есть небольшой холодильник, фен, маленький сейф (нетбук не поместится), телевизор без русских каналов. Есть центральное отопление и в самые морозы -5 было тепло. Завтрак шведский стол каждый день постоянный, ветчина, омлет, чай, кофе несколько видов из автомата, выпечка, […] сыр, масло, мёд. джемы, мюсли, молоко, мин вода, йогурты в упаковке, фрукты. Вобщем завтрак неплохой за 4 дня нам не надоел. До метро 7 минут ходьбы. Рядом есть магазин Карефур (наподобие пятёрочки) работает с 8 до 20 , в воскресенье выходной. Как найти, выходите из отеля и поворачиваете налево, проходите стоянку такси, автобусную остановку, цветочный магазин и примерно в 300 м будет полуподвальное помещение с тележками на входе. До центра на метро 20-25 минут. До побережья в Лидо ~40-50 минут на метро затем на городской электричке (в ней дествителен билет от метро за 1 евро). У нас отель был проплачен заранее, но на ресепшен всё равно для гарантии попросили данные кредитной карты. При выезде из отеля надо заплатить налог с каждого взрослого 3 евро за ночь. Mehr

Rimelig og greit hotell. Greit beliggende i forhold til metro og buss. rolig strøk. Relativt kaldt på badet i vintermånedene.

Albergo di vecchia realizzazione, di fronte ad una strada molto trafficata, specialmente la mattina presto. Stanza e bagno microscopici....se spostavo la sedia non potevo aprire la finestra, se aprivo la valigia non potevo uscire dalla stanza...insomma sembrava di giocare a tetris.La colazione era buona e abbondante, l'albergo ha una stazione della […] metro veramente vicina, ma il centro di Roma è lontano e se la metro non funziona(come è capitato a me) siete fregati perchè intorno all'albergo non c'è niente. Insomma le quattro stelle sono inventate, esagerando direi due, due e mezzo!!! Mehr

L'hôtel bien qu'éloigné du centre, est proche du terminus (Laurentina) d'une des 2 seules lignes de métro de la ville. Par contre, je croyais que le confort, donc la superficie des chambres rentraient dans les critères pour l'obtention du statut 4*, je me trompais. D'abord, on a été placé dans une chambre à première vue spacieuse littéralement sous […] les toits et où finalement on ne pouvait accéder sans se cogner la tête qu'à la moitié de la chambre, le reste étant accessible qu'en contorsion dû à un toit en pente jusqu'à une hauteur minimale d'environ 1m40. Après avoir demandé à changer, on a pu être transféré dans une autre chambre qui en fait, faisait la moitié voire moins, de la superficie de l'autre chambre. Une chambre digne d'un hôtel de transit d'aéroport. A part, cela le personnel était accueillant (en général) et le seul inconvénient majeur était que l'utilisation de l'internet était payante. Mehr

Stanze piccole ma colazione a buffet e brioches veramente ottime. Meno il cappuccino (da distributore automatico). Posizione ottima e parcheggio facile a trovarsi nelle vicinanze.

Hej! Det enda man skall tänka på är att metro staionen stänger kl: 23:30 om man skall vara i tarmini området, måste planera för att hinna tillbak. annars är det perfekt.

Очень близко от метро.Рядом есть супермаркет Каррефур. Номера староваты, но убираются четко. На завтрак довольно большой и вкусный шведский стол.

Hotel 4 étoiles "à l'italienne", certainement l'équivalent de 2 ou 3 petites étoiles francaises, pour la note négative. Pour le positif, l'acceuil est sympathique, les chambres et sanitaires très propres et l'emplacement bien qu'éloigné du centre parfait. La station de métro est à 2 mm à pied et c'est parfait. Une adresse à retenir...

Ho prenotato via Hotels.com una camera singola come ero da solo. Ma quando sono arrivato mi è stato dato una cameretta con due letti senza condizionamento di aria quando faceva 30° a Roma e senza spazio anche per andare in Bagno. Breve sono stato molto deluso dai vostri servizi in un Hotel quattro stelle al centro città di Roma, ed era la prima volta […] che ho usato i servizi di Hotels.com su consiglio di un'amica di Svizzera per cercare un alloggio. Spero che gli altri ospiti che forse pagano di più non siano trattati nello stesso modo. Grazie... Mehr

Ottima posizione logistica vicino alla fermata della metropolitana , confortevole , ottima prima colazione

ideale per color che si devono recare in centro la metro è a pochi passi l'hotel anche se un pò datato è confortevole e personale gentile

J'ai occupé une chambre au dernier étage et vraiment, ce né'tait pas du tout confortable pour moi, il fallait se baisser pour circuler dans la chambre et la climatisation était dans un endroit de la chambre qui ne la couvrait pas du tout. Il faisait plutot chaud dans la chambre climatisée. Et puis, j'aimerais bien savoir pourquoi on demande la carte […] de crédit et noter aussi son numero malgré que tout a été reglée d'avance. Merci de repondre a ma question, c'est important pour moi de savoir pour apres. "La question est : pourquoi on note de numero de la carte de crédit quand bien meme tout a été reglée d'avance ?" A szoba nagyon kicsi méretű, szinte csak alvásra alkalmas, a minibár ajtaja ki sem nyílik teljesen az ágy miatt. A szekrényben 2 ember ruhái biztosan nem férnek el, éppen talán 1 embernek alkalmas. A légkondi kb 30 éves a hatásfoka nagyon gyenge. Maximumon és nyári napon simán megőrülsz bent a melegtől.

Hotel já antigo, com reforma há varios anos, os banheiros com cortinha e banheira, já ultrapassados, molhando tudo ao tomar banho. Não há internet. Localização boa proximo ao metro e relativamente proximo aos grandes monumentos. Café da manha relativamente bom, basico.

mi sn trovata malissimo. all'arrivo ci hanno dato una camera minuscola, cn un tv che nn era assolutamente lcd come da discrezione ma vecchissio di 20 anni fa e facevano male gli occhi a vederlo. coperte sporche vecchie e locrate, sn scesa alla reception e ho fatto un casino x farmi cambiare la camera. dicevano che nn ne avevano piu', allora ho chiesto […] il rimborso dell'importo x andarmene da un'altra parte e nn volevano dare nemmeno quello. dopo diverse urla e discussione li ho minacciati di chiamare la polizia allora ci hanno dato una suite. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. No c'è il lusso dei 4 stelle ma tutto il necessario. Colazione nei tavoli con altri ospiti che può essere una opportunità per scambiare due parole. Lo consiglio vivamente, sia per lavoro sia per una visita a Roma.

Lamentablemente la atención al cliente es muy mala, es un hotel viejo mal renovado con pocos servicios, el costo del internet es extra y caro, lo unico rescatable es su cercania a la estacion del metro, su ubicacion es muy lejana al centro del Roma. No recomendable.

rapporto qualità prezzo... direi ottimo|| camera confortevole e pulita, personale disponibile e cordiale, colazione abbondante e "buona"... con metropolitana a 100 mt. più autobus sotto hotel ci torneremo sicuramente...
