"Tolles Hotel - viel Schein, weniger Sein"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 29. Jan. 2013Beurteilung immer in Abhängigkeit des Preises: Sauberkeit i.O., bei genauen hinsehen Staub, Kratzer und Abnutzung obwohl das Hotel relativ neu. Ausstattung nur zum Teil nutzbar wie z.B. Fernseher im Spiegel ohne Funktion (warum baut man dann sowas), Fehler konnte nicht behoben werden. Dusche war eher ein Rinnsal. Servicequalität: Kredit Karte ist bei CheckIn immer Pflicht, Hinweis das Kosten bei Abreise Cash bezahlt werden wurde "vergessen". Aber - Blick toll, Lage für die Innenstadt toll, freundliche Dienstleister, gute Organisation.

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 6. Jan. 2013Das Hotel macht schon von aussen einen guten Eindruck. Es befindet sich zwar an einem Hwy, doch davon bekommt man drinnen nichts mit. Die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet was man für eine Übernachtung nach einem langen Flug braucht, vor allem aber waren sie sauber und ruhig. Weder am Abendessen, noch am Frühstück gab es irgendetwas auszusetzen. Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen an das Hotel, dafür wurden wir positiv überrascht.

"A long way to your room...."
Overall, a great stay. We spent one night there on our way to visit relatives. The hotel is off a toll road and is surrounded by other large hotels. The size of the room (two queen beds and a fold out sofa) and the price was the main reason we chose this hotel. Free breakfast and free WiFi helped. The only down point was that we had to hike a LONG way […] to our room....down a long hallway toward the back of the hotel, then up an elevator, then down another LONG hallway to our room. We had to request clean towels, and call to have our room cleaned a few times, but they responded quickly and with a great attitude. Overall, this hotel is clean, the lobby is lovely and pleasant, the pool area is immaculate, the service by the food area is friendly and efficient, the front desk staff are very helpful, and the value is EXCEPTIONAL! The gracious, warm service, responsiveness of the front desk and staff, the generous breakfast and comfortable surroundings make it the perfect place for us to stay in Dallas. "Best hotel I've ever stayed in."
That's no overstatement! Homewood Suites was spotlessly clean and well kept, the staff were all lovely and polite, the breakfast food was lovely and a big variety, the room was spacious and very comfortable and the location was perfect for us - not too far from shops, very near the highway, and yet still very quiet at night! I have a toddler, and I […] asked for a cot (crib) in the room, and that wasn't a problem. All the staff said hello to my little boy in the morning :) I don't have a single complaint. "Great hotel"
We selected this hotel because it had a separate bedroom, so we could have our young children in the living room while we were in the bedroom and not disturb them. This option was much cheaper then getting two rooms at another similar quality hotel. However, the pictures online made the rooms look larger than they actually were. There is a full kitchen […] with a dinning room table, but it is very cramped. There is a fold-out sofa bed, but barely room for it. There is an office desk - again not enough room for it. There is a single bath in the bedroom. They offer a complimentary hot breakfast every morning, which was decent, but they could use a second waffle iron. The line to use it was usually too long to be worth it. The thing that struck me as very strange about this hotel was the location of the elevator. There is a single elevator that is on the opposite side of the hotel from the lobby and not near any exterior doors. All-in-all a pleasant stay. MehrAuthentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

"Great Hotel for Families"
We stayed at this location for 4 nights. Great Hotel, well deserving of their many recent awards. Great king suite with kitchenette. Excellent service staff. I'm no stranger to the Hilton brand, but I had never stayed at Homewood Suites because I figured it would be a cheaper and less suitable part of the Hilton brand. I WAS COMPLETELY WRONG!! I loved this place. The suites are some of the best and most spacious I've ever stayed in! 2 large screen tvs, free internet, and the best free hotel breakfast ever. "Ruined my stay"
Excellent hotel. Very new, upscale, comfortable, nice and classy. But, I stayed there with my wife and son on the night of Dec 23. We went down for the breakfast buffet on Christmas Eve morning at 9:30am only to find out that then that breakfast buffet closing at 9:30am, not a minute later. The employees there really didnt care that we were just getting […] there to eat and proceeded to quickly take away all of the food. This ruined our stay. We had to go eat breakfast at Denny's. Fantastic hotel. Staff was great. Room was impressive - a suite with a seperate bedroom, roomy family area, and kitchen area as well. Breakfast was very good - well beyond the typical complimentary breakfast in other hotels. Clean, well kept, even the hallway areas smelled nicely and were tastefully decorated. Very good rate as well. I have traveled […] quite a bit for business, in addition to personal, and this hotel stands out. This place is close to a lot of business's which makes a good stay esp when you are on a tight budget. The hotel provides shuttle service within 5-8 miles which makes it perfect. The rooms are nice and comfortable and they provide free breakfast and dinner (which includes wine and beer). Not sure why, but on checking-in the receptionist did mention […] about complimentary breakfast but not about dinner. That was the only negative thing about this hotel.
