The hotel is clean, comfortable, good location in proximity to the airport and the staff was great. The only issue I had, and this is not the fault of the hotel, is that there is NO place to eat in walking distance from the hotel. You are not near restaurants at this hotel. The evening clerk hand wrote directions to a wonderful restaurant area. Anything asked from the desk was given in a great manner. I would HIGHLY recommend taking the shuttle to the airport as it is very difficult to find your hub. It was all taken care of. Was a great place with no problems, more parking would have been nice, staff was awesome, Carlos was the best!!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and found it to be very comfortable and especially quiet. It is right beside the busy airport and we thought it might be noisy but that was not the case. The breakfast does not offer much in the way of variety but what they serve was fresh and hot. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.The rooms are all suites […] and very roomy. Conveinient location, good value, long term parking option is the Plus. Good choice

my rooom was huge and immaculate.service was excellent.price ,was mcuh less than expected for my overall experience!

Spacious, clean, comfortable, could use updating (bathroom fixtures, TV, AC unit)

I booked this hotel for my mom. She was satisfied with the room!

The sign posted at the pool says the pool closes at 9:00pm. The sign should be taken down if it isn't going to be enforced. We listened to a small child scream every 5 minutes until 10:30pm. I called the front desk and asked what time the pool closes. I was told 11:00 but that he'd let it stay open till 12:00. I told him no and could he stop the little […] girl from screaming. Clean and the staff are all friendly

It was a very pleasant hotel to stay at for layover at DFW. The hotel shuttle was very efficient. Everything I needed was right there and I would happily stay there again.

The staff was very nice. The room was very old and depressing. The mattresses needed replacing. Very expensive for what you get. Would rather stay at they Hyatt that is even closer to the airport.

Couldn't fault it for my needs. Very friendly and helpful staff. If i asked a question they helped me out straight away. Nice and close to the airport. Only 20 mins into the centre of town. 10 mins from Grapevine Mills mall. Grapevine it's self close also. Few good eateries with great service in a 10 min radius. It suited me at a good price.

Decent hotel for the price. Breakfast was good and it is very close to park and fly as well as close to the airport and several decent restaraunts.

We were going home to Boston from Los Angeles and had to stop in Dallas - we ended up getting stuck there for 2 nights. Our stay at the Best Western was the only good part about being stuck with no luggage! We wish we had stayed in a Best Western while in LA! It was so much better than the non-Best Western we'd stayed at for the previous 5 nights.

When notifying the hotel you have arrived at the airport you need to ask them where the pickup point is located. Otherwise you are left standing and the shuttle will pass you by.

Decent hotel with continental breakfast. Close to airport with a free airport shuttle so it's convenient. Not a posh hotel but comfortable. Good for the budget.

It stayed in this hotel only several hours but i liked it, t was clean,, comfortable bed and ample room. The towels were nicer than most of the hotels I stayed. The only negative experience that i had was the food that I have ordered. The food was very salty, I could not eat.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and large. Bed was made with linens only coming up to my stomach so that I had to burrow to the bottom of the bed, where sheets were very tightly placed. Just a little chilly. Breakfast not bad.

Great size for the money. Very clean. Bathroom was very clean but small. we visit north texas bi-monthly and we have decided to make this our stay from now on.! Happy holidays!

fast wifi, friendly staff, good location near dfw, clean and huge rooms

This hotel was great, clean, nice efficient staff. I was alone, but as I usually have my kids, I appreciated the suite and their mini-market that could have sufficed for quick, cheap dinners if I'd been with the family and in a hurry. My only comment was there was a loud motor or A/C unit outside, which bugged me at first when trying to sleep, but then […] became white noise. I also would have appreciated at least some boiled eggs or other protein with the breakfast, as it was all sweet carbs. But overall, satisfying for the price. Mehr

Exceptional value for the room. Clean, comfortable and one of the best shower heads of any hotel I have every stayed! If you are looking for a simple, limited-extras place to stay...this is a great hotel.

A great value for the money and very convenient to DFW Airport. We stayed there prior to and following a trip out of country. Shuttle picked us up and returned us to DFW to catch a subsequent flight each time. Loved the suite with couch, chairs, coffee bar, and free continental breakfast. Really helpful staff. This was a nice, comfortable And very spacious room. Was very clean and would definitelt recommend. Only one thing bothered me, the towels could use some fabric softener. The were a little rough but useable.

Not fancy, but for the money it was nicer than I expected. The pool looked nice too but unfortunately I didn't have time to use it.

This was a good hotel. Only thing that would be better is if there were more restaurants in the immediate area. The staff was very polite and attentive, room was clean, and the overall hotel was nice.

Nothing fancy about this place....great place to crash before an early flight. Attendants were friendly, rooms were quiet.

THE ROOM IS DIM AND OUTDATED AND BREAKFAST IS ALRIGHT.

Hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The only draw back that there are not enough restaurants around the hotel. Overall, I would stay here again.

I had an overnight layover in DFW - in and out in 6 hours. Great hotel for this - good price, not too far from hotel and 24 hour shuttle (may have to wait to get picked up from the airport, but early morning from the hotel the shuttle is there is 2 min). Only complaint is breakfast didn't start until 6:30am, but I had to leave the hotel at 6am.

EXCELENTE HOTEL PARA QUEDARCE HASTA MAS DE UNA NOHE; MUCHISIMAS GRACIASSS

ターミナルからのシャトルバスも1時間に1本程度あり、渋滞などの心配も全くありませんでした。　ホテルのレセプションも判り易く説明してくれるし、室内も清潔でした。部屋の防音性については、深夜に他の部屋での生活音が聞こえますが、宿泊費のレベルから考えて、こんな物だと理解するのが良いでしょう。ホテルや近隣での食事を望まず、宿泊＋朝ごはん程度であれば、十分満足できます。
