The Clarion Hotel is conveniently located nearby I-293 and the downtown of Portland. The equipment is standard and the hotel offers a buffet for breakfast not included in the price.

"Location, Location"
The hotel is VERY close the I-95, and only 8 minutes from the beach and 4 minutes from downtown.

"Clean, simple hotel."
It worked and it was close on the highway to nice areas. Don't expect a location close to anything you can walk to, or any night life. It was a good place to spend the night, and that's about all.
"Comfort Suites Biddeford - very accomadating!"
Over all I was very impressed with the helpfulness and efforts the staff was willing to make to ensure our comfort during our stay. - There were several occasions that I felt that the staff went a little above and beyond to provide for us.... one example was my daughters over slept and missed breakfast.. I know that the sign said service ended at 9 […] and it was already 9:30 but I sent them down to check anyway, just in case. When they arrived they found the staff cleaning up the dining area. When the girls explained what their problem was they were allowed in and encouraged to eat their fill and were even sent back to the room with food for me. I loved the fact that it was so very quiet and peaceful in the surrounding area (actually had the window open for part of the night just to listen to the peep frogs!) - there wasn't anything with in walking distance as far as stores or restaurants or entertainment of any sort.... but neither was any of it a far drive. Absolutely would reserve a room there again! Thank you so much!! Mehr
"unexpctedly nice hotel off the I95 near Portland"
This Comfort Inn at Biddeford had everything we needed for a stop-over stay - a good supermarket nearby, laundry facility in-house, room was spacious, with sofa and TV and easy access wi-fi, refrigerator and good lighting (a surprise!). A good experience.
clean and comfortable. Not much to do in the area, but thats bidderford for you. One thing that seemed strange. They have a sleep lab there, associated with the hospital. Not a problem, just strange.

As always the Comfort Inn delivered. We have come to expect friendly staff, a clean facility, and comfortable rooms. Each time we stay at a Comfort Inn we find the same level of quality. Makes traveling that much more enjoyable.

"Good room for the money"
the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The location/neighboor was good. The complementary breakfast was the only downside as it was not well maintained (by 9 they were out of food despite being open until 10).
"clean and quiet"
A nice hotel, clean, comfortable, decent breakfast. The beds were not very comfortable, very very soft - we were constantly rolling into each other during the night. Also, I was disappointed when we got there and were put in a room with 2 double beds (Went with my spouse). We called the front desk to see if there was a queen/king room -- there was one […] available, but they wanted to charge us $15 extra a night! Even with the room available! I thought it was poor business. The hotel we were at the night before offered the upgrade for free. Otherwise, a clean stay. Mehr
