Hatten 2-Bedroom Suite. Großes Zimmer. Allerdings ist das Hotel insgesamt etwas vergangene Pracht. Mängel im Detail, aber man kann dort für 2 oder drei Nächte wohnen. Ca 1/2 Stunde bis zur Innenstadt.

Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Riesige Zimmer mit exzellenten Betten. Gutes Badezimmer. Viel Umschwung. Telefone im Zimmer funktionirten nicht immer., KEIN Flaschenöffner im Zimmer; man muss mit den Flaschen zum Empfang gehen, völlig unakzeptabel. Kein WLAN im Zimmer., Kein Papier im gemeinsamen Drucker. Die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals ist ungenügend.

I stayed at Kendall because I was attenting a workshop at the hospital. VERY large room with full kitchen. I wish there had been a microwave. Housekeeping was great. I left a note for engineering to come and fix the towel ring. When I returned that evening it was fixed.

A very convenient location for my stay as it is closed to friends in the Kendall area and near main avenues to move around in the Miami area, the US and the Florida Turnpike for example.

I needed a hotel local to UM with reasonable rates. The room was big and the beds very comfortable. It can be noisy based on the way the hotel is built- rooms open to the outside so you hear everything. Other than that, a very nice stay.

The hotel does not have wireless internet in the rooms it is only in the lobby. They offer wired internet in the rooms when they have wires available, and only if your equipment is old enough to use the wires. It totally defeated our purpose of finding the hotel so that we could view an event from a wireless location. It was sad to find out the day […] of the event it would not be viewed due to misrepresentation on the website. Mehr

good location for Key West . Central to everything. Needs maintenance.

Nice building(s) but I suspect owners/management are pinching pennies. While the room was great, we did notice only one of the two elevators worked, only one of the three ice makers worked, door handle falling off balcony door and it took forever to register due to a slow computer system. Makes you wonder if it is being neglected intentionally or management […] is incompetent. Mehr

Hotel room was nice- large , clean and comfortable to sleep 6- (2 bdr suite). Food in restaurant was good, but all ice machines were broken, hot tub out of order, and elevator was out of service so we had to carry all of our luggage down 4 flights of stairs. Not very easy for my 80 year old parents. Nice location, running path across road.

Overall a very nice place. The room was very large and the price was low for what you get.

This is a converted condo complex. Nice rooms but no internet service in room. Campus has poor lighting and minimal security. Equipment in fitness facility was nonfunctional. A weird, haunted vibe.

Was expecting worse for the price, but was surprised, hotel is old but appears to be maintaned very well. For the rate in South Florida, room was a steal, comfortable with plenty of room. First of all our room took for ever to get cool. And it had an moldy smell to it. Then the sink only had super cold water. The soap gave me and my boyfriend a rash. I think the nastiest thing was we found a dirty pink shirt under the bed. That we found before checking out so they don't clean well. The location was right in front of a hospital that we […] didn't know till we got there. And when checking out the lobby had a nasty mildew filled fish tank with no fish just the water I seriously will not recomend or return. Mehr

The hotel markets a resort atmosphere but that's more of a physical obersavation than the service rendered. I had 2 main issues with the hotel: 1) The front desk staff needs to be trained on all aspects of customer relations, arrivals and departures as well as how to use the equipment. They need to know policy and procedures nistead of just those posted […] in the lobby. And a manger needs to be on staff at all times. 2) Room service: does not really exist. One it's not available all day. Only from 4p-10p. Two, they serve breakfast but fail to have breakfast menus in the room. Three, the menu has little variety and costs more than it should. 3) The website mentions shuttle services yet the hotel does not have shuttle service and the staff were unable to give transportation options, which is unacceptable when dealing with out of town guests. This appears to be a residence hotel. The front desk clerk told us it was booked when we arrived. It was less than 1/3rd full. We had a reservation so she gave us the apartment but she wasn't happy about it. There is no signage so you have to hunt for the rooms. The apartment itself was very roomy and comfortable but had mismatched and outdated furnishings […] of low quality. The bed was fine. If you had a bunch of people and wanted to cook in your room, this would probably be a pretty good value. We would not stay here again but it might be OK for someone else. Mehr

Our third stay in three years. Hotel is near to friends where we attended Super Bowl party. Room very nice. Reasonable price. One elevator in Heron building out of service, the other very slow. Ice maker on fourth floor not working, had to use one on thrid floor.

Hotel suited us as not too far from airport but close enough to Miami University where our daughter studying. 10 minute drive. Hotel room was fabulous but wish they would put a kettle instead of a coffee machine for English customers. Pool was lovely too. Restaurant menu was interesting and not overpriced but ambience not for us - DRAB! Candles on tables […] would help but generally decor, style not up to standard of rooms. Having said this though would recommend and would stay again. Can't please everyone can you? Mehr

The room type included WiFi, but once you are in the room it doesn't work. The staff told me it would only be available in the lobby, even though the room had a signal but nobody would let me the wifi code, the guy in the lobby just hang up when I asked for it. The room was Ok, but I didn't feel very secure, you couldn't even access the balcony, the […] door was locked with screws... The TV was maybe 25 years old, I could bearly see the picture. Overall the rooms are OK but don't expect anything. Mehr

It was a really memorable experience. I would recommend to anyone who would like to have a stay in Miami. The location is close to Miami Beach and the area is surrounded by shopping malls.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Over priced as well.

This hotel is a converted small apartment complex that now serves as a local motel in the Kendall, FL area. It is adjacent to Baptist Medical Center so it's ideal fro families who need to be nearby a sick loved one. It is also convenient to all South Miami and Univestoy of Miami attractions.

Stayed here on way from Key West to Miami. Good value. Big room with 2 beds + sofa bed + desk area. Nice breakfast was included - hot & cold w/ omelette bar. Friendly staff.

My friends and I were quite impressed with the size of the room and how clean it was, the staff responded quickly to our request for additional towels and even toilet paper.. Breakfast was a bit cold but still good..I guess we found out on the last day that we should have asked for hot water and maybe to have our plates warmed.. I wouls recommend this […] hotel to friends and family and will definitely stay there on my next visit. Mehr

If you're looking for a high level of luxury, don't go here. But, if you're look for a decent place to stay for a while (our one bedroom suite had ample space and a full kitchen) and don't want to pay trendy prices, then this place is great.

Staff was unplesant rude is putting it mildly, when arrived 30 minutes before check in told that they were unsure if any rooms were ready. Room had an unpleasant smell, ceiling plaster coming off and couch had very noticeable stains on it. Not very happy with the looks of motel and people seem to actually live there not someone place I would stay at […] again. Never saw any security staff and called room service 3 times and no one ever answered. Mehr

I had bugs in the room and water damafe in the room . Pipes in the bathroom where out in the opwn wall was open to get to the pipes . Pubic hair in the shower and on the toilet. sink not clean. Tryed to talk to the Manager but he was eating breahfest and did not have time for me .

Enjoyed our 2night stay in this hotel. Great value for money, clean and a great breakfast!

This hotel would be better rated 2 stars. It is an older building with upgrades. One elevator was out of order while the other one was a joke. It did work but the inside was cramped, vandelized with graffiti, and wobled around when operating. The ground floor hallway smelled not so good. The floor for the rooms gave me that Days Inn feel being outdoors. […] Room was decent and bed was fine. Maids did a nice job. Location was good for me so this worked okay buit price was not worth it unless you're there for a banquette function. Mehr

Traveled with my wife and 4yr old daughter. Wanted two room suite. We were here in the off season to visit friends in Coral Gables. Was located convenient for that reason. Also close to the Baptist Hospital if that is your reason to be in the area. Breakfast was nice. Accommodations were slightly dated but clean. I would stay here again.

The housekeeping did an amazing job on this place. It's always very clean and perfect. However, 2 screws on the bathroom door wasn't screwed in, I'm not saying all the way, it was 2-3 inches off it! They have this weird huge hole in the tub, so if you happen to let some small jewelry slide or something smaller than a quarter, bye bye to that. The minibar […] temperature was weird, it was barely cold. It reminded me of 2 day old ice in a cooler...that would have been colder than the mini bar. It was useless and a waste of energy. The TV was too small for the room. This place doesn't have wi-fi. one of the 2 phones didn't work, it was just broken but was just there for ambiance. One light switch didn't work, I don't know what that was for. The worst part was that we didn't know that there were the following: tennis court, jacuzzi, and a pool. No one told us when we checked in and we didn't find out til we checked out. Before I forget, I asked front desk or "all around" (their phones are so strange) number for 2 STEAK KNIVES. What I got were 2 women at my door, one half hiding behind the wall and the other was handing me a huge kitchen knife. Uh huh...strange. Mehr

Thisi review is for the 2 rooms. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, and spacious. The staff is very helpfull. The only part that did not attract us is the entrance of Egert (?) Beside that we were happy to stay at KENDALL HOTEL AND SUITES. THANK YOU. DO YOU HAVE HOTEL IN FORT LAUDERDAL?

The hotel disputed a lot of the Hotel.com requests such as it did not agree with the late check out time. It took a lot of time and effort to find the manager and convince her.Windows did not have screens and we could not open to enjoy the weather.

We always stay here when the need arrises to in Kendall. It is close to everything, especially Baptist Hospital, but not in the heart of the traffic.
