Rooms were immaculate, front desk reception was pleasant and knowledgeable, beds were very comfy.

Well with a flight leaving early in the morinng and not wanting to stay in airport all night took a room here. I was very impressed that the hotel was so nice, very quiet couldn't hear the planes flying over. The rooms were very nice, clean, comfortable and very accomadable.

We were happy with everything about the room except the tub drain was plugged and we had to stand in 4" of water to take a shower. I'm sure it would have been taken care of except we didn't have time to wait as we had a flight to catch and it was 5:00 am.

We were leaving Manchester early in the morning and didn't want to get up in the middle of the night to drive to the airport. This was a great place--super convenient and friendly. You can leave your car there while you're gone (instead of parking in the airport lot), so if you're interested in that give them a call ahead of time to reserve a spot. […] There's a diner attached to the hotel that is great for kids and has decent food--really good milkshakes. Was great to have a nice place to stay after a long flight and close to airport. Definitely would stay at this location again when in the area.

This was our first stay at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised as how nicely maintained the lobby and common areas were. Fitness center, indoor pool and adjacent diner which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner all make this hotel a great buy. Very pleasant staff and nice hotel experience overall. The only negative is that you can't get out of […] the hotel parking lot onto the street; we had to drive around the block and through private property to get back on the road. Perhaps the hotel could put up some signage directly guests on the proper way to get back to the highway. Mehr

the bathroom was dirty and outdated.

Room was really clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The diner next door was convenient, cheap and delicious, and the hotel offers shuttles to the airport (takes about 5 minutes!). Would definitely stay here again!

I'm not usually impressed with airport area chain hotels for any particular reason, but with this one, everything clicked so nicely I wanted to give it some kudos. The hotel staff was exceptionally courteous and efficient (especially Amber at the front desk, who always offered up a nice big smile). Check in was quick and boarding pass printout simple. […] I was given solid info on the local area, the rooms were very clean, and the hotel/airport shuttle was perfectly on time for our flight, and the 24-hr. diner next door was really convenient (and fairly decent) for those without a car. In regards to my rental car return the night prior to my flight - I was advised to return it to the airport Enterprise, rather than the local Enterprise, also located nearby, because of traffic considerations. The hotel shuttle was to pick me up at the airport after returning my car. When I called from the airport to request the shuttle, it was busy with a group and unable to pick me up, so Amber sent a cab to pick me up, at no charge to me. All these things may sound like no big deal to frequent business travelers, but I felt like they make a real effort to take good care of their customers. Mehr

I find this hotel convenient when flying into manchester and reasonably priced for what you get.

The price should be higher! We chose to have breakfast included with our stay which was very inexpensive and completely worth it. The Airport Diner is attached to the hotel and has incredible food at a very affordable price. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The pool and spa were perfect for couples or families and the service was perfect. […] I saw cookies in the lobby earlier in the evening and when asked if there were more cookies at 11:30 P.M. the hostess made us fresh cookies! Close to the highway, clean and comfortable rooms but limited eateries within walking distance.

Heavy trafic area but 1 mile to airport. We had a problem with the air conditioner in our room,I called front desk and spoke to a gentleman who seemed to be listening to what I said and afterb explaining to him the problem he sais"what did you just say",he was rude and indifferent.he told me he would have someone come up to look at it 2 1/2 hrs passed […] and no one came.We din't bother to call back because we were getting up in 5 hrs to get to airport.Let front desk know what happened when we left,she was very apologetic.But no we would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone else. the girl at the desk when i checked in was very nice but checking out the girl in the morning was very rude i will not stay there again the heat in the room wasnt working properly i froze all nite when addressed in the morning i got an attitude

if your flying out of Manchester, what a deal.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and responsive. The hotel does not include a continental breakfast (considering most hotels that cost much less do it was a bit expensive to not have this "extra"). Free coffee was provided in the lobby area but we found it was always empty. The room was clean and comfortable although it only included soap […] and shampoo, no conditioner or "conditioning shampoo". If the cost was a bit less we would have been very satisfied but for the price we felt more could have been included. Mehr

Spacious room, friendly staff, attached diner-style restaurant on site (in spite of what others have written). I couldn't see a lounge, which would be a nice touch. Kinda funky to get in and out of, but such os the nature of city planners these days. Easy easy easy to get to the arena, about three turns, up 3A to 3, there.
