my wife and i stayed there while attending a funeral it wasn't a pleasure trip the hotel was good for what it was

This is what you would expect from a hotel in this price range. The room was clean but view was not too pleasant. It was very adequate for my needs. I was in town for business. The complimentary breakfast was skimpy and not very healthy.

Pleasant enough staff, but hotel is run down and although the room was non-smoking, the sheets and cover had cigarette burns. Very mediocre continental breakfast.

The carpeting in the room was very worn and dirty in the corners and edges of the room. Other than this, it was a nice hotel.

This hotel surprised me. Its right off interstate, but looks newly renovated and is very clean. Quiet atmosphere and good distance to Bear Trace golf course. Minutes away from eateries too on Exit 317. You cant bea tthe price and quality on this hotel.

Stayed one night while traveling through. Excellent stay.

I spent five nights at the Super 8 in Crossville,TN.Traveling alone the convenience of the location was paramount. The service was friendly, and most hospitable; always a smiling face to greet me when I returned at the end of the day. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

We have stayed in this hotel several times with each time being a good experience.

will never stay in this hotel again, there was no hot water either the night we checked in or the next morning . and the breakfast area was unclean and didn't have enough food to serivce everyone who was there that night. When I told the morning manager about the hot water they did nothing

This hotel stay was more than disappointing. The moment I stepped into the lobby I knew it wasn't going to go well. The lobby smelled like smoke and then I was given a smoking room even though I reserved a non-smoking room. Everything smelled. The beds had child size travel pillows (only 2 per queen size bed) and there were cigarette burns in the pillow […] cases. It was, overall, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I was pleasantly surprised with the decor and other amenities in the room which included a microwave, small refridgerator, iron and ironing board and hair dryer.

I'd stayed here before & thought I'd give it another try. This time, I got a room next to the laundry room, so I got to hear that in the morning, after sleeping on very hard beds with uncomfortable blankets. I also woke up to ants in my room on my bedside table. For the price I paid, I would have expected at least basic comfort & cleanliness. Very nice, friendly, helpful staff. Hotel was very clean. Room was very clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Definately Will stay here again.

This is a great bargain, cheaper than surrounding motels with nearly same amenities. I saved about $20 booking 3 weeks in advance, plus had a refrigerator/microwave in the room, plus access to an exercise room and outdoor pool! Further, a free light breakfast is included!
