Abends kann man an einer Feuerstelle sehr schön draußen sitzen. Nette Poolanlage. Die direkte Lage am Flughafen eignet sich besonders für Geschäftsreisen und als Start- oder Abflugsdomizil. (Urlaub möchte man lieber am Strand machen.)

Pool haben wir nicht benützt, noch zu kalt. WLAN im Zimmer u Lobby funktioniert gut, Gratis-Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden, aber PKW anmelden! Frühstück reichlich, allerdings alles mit Plastikgeschirr... nicht sehr umweltfreundlich der ganze Plastikmüll! Können das Hotel gerne weiter empfehlen!

This is a very nice hotel with beautiful pool and other amenities. "Fours Seasons Hotel is for lovers!"
My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary in Miami from December 12-16. I chose The Four Season Hotel (FSH) for our celebration and it did not disappoint. Staff personnel were exceptionally friendly and cordial. The room attendants were quick to tidy up everything and even come back in the middle of the day to turn our covers back for when returned […] later in the evenings. The room had a shower and a deep-soaking tub, which we shared every night. The optics from our city-view Junior Executive Suite were spectacular. The pool grounds were immaculately upkept. My wife enjoyed the hotel's spa more than anything else, partly because she was pampered. The Metromover, fine restaurants, and shops were within walking distance. The staff helped us navigate our way about the city with explicit directions to nearby American Airlines Arena and South Beach. The only downers about the FSH was the daily $38 parking fee and not having a free or affordable breakfast available. FSH was everthing that we expected from a hotel of its caliber. "Probably best for business, not for families"
It's a Four Seasons so it's a nice hotel. The staff was not particularly nice and the food is over priced. It's in the middle of the business district on Brickell Ave. and there's not much to do. The gym was under construction so it was not as great as the web site claimed it would be and my 15-year old son was not allowed to enter the gym. That was […] a huge inconvenience. "wonderful service, very comfortable room."
I was very pleased with my stay at the Four Seasons. I usually stay right on South Beach but I did not miss stepping at the beach at all. The service at the beautiful pool was excellent and I had the opportunity to taste different smoothies while enjoying the beautiful setting, courtesy of the hotel. We booked a room with a king bed & pull out couch thru you but upon arrival that type of room did not show on reservation. We had to squeeze in a rollaway bed to accomodate us. Hotel wound up not charging us but why did it not come thru as booked originally? Hotels.com had said it was one thing but ended up not being what we were given. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Room service meals were prepared exactly as ordered, delivery was prompt and friendly. Nice views from the 34th floor of an immaculate room. "I SHOULD HAVE BOOKED AN EXTRA NIGHT."
The Four Seasons on Brickell Avenue in Miami, is located in heart of the business area of the city. The building is impressive. Particularly in the inside. Once you arrive, you are not only greeted by a well trained staff of people in the main entrance, but you are also welcome by Adam and Eve. Two huge and massive Fernando Botero bronze statues. On […] the seventh floor is the lobby of the hotel. The decoration is impeccable and the flower arrangements, simply beautiful. The first impression comes with a feeling that tells you: Go for it! Weather you are there for business or for pleasure. And it is because the staff really assist you when you need help and won't give up until you are satisfied. I was a guest for five days and I regret not having had the time to enjoy the amenities at the hotel. Amenities like the gym or the pool or a good massage. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the food. Dishes are very nicely presented, even though I would suggest the chef to try another version of the hash browns. Another must in a hotel is the bedroom. Well, they really know about the importance of comfort. Location was nice, room was spacious, during 3 night stay housekeeping and valet quality were the best part of hotel. Concierge Natasha was the only unpleasant part of this experience. She was quick to tell us what we could not do but did not have helpful ideas on what we COULD do. She kept telling us to go to the hotel's restaurant and did not recommend any other restaurants for us. Through the kindness of strangers we met, we got amazing restaurant recommendations […] that were just blocks away! We were just wondering why Natasha did not tell us about them. Are they trying to promote the hotel's restaurant by telling us there is nothing else worthwhile close by? Bad business if you ask me. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a four season hotel. The checking process was flawed,we went to the room and it had not been cleaned. The service at the restaurant, we were ignored for about 10 minutes then provided average service. On the second day our room was not cleaned until 4:00 pm after we called. "Great Miami Hotel Experience"
Staff was attentive. at the front entrance they escorted Me to the upper level elevator lobby. At check in there was no line and they then escorted me to the elevator lobby to the room The room was impeccable. At breakfast the next morning I was seated quickly in the coffee shop area. Arriving late they still accommodated me even though the Sunday […] brunch was just getting under way. The waitress forgot to bring one item I ordered. The serving waitress came with the item and apologized repeatedly for the oversight. ( the hostess adjusted the bill in consideration.)
