das Zimmer ist groß und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück hat gereicht um satt zu werden. Also ein riesen Büfee kann man nicht erwarten. Aber alles da (kornflakes 3 verschiedene sorten, muffins, bugels, toast, brid auftrich, waffel, Badezimmer keinen schimmel. Matratzen sind gut.

Mit dem nahen Ortsbuch (ca 6 Gehminuten) günstig und rasch in Manhattan

Hotel ist gute und viel günstigere Alternative als ein Hotel in Manhattan. Wir haben 3 möglichkeiten Getestet von/nachanhattan. Shuttle kostet 10$ retour (z.b. 2300h retour) und 7$ einfach pro person. Erlebnisreich ist auch fahrt nach staten island (ca 15$ car toll) und dann gratis ferry nach manhattan, super schön mit fahrt an freiheitsstatue vorbei. […] Taxi von manhattan zurück zum hotel ist sehr teuer 58$, da hotel in anderem staat. Mussten 3 taxis fragen bis wir für 40$ flat gefahren wurden, fahrt dauerte nur 10min. Hatten taxi unser navi gezeigt wo hotel ist. Mehr

I had 3to rooms my room was totally uncomfortable. The air conditioner was broke it was 88 degrees in my room all weekend till the last night they finally fixed it. But it really didn't matter because it made so much noise it was hard to sleep. I asked the manager if he would comp me for my room especially since I had paid for 3 rooms he said no and […] gave me his business card as said when I come back he will take care of me well there will not be a coming back nor a rreferal. Enjoyed my stay. Everyone at the hotel was helpful. The room was clean. Everything was perfect.

We have been going to this hotel for many years now and really like it. But this time, the hotel really disappointed us. We specifically ask for a room not close to an elevator, and were given just that, with no possibility of switching rooms. The bed was very mellow and not standard for a hotel of that kind. Wall was dirty. Rest was all OK.

I have to say that the Hotel made the stay all I hoped it would be. They when out of there way with all needs to make sure we felt as comfortable as possible there. And they had a shuttle service that transported us from, New Jersey to Time Square on a daily basis and at 8:00pm was there to pick us up. This took our comfort level to a place that felt […] almost like home. And if possible please share with your customers The Gray line tour bus in New York. They have a hop on hop off service that puts the city at your finger tips literally you can spend as much time at any of there numerous stops and then every thirty minutes catch a bus and on to the next site. nice staff but absolutely no hot water out of the shower two mornings in a row. Also, obnoxious to have to watch right-wing Fox TV news in the breakfast room

* Could hear person walking in room above all night and early mornings; could hear shower and toilet flushes from rooms next door; * Bad location * could not test the speed of internet so have to give it a benefit of doubt. * Water needs to be purchased from vending machines with a 12oz bottle costing $2. This hotel is in a difficult location as there is a barrier on the median strip preventing right hand turns into the hotel. The rooms are clean enough, but if you like friendly service then this hotel is not for you. There are no smiles or pleasantries exchanged here. Everything is done for profit and it shows in the constant skimping that goes on. […] Here's a list of issues for a three night stay. 1. toilet did not flush properly. 2. shower did not work properly 3. on day two we were locked out of our room and had to get our cards reactivated - no apologies given. 4. on day two our room was not restocked with toiletries - no apologies given. 5. breakfast - pastries were stale and boiled eggs so overcooked they couldn't be eaten. This is my first bad review - the other 7 reviews have been excellent. This hotel may suit you if you don't care about service standards and just plain friendliness. I stayed on the Courtyard Marriott in Midtown East in NYC earlier in my vacation and only stayed here because I had a car. Marriott was far superior and certainly worth the extra dollars - just on principal alone. Mehr

When I called they said they had close access to Journal Square.... They did not. The location of the hotel was horrible. The area is very run down and dreary. Our room was not very clean. The bathroom had visible hair on the floor. The continental breakfast was poor at best. Nothing looked appealing and when I finally decided to try at least a muffin.... […] It was horrible. We liked being shuttled to NYC. The Argentine steak restaurant next door is fabulous. We had to leave early for medical reasons; the staff was helpful and understanding.

I was trying to get a competitive rate but still get a good hotel. I was not so sure of this hotel but was pleasantly surprised. Free parking, very pleasant front desk and cleaning staff, free breakfast, fridge and microwave in the room... All of this made me very happy.

I stayed there because my friends were visiting NYC. Staying at the hotel in NYC is very expensive, that's why we chose this hotel. They have their own shuttle to NYC( round trip 12$ for adult), so we were able to go easily and taking taxi to Hoboken Path Train Station was just 20$. Stayed at Comfort Suites N.Bergen to attend Broadway show. Staff great, shuttle to NYC great, hot breakfast great. Price good. But bathroom moldy; room 202 carpets so filthy I had to throw our socks out; door lock so broken we had to kick the door each time and have key reset 6 times in one day; air conditioning/heat impossible--no instructions, always […] too hot or too cold; nasty stains on chair. Pity. Great staff, but would not stay there again. Clean sheets/towels, no bugs, tho. Mehr

the brekfast was excellent!!!!

This hotel is in a bad area. Hard to get to. It took one hour to travel less than a mile. There is a lot of construction on Tonnelle Avenue which makes it hard to get to. The breakfast was decent, that's about it.

I was in a room where the shower head had been broken and was taped together. I couldn't get it to stay in the holder so I took a shower with one hand. Furthermore, the water just trickled out. In addition to that, there were big stains on all of the furniture and the room wasn't very clean. I reported all of this to the GM, who basically said he […] "would look into it". Booked Comfort Suites, N. Bergen, as a hub for our weekend NYC visit. Used bus transport to/from and local cab. Hotel was very comfortable and clean and the compliementary breakfast bar was better than expected with a good variety including hot eggs, waffles, etc. The breakfast bar was well stocked and continually refreshed and kept clean. this hotel is a clean place to stay. the clerck at the the desk was most helpful. would recommend this hotel, although it is on a busy highway.

Very good hotel for the price. Very near Secaucus, but 40 min away from Jersey Gardens. Very gentle staff

The room was clean, the staff was great! Very helpful. Good idea to rent a car, because the cab fare to and from NYC was about $50 ea. way! Great stay!

There are 3 major hotels along Tonnele Avenue, and this is the best among them. Tried the other two, and in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and breakfast, this is better than the rest.

Everything was ok! really close to NYC. You can take the city bus for only 2,50$/each and you'll be downtown Manhattan good breakfast I recommend this hotel

we liked the hotel. They have complimentary breakfast with wide variety of items. They have fitness room. Inside, rooms have electrical stove, sink, small refrigerator and microwave. Overall very good for a family.

Very convenient hotel to the Lincoln Tunnel for a stay just outside New York. Rooms are clean, staff is helpful, but no free parking. Will need to pay for parking in the lot behind and next to the hotel. Also, GPS does not work well for finding the hotel. It ends up putting you in a Lowes Parking lot 5-6 miles down the road. Stayed 3 nights with family. We arrived vary late, staff was nice and gave us a nice room. Room we stayed in was generally clean , spacious and has no lingering odor. Only minor issue was the shower curtain rod which was not properly installed causing the curtain to slide towards the center spilling water on the floor. Breakfast was good. Clean & well maintaned

The hotel was very clean and the morning breakfast was very good.

Parking was limited and construction on street was horrible - made getting in and out and around the Hotel very inconvenient. Other than that the room was clean, breakfast was good and service was awesome.

We planned to go to NYC for the day but arrived too early for check-in. The staff had us park in the lot, kept an eye on the car (with rooftop luggage carrier) & gave us very good walking directions to a shuttle bus so that we were able to enjoy our day w/o worrying about parking/driving in the city. The front desk staff was wonderfully helpful and […] polite, and made sure that we had everything that we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel, and even though the area we drove through getting to the hotel looked a little sketchy , the neighborhood immediately around it was quiet & the people friendly. Location is awesome, minutes away from NY Port authority, Times square etc Need a GPS to get to hotel little tricky for first time driver like me who is new to NJ and NY Nothing else in the location, but this doesnt matter since we were there for NY. its a safe commercial area no worries Excellent hotel, rooms, staff comform etc Breakfast was good […] to fill up before a day in NY Do not use shuttle service, too expensive. Use NJ Transit park and ride North Bergen, minutes away from hotel and very cheap to park and ride to/from NY port authority and times square. We will stay again next time Mehr

We only stayed one night - went into NYC to sightsee. Had no problem finding the park & go place and the bus arrived quickly. The breakfast was wonderful and we had a delightful stay!

A good affordable location that's close to NYC. We drove 6 or 7 minutes to Secaucus Junction to take the train into Manhattan.

Nice Hotel. Easy Drive into Manhattan. Just a few minutes away from times square depending on traffic.
