An excellent hotel. The chain maintains high standards. We've never been disappointed by a Hampton Inn.

The reviews were true. Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

Staff was friendly, but did not know much about the area. Hotel was clean, but spartan. Continental breakfast was just OK. Room was small, but quiet. Hotel as a whole was beginning to show it's age with peeling wallpaper & paint in bathroom. The bottomline is the room is overpriced and not a good value for the money. Unfortunately, I'll not stay there […] again nor will I recommend it. Mehr

I really enjoyed my stay here. Very nice location, the breakfast was really good, and the staff was very informative. I will most defiantly stay here again.

This is a nice Hampton Inn... clean, pretty, good breakfast, great service. It is walking distance from the airport which is very convenient. Check in was extremely efficient and service went above and beyond. It isn't a 4 star hotel, but I had a 4 star stay.

THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. I ONLY HAVE ONE SMALL COMPLAINT. WE HAD 3 ADULTS STAYING IN THIS ROOM AND YOU ONLY LEAVE ONE BOTTLE OF WATER AND ONE ENERY BAR ON THE BED TABLE. I KNOW THIS MAY SOUND LIKE A SILLY COMPLAINT BUT EITHER LEAVE NONE OR ENOUGH FOR EVERYONE IN THE ROOM. OTHER THAN THAT NO PROBS!!

Overall I was very satisfied with my recent stay at the Hampton Inn Shreveport-Airport. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

i work at lot of hours at one of the hospitals in shreveport. i wanted a nice place to spend some time with my wife. this was it!!! i was concerned that the close proximity to the airport would be detrimental due to a potential noise problem but i was pleasantly surprised. a well built well insulated from noise facility.

Our room was very nice. The only problem was it says Queen beds and they are not regular Queen beds, they are smaller. Other than that it was a nice hotel. Breakfast had a lot choices and they had hot chocolate and cookies out both nights we stayed. Pool could use a little work but over all the kids had a great time.

Nice hotel - friendly staff. You could walk from the airport to the hotel (it is that close). Great value.

The rooms were clean and staff were friendly. The only problem I had, I got in 15 minutes before 2 pm and the clerk could not check me in until after 2 pm. The clerk in a friendly way did offer me the choice setting in the lobby area or go off some where until 2 pm. I cannot complain too much since it is their policy and I knew before I went. We stayed at the Hampton to enjoy a weekend at the boats. Located about 6 miles away. Price and quality of the hotel exceeds any of the casino rooms available on weekends. Great place to stay, attentive staff and we would recommend.

The rooms were clean and everything was pretty nice. The workers were very nice as well and curteous. I would def go back there again!

Nice hotel. My only complaint was the absence of any good restaurants nearby. But the hotel itself, the staff, the location right next to the airport: all good.

The last time I stayed at a Hampton it was a dump (that was a decade ago) Now the these Hampton are very upscale and swanky. The hotel staff was nice. Breakfast was ok and the rooms were very comfortable.

This is another great Hampton Inn. The staff are very friendly and want to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. The area is slightly questionable, but we arrived after dark and there was a security guard at the entrance and on the property. It is right off of I-20 coming into Shreveport from the west and is an easy-on, easy-off from the interstate. […] The only restaurant I saw was a Waffle House across and down the street, but it was dark when we arrived, so I could have missed another. The hotel has been recently renovated and everything is new and clean. The continental breakfast was fabulous and the lady who was working to replenish everything was so very attentive and wanted to make sure that everyone had what they wanted and needed. The only complaint I would have is that the sheets were a bit rough, so maybe they're new too and need additional washings? This is a great deal for the price. Mehr

We were on a road trip and this hotel provided a very comfortable room. The only negatives, the original reservation was for 2 queens...however, a true queen bed is approximately 60" wide...these were more like 53", which are technically full size beds. Also, the hotel room was clean, but could have been cleaner (what hotel room couldn't be?). Would […] stay again...good breakfast buffet with hot waffles. Also, staff EXTREMELY helpful and nice. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received at this hotel. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly yet professional, and went out of their way to ensure that we had everything that we needed. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, and the manager specials put the icing on the cake. SUCKS!!!! There's no other way to put it, old in poor repair. We had a water leak from another room in our room with water so deep it came up inbetween my toes when I stepped in it, quite by accident. Dirty linens on the fold out bed from the previous guest, mold in the bathroom around the sink. SUCKED SUCKED SUCKED

They were great. We went to the pool and they made a point of coming and asking did we need more towels and they showed us where everything was. At breakfast she came around and made sure we had everything we needed. Very attentive staff!

We stayed for a business trip. It was nice to come there and relax after wearing dress clothes all day. Close to the airport, but quiet. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Nice breakfast with different menu every morning. Snacks 5-7. Free bottles of water and snacks left in the room. New carpet and paint, nice equipment in gym, free internet access. Microwaves […] and refrigerators in our rooms. Front desk called to check on me 30 min. after check-in to see if I was happy and if they could do anything else to help. (Nice touch!) Pipes smelled a little funny in one room, but the water was clean. No real problems. I would definately stay there again. Mehr

fair price...good place to stay for business...free happy hour and finger foods, saved me the $ for dinner

Clean and quiet(I was pleasantly surprised, it's right next to the airport) Best of all the beds were comfortable.

This hotel room was very nice and well worth the money. The bathroom was very well kept and the room was nice and comfortable, I would LOVE to stay here again.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Just passing through and only stayed one night but very nice. Would recommend to anyone.
