Loved the size of the room. They cleaned room and had fresh towels everyday. Had trouble ajusting heat in room we had to open window to cool room down. They had listed they had an indoor pool. Thre room was clean the bed was made , but when we tried to turn down the heat the thermostat would NOT go down anymore. We had it all the down , and it was still Hot . We got up Monday morning and left at 4am.

I understand we are in a mix of nationalities and languages all over the United States. But when I need to ask four people for coffee and linen to get one in English, that is a bit much.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms were not cleaned correctly.

Close to several restaurants, Target and the World Arena. Easy to get to and quiet.

Drove past the hotel the first time because all I saw was the Quality Inn sign that is above the Super 8 sign. Dont know if its in the same parking lot or what but the sign was hard to see. Rooms were good enought for a over night trip. Lots of weekly stay customers and families. Two kids were running down the hallway when we were walking to our room […] but couldn't here them from inside our room. Mehr

The place was a wreck! The place was dirty, the staff was rude, (when you could find a staff member). The breakfast, (what breakfast!!!). The room smelled bad, the pool area was dirty, the bathrooms in the room was filthy. The toilet didn't flush right and the coffee maker didn't work. Will never stay here and would never tell my worst enemy to stay […] here either! Mehr

i would definatly stay here again and also recommend this to anyone going to the area..front desk staff was extremly friendly and helpful..rooms were very nice and also very clean..not one complaint.

I was in Colorado Springs for business, and this hotel is near plenty of food and shopping to prevent you from getting bored. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and quiet.

I requested extra pillows when I first arrived due to breathing problems. I never recieved pillows throughtout my stay. Every time we enter motel after being out we ask for them. At one time the girl said I gave out the last ones when I came on shift, I ask when was that and she said 8pm. I had ask at 2 that afternoon. The staff never greeted us when […] we would enter motel. This hotel was dirty and the continental breakfast was very poor. We had to ask for clean sheets when we got there because the ones on the bed didn't even look changed. The table and chairs were dirty and still had something spilt on them from who knows when. Very grungy would not recommend.

This plac e is great if low price is your agenda. Sure its not spanking new but its clean and comfortable.

The lounge/resturant is closed........had to go to the hotel across the street for a drink. Got angry because that was one of my search criteria. The staff is really nice. Very nice beds. Checked for bed bugs, nothing found....

Front desk person very rude. Room smell very bad. Blankets had dirty stains and holes. Will never stay there or recommend hotel to anyone. We spend alot of time in hotels in Colorado Springs and will retrn ther again.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was very small you could not open /close the door while standing in front of the toilet. The toilet was also very close to the bathtub, not convienent for bathing little children. The hotel reports indoor pool but fails to mention that it is a seasonal pool. The staff was very helpful and freindly, large rooms older t v beds are ok we stayed 6 days and searched for best price and comfort and this is what we hoped for. Overall easy access good food and great price.

Checked in and was given the wrong room. Friendly staff moved us to a correct room. Was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but had a strong smoky smell to it. Once again the friendly staff moved us to another room which was okay, except for the uncomfortable bed. Pool and breakfast were good and appreciated. The other attached hotel was much cleaner […] and nicer. Good rate, but next time will spend a little more for a better experience. We did not appreciate overhearing the manager yelling at an employee while we checked out. Mehr
