Burbank Extended Stay Apartments - Burbank 34.16486, -118.32562

We love the friendly staff, the amenities, decor, the beautiful well-groomed landscaping, & the location. Our bed was comfortable which is a rare find when traveling. The only thing that is missing is a hot tub/spa, however with the overall comforts, it can easily be overlooked. We're planning to stay here in the near future.

Firstly, it is an excellent place. You should know thought that it is not a usual hotel with reception, etc. There is reception from 9:30 till 6PM on weekdays and till 3PM only on weekends. So, if you needed anything after 6PM you have to wait and if urgent you call the emergency number they have. The rooms are so beautiful, excellent and clean. Since it is not a hotel but an apartment, they do not change the sheets every day like in hotels, so if you stay for a long time you have to take care of this issue.I think they change the sheets after the first three days, then after 1 week (once) and if you stay longer then you take care of this sheets and cleanliness. So, call and make sure about these issues before you book. I advise everyone to go to this place if you like a nice causy atmosphere, and be vyr near to the Hollywood and movie studio events. It is the nearest to Warner Brothers, and just a few minutes by car from Universal Studios. It is also a few minutes from the Hollywood Walk of fame. The management there is so good and efficient. Although they close the reception at 6PM, if you arrive later, just call them before you arrive and let them know that you are arriving late, and they willmake a qucik check in for you and you will come and find everything ready for you at the front desk and in the room. The place is very well managed,beautiful with a swimming pool and a colorful mexican style which is so nice and relaxing. The rooms have verything you need, even plates, pots to cook, gas to heat and cook, and oven, microwave, fridge, cups, glasses, forks, knives, spoons, etc. So, it is an excellent place. Enjoy it.

would def. stay agian

I spent a week there and I was very satisfied with the hotel and room. I had a room with a kitchen and it was very clean. It was located very close to Universal Studios. Right down the street from NBC Studios. There is some shopping located close by in case you forgot something. (Which I did) Good place for the money and I will go back again.

Its a nice hotel and centrally located. Room was clean and great use of space. And such a comfortable feel. Vintage charm.

This hotel is a really great deal in a nice neighborhood. It's close to many attractions, including Universal City and Hollywood and the Walk of Fame. As well the rooms are very comfortable and equipped with everything one needs for an extended stay or weekend getaway.

NICE HOTEL FOR THE GREAT PRICE

We are very pleased to have stayed here, and to consider that we got this place at a 50% discounted rate. The place is beautiful, we love the Mediterranean style and ambiance feel to it. Location is great, it's really close to WB and Universal Studios, etc. The neighborhood (Burbank) is way safer and more pleasant looking than in Hollywood. There's ample parking in the back. Overall, would definitely stay here again even if it's the regular price! Worth the money!

This is such a rare and wonderful find! What a great place to stay, a home away from home. It is a cost effective way to stay in pricey LA, and have everything you need to make your own meals, saving even more money!!! I always feel safe and secure, and the staff is exceptional, fixing anything you need asap. Don't listen to bad reviews, try it and you'll see it's great!!!

You get what you pay for with this hotel. The Hotel has a center area with a pool and all of the rooms open up to the pool. Everyone talking outside is loud and it echos in the common area and you hear it in your room. It is also an older building, everytime someone opens or closes a door you hear it in yoru room. The rooms were clean but very basic. If you are looking to save money this is a value but do not expect the same experience you would get from a big hotel chain.

2nd visit in two months and I would stay again!

Room was clean, safe and comfortable, especially the bed. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

This hotel was GREAT! The price was a great deal and our room was so cute! I love it when hotels have kitchens, it's a good thing tho have when your out on vacation and you have food left over to bring back. The decor is incredible and the bed was big and comfy. My boyfriend and I wish we could live there. The ONLY complaint I have about it, is not the hotel's fault, but we wish it was closer to Universal Studios. A taxi form this hotel will cost you about $14 one way, which we didn't mind paying but there are ALOT of rude and mean taxi drivers, the most we've ever came across in any of our trips, so if the hotel was closer we wouldn't have to run in to this problem constantly. We recommend taking the bus to the studios to avoid those nasty drivers, I believe it's the 96 you need to take but get a bus schedule surrounding the area. All in all we would definitely love to stay here again! also, they do not have house cleaning and when you check out they ask that you take out the trash before you check out. cheers!

Everything about my stay here was outstanding. The only complaint I have was that the drain in the sink was kind of clogged and slow to drain. Otherwise, I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a place in Burbank!

Conevenient and affordable, but there is no one on site at night and on Sundays. Noisy. Room needed maintenance -- peeling paint, a/c hanging by a thread, etc. Linen service only a few days a week. Still you get what you pay for.

This hotel is great if you plan to spend your days in Burbank and at Universal Studios. But if you are planning an all around LA vaca, plan on tons of traffic no matter which direction you take! It felt like we spent much of our three days in the car! Hotel staff was phenomenal! Cute mini apartments if you are looking to stay several days.

The bed and sheets were very hot for some reason. Nice place to stay if you like to cook. Also the ac works really good!!! This is the place I will stay at for future visits.

dissapointed with old and dated feel of hotel.location is great if you are visiting Universal Studios or Hollywood Blvd.Could not find anyone to request addtional towels or sheets.Office only open 9am to 7pm

Rooms were very clean. The management and grounds keeper were all very nice. The enclosed pool area makes you feel like home. There is an outdoor grill where you can cook. The surrounding area is very clean and it is very easy to get around the Los Angeles area. The only draw back is the bathroom is a little small but nice.

The main thing i didn't like about this hotel was the fact that it was not kid friendly. One of the ohter tennants left a nasty note on our door because my 3 year old son was being a 3 year old at the pool straight up in the middle of the day. I felt like we had to be silent the whole stay. The staff was not very friendly and I felt like we were outsiders in this place. The fact that some of the tennants stayed there all the time and we only stayed their a few days. I felt like the staff didnt like or appreciate our business. My whole family rented rooms there for my bros wedding.

This hotel was a great find! A beautiful little courtyard and charming ambience made me feel like I was staying in a California hotel circa 1940s. It was a no frills place, clean and quiet. Easy walk to downtown Burbank, lots of great little restaurants nearby. Great neighborhood too, it was fun to walk around and look at all the fun Burbank Bungalows!

Loved the room & the pool. All of it was very nice!

this is a hotel, not for business travelers, but rather someone who is transitioning with little or no money.

we booked three rooms for family memebers staying 5 nights for a wedding. the location and the quality of the rooms was beyond expectations especially since we booked during a half price sell - the outside appearance of the location from the street is not inviting but the interior court yard is very cozy yet clean and comfortable. One room had an issue with a leak from the room above and that was handled quickly another romm was needed because the original room needed to dry. Every request was handled quickly and with a smile. Safe walking to a great family restaurant Theresa's - would definately stay again

The Burbank Extended Apartments had a good deal for memorial day weekend. They offered 50% off for three nights or more. This was at a great location in Burbank because we didn't need to get on the freeways to get to downtown Hollywood. We had a great time here!

Pretty comfortable...a home away from home. Very clean. They should put up curtains though for complete privacy, in addition to the blinds. Also, there was no double lock. Our room also had a slow-running drain. But overall, it was pretty comfortable for the price. I would definitely stay here again.

Easy access to LA attractions, Universal Studios, Hollywood, etc without the traffic issues

The hotel was swell and I would definitely stay there again. It is a bit on the funky, bohemian side and probably not for everyone. The only small complaint that I had was that we needed additional bedding but because it was a holiday weekend no one was on staff, exactly the opposite of what I would think to be true. Overall I throughly enjoyed the hotel and would recommend it to my friends.

This place is very friendly and cozy. Very affordable plus its hidden. Wifi access is free unlike most of the hotels and the rooms, since its an extended stay comes with kitchen and other amenities. Great location if you are visiting universal studios and hollywood. Plus its a crime free area. Also great selection of restaurants nearby. We stayed for 2 days and it was a truly unique experience.

This cute complex just reeks of charm. You just fill like your at "90210" The service is great and the neighborhood is quite. Highly recommend.

I took my daughter to Universal Studios Mother's day weekend and this hotel was in the perfect location. It took less than 10 minutes to drive to Universal and there's plenty of free parking. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. I asked to change rooms for location reasons and was moved without a problem. Loved the fact that I had a full kitchen which made fixing meals and storing leftovers convienient. The Spanish style decor of the grounds and the rooms gave it a very home away from home feeling. I will definitely stay at this lovely place again.

Checked in on a sunday when the office was closed. They left the radio on for us and was immediately impressed with the place as it was clean, beautiful, awesum ammenities in the room! definitly would recommend this place! And it was close to everything i needed!

nice and clean, very comfortable in a nice area. I would say it is a pretty safe area in LA. Very clean. It was a little far from where I need to be for this trip, but that was my mistake. for the over all experience the price is right!

Perfect place, responsive staff and really convenient location to Los Angeles, Glendale, Hollywood and close to freeways. I used to live near Dodgers Stadium. We used to hear jokes about Burbank...well, this is no joke. Comfort all around.

The location was the best spot for our vacation. Everything we wanted to go was very close to the hotel. The people at the apartment was great. My only complaint was that the refrigerator was not working at all. The freezer did work but did not freeze anything. We put items in the freezer which keep everything cold. I would stay again when I'm in the area.

I was very pleased with the friendly service, comfort, & amenities. The comfort of the bed alone was a bonus.

because it is an older building, it doesn't have the sound-proof windows that new ones do -- quite noisy (voices, etc. from other guests easily heard). Plumbing noises from other rooms, too. But clean and comfortable and quaint.

Older accommodations but clean and comfortable. Relaxed and quiet. Enjoyed the little cantina kitchen. Walking distance to a couple of good sandwich shops.

Didn't know that this was an apartment building not a hotel. Room wasn't very modern. The bed was the best thing about the room. It was very comfortable. Very small bathroom. No security lock on door. No management on site on Sunday or after hours. No maid service.

You cannot beat the location if you are working in Burbank or the Valley and it is nice to have a full kitchen so you don't have to eat out. The building I stayed in was where the office is located. We had a top corner apt thankfully as we had good light and more privacy. Everything was there that you need. My criticisms are as follows. You will need to bring earplugs, I do not travel without them. Being on a busy road there is traffic all night and the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors tv's, people walking in the courtyard, guests parking etc. The bed was not very comfortable, very hard. The hotel is an older building, so it isn't perfect but as I mentioned before great value and location. I would most likely stay again if working in the area.

We LOVED the Burbank Extended Stay Furnished Apts! What a great home away from home. And I mean that literally, we could have lived there for a while if we needed to. It has all of the creature comforts from home, and the price is right. We had a deadbolt lock that wasn't very secure, and they fixed it immediately! (As soon as we told the manager, she had a maintenance worker follow us up to our room and fix it right there, on the spot)! Fabulous service, and we can't wait to book our next reservation! =)
