Great experience, two-room suite was huge, 3 TV's! Clean, handled a small problem very well. Friendly personel. Good value

My stay at the Hyatt House was absolutely wonderful! The place was clean, and smelled new. I had 2 issues though but both were fixed right away: The first was the pile of mattresses and appliances that were thrown in the parking lot on both sides of the building. The room that I was given overlooked this big mess. But I asked to have my room changed […] to overlook the courtyard and it was changed with no problem. The 2nd issue was that there were no curtains at the windows, only blinds. Well, that made the room look a little bland. I asked for curtains, and bam! I had curtains. Both cases indicate that they were doing some renovations, which is actually a good thing. The staff was very obliging. The breakfast that they provided left a lot to be desired, but it was food none-the-less, and it was nice to have it included. At least you could put something on your stomach until you could cook something yourself in your fully equipped kitchen or until you went out to get something. Having internet access was pivotal for me, and it was included as well, and it worked like a charm on all of my devices. It was like a home away from home! And because I only checked in to get away from home for the weekend and to get some work done, I will probably check in again, sooner than later. I rated this a 4 because of the minor issues that I had during this visit. But I will go again and I'm looking to rate a 5 next time. Mehr

There was a lot of interuption due to the construction. Minimal parking available! Trash everywhere!

I give 5 stars not because it is the best hotel, I lived in a lot of the best hotels in Atlantic City...etc. but I would like to note: this hotel is very convenient for businessmen, Who will be have the case in this area from several days to several weeks, hotel give u all comforts you can stay with wife or invite good friend. Here you will feel like […] a grandmother's house, in morning good breakfast always clean room and full relax after hard job. Negative only one, for this area price is a bit overstated. maybe they will make good deals with lower price. Don't waste your life on the cheap stuffs. :) best regards Mehr

It was a great and clean place. the only thing is that if your 5 persons and want to eat, there is not enough chairs and table to sit at..if the sofa bed is opened. Also Internet was very slow and lagged. needed more pillows for the sofabed.and towels if anyone would take showers in the same day.. not enough long towels but I am sure the hotel can fix […] this for future clients that have more than 2 persons staying. Plenty of room with a decent kitchen. Friendly and accomodating service. Great breakfast

I searched for quite a while to find a place that would fit our family for 4 nights comfortably, and this was perfect! The beds were so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me!

nice rooms, clean rooms, free breakfast with newpaper, and nice amenities (pol, basketbal courts, jacuzzi sometimes, business center, internet, full kitchen in rooms, and sometimes a hotel guest social (the Bridgewater, PA had complimentary beer on tap)

Great hotel, great breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

The maintenance and housekeeping of this hotel is exceptional. The suite configuration of the rooms with the lounge and kitchen makes this a very comfortable hotel for business travelers, with free internet, free breakfasts and the ability to relax in homestyle comfort.

I have stayed here many times and the housekeeping and maintenance staff are truly to be commended. They do seem to take a personal interest in guests and anything in the room that is not to your satisfaction seems almost immediately investigated byt the housekeepers.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past 5 years and it never fails to be a pleasure. The maintenance of the grounds and the rooms is to be commended - it is always exceptionally clean and well kept. I stay in many 5 * hotels and this still compares favourably, plus you have the cooking facilities, free breakfast, Happy Hour snacks,the separate […] lounge and bed rooms and the small gym and pool. For the price, I would recommend it to anyone who needs a quiet place to stay for business or a travel stop over. Mehr

Had a very nice stay,,,staff was very nice and helpful. we have stayed here multiple times and would recommend it.

The hotel was just what we needed, a comfortale place to sleep, and a daily hearty breakfast to look forward to every morning. Our five nite stay was quiet, peaceful and relaxing.

I was only in Bridgewater for about 2 days, but it was very nice to come "home" to this hotel each day. I love the setting of the buildings- almost like you are in an apartment setting. The bed was a little hard for me, but my boyfriend loved it. Overall it was very nice, and I hope to be able to stay there again.

I couldn't believe the price for this hotel and the suite was perfect.

Found this hotel to stay at to visit my friend and it was convenient to where she was at and to local shopping and a short drive to the Jersey Shore. The surrounding neighborhood was very suburban so there really werent many sights to see. But the the hotel was nice. The employees were very helpful and pleasant. All rooms are suites which makes it even […] nicer. The room was better than my old apartment. Full separate bedroom suite with a full kitchen. Mehr

Nice room for the 4 of us who stayed especially for the price. Good breakfast options and nice outdoor pool.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks while attending training. The room was very comfortable and we did not feel claustraphobic at all. The housekeeping staff was terrific as well as the front desk staff and the kitchen staff. I would highly recommend this hotel.

stayed with children. comfortable rooms. everything was clean. bathrooms were clean. Second stay at hotel and this time we stayed during a holiday weekend and the place was pretty packed i was upset with the breakfast and how I had to wait awhile just to toast my bagel. I suggest get up early to avoid the crowd at breakfast! Also this time there was […] alot of noise during the night with people coming and going from the weekend activities - late night partiers and the younger crowd. I do not recommend you forget your toiletry because the small store at the hotel charges a fortune for that stuff! Next time I stay I'll ask for a room away from the basketball courts. I'm a late sleeper so the basketball games were hard to deal with in the morning again blame it on the younger set. Overall our stay was good. Good bargain for those w/ kids. Complimentary breakfast will satiate both kids and adults. Rooms are decent sized. There's a living room flat panel TV with DVD. Plenty of storage space, comfortable beds etc. Location is outstanding, minutes to shopping and nice restaurants and quaint local dining options. Parks are also close by. It was the best place to stay, we have traveled far and wide, the is no comparison. Looking forward to staying again really soon.
