Wir möchten immer ein Zimmer zum Hof haben und nicht eines im angrenzenden Hotelgebäude. Ich habe deshalb schon die teurere Zimmerkategorie gebucht mit 2 Betten. Aber wie letztes Mal 10 Dollar Upgrade gezahlt. Aber dafür super freundlicher Service. Super Preis Leistungsverhälltnis für San Francisco und tolle lage zu Fuß 5-10Minuten zur Fisherman-Warf. Auch parken für 12 Dollar in San Francisco ,es sind es in den meisten anderen Hotels 25-50 Dollar.Jederzeit wieder.

Das Hotel liegt in der Geary St. ein paar Blocks vom Union Square. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im zweiten Stockwerk im Mittelgang, was den großen Vorteil hat, dass man den Straßenlärm nicht mitbekommt, sondern nur den gelegentlichen Lärm den andere Gäste verursachen. Die Zimmer haben nur ein kleines Fenster mit einem wenig schönen Ausblick auf den Innenhof. Das Continental Breakfast besteht aus Kaffee, Toast m. Butter u. Marmelade, O- bzw. Apfelsaft u. einem Stück Obst. Problematisch ist die Parkplatzsituation, da gleich vor der Haustür eine Bushaltestelle ist und ansonsten i.d.R. nur Parkplätze für Kurzparker vorhanden sind. Das Hotel bietet für 30 $ p. Tag einen Valetparkservice an, d.h. es kommt jemand u. parkt das Auto irgendwo, was sehr gut funktioniert hat. Das Hotel liegt zwar in der Nähe des Unionsquare aber auch sehr dicht am Tenderloin Bezirk, den man vor allem Nachts meiden sollte. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel vom Preis - Leistungsverhältnis weiter empfehlen!

Hotel und Zimmer absolut OK, Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Teile der Designausstattung wirken etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles technisch OK und sauber. Lage zum Zentrum (untere Marketstreet) gerade noch zu Fuß zu bewältigen (ca. 2km)

"Hyatt in Pleasant Hill"
I fly to Sanfrancisco Bay area weekly and I always stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly and the hotel is very clean. It is also close to restaurants and a nice movie theater. They have complimentary breakfast and a "social hour" where you are served snacks, wine, beer and sodas. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were happy with everything except for the fact that we were in a room right next to the elevator and it was loud enough to wake us...suggest you make sure your not near it unless your an early riser.

Great, friendly front desk service. Very nice rooms and nice choice of complimentary breakfast items, including scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, and pancakes. Not just the typical cereal and bagels.

The gym needs more treadmills and cardio machines. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. The staff was very welcoming and attentive.

This is not our first time staying at a Hyatt Hotel. They continue to deliver better service each time. The staff was super friendly to us and our kids. If there was an error, they made up for it. There really was only one error with our key. It was set to expire one day earlier than our stay. Room has a kitchen and all amenities. Very clean and large […] room with separate living area. Breakfast was served downstairs at the hotel and it made it convenient for us to feed our kids. Hot food needed a little work, but you can't complain when you get free hot and cold food. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. The only thing we would have changed is the movie rental information. We usually watch previews to decide what to watch and this hotel rents DVDs instead. The list of movies available was very extensive but there were no descriptions of the movies. We were disappointed that Borders Books next door had closed. "Pleasantly Suprised"
This was my fist experience at a Summerfield Suite, and I was extremely happy with my stay. The hotel was wonderful, the room was large and had everything I needed for the week. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, and it was conveniently located off the highway. I will definitely be staying here again.

The room and hotel were very nice and convenient including the breakfast and coffee. The items in the semi-complete kitchen were useful for travelers in general. The room was clean and without the usual scented smells some hotels use. The main drawback was getting a room on the first floor near the pool or spa as an annoying noise cycled on and off […] the first night there, keeping my wife awake. We got her earplugs for the second night. I usually prefer a floor on top for quite and only changed since my wife likes to be on the ground floor- next time I will use my choice! We stayed in this location as a compromise between Oakland near the water and further north as we would be going on to Sacramento after the family get-together in Moraga/Piedmont section of town about 15 miles away. As the hotel sits just off the Contra Costa exit of I-680N, I am sure it saved me loads of time and I would stay again. Mehr

The front desk personnel are always helpful and friendly. Kris in particular. He always goes out of his way to make sure your stay is enjoyed. My girlfriend and I used to stay at the Holiday Inn Express down the road. This hotel is much better and the price is very similar. The flat screen tv's swivel in the Deluxe Studio Suites. Very nice addition! […] The noise level is low to non existant. The bed is comfortable and the room is extremely clean. As I said before, my girlfriend and I are repeat lodgers. I've stayed at various hotels in the Pleasant Hill/Walnut Creek area over the past several years, and this was the best yet! I will definitely use this hotel on future trips. Location: right off the freeway (convenient when you're doing a lot of driving) but without any of the usual accompanying freeway noise (and my room did face the road). Right […] next door was an extensive open-air mall with plenty of restaurants (mmm Chipotle). This made it easy to figure out what to do for dinner. Starbucks was less than a mile away. The hotel itself: Comfy beds (important!), decent bathrooms, and a suite with a separate bedroom and complete kitchen is always nice. Small perks: toothpaste in the bathroom, good quality tea in the room, the Wall Street Journal instead of the ubiquitous USA Today, a good selection of TV channels (not just 95 versions of news & ESPN -- there was plenty for someone with more stereotypically female taste), free internet access and a business center. Big perks: free & plentiful parking (unlike the Embassy Suites in Walnut Creek which charges, if I remember correctly, $18/day plus valet tips). Friendly staff & great housekeeping service. Hotel also offers free breakfast and dinner, although I didn't try either option. I travel for a minimum of six weeks a year and this is the best experience I've had in a long, long time. The Hotel location is close to Lot's of good shopping, convenient to the freeway and the rooms are equipped with dishes, a dishwasher, a full size refrigerator w/ice machine and the room was very comfortable. good value for your money. the only downer was the breakfast. powdered eggs where horrible and the potatoes where greasy.

I originally thought I booked a suite with a separate bedroom. Turns out that it was called a "Studio suite" which was a bedroom and kitchenette in one room.
