Tivoli Marina Vilamoura - Vila Moura

Das Hotel liegt eigentlich gut, Flughafen - Nähe, direkte Strandlage, Jachthafen. Im August aber auch im Ballungszentrum für eine Strecke, die normalerweise in 1/2 Stunde zurückgelegt werden kann, braucht man wegen Staus 1 1/2 bis 2 Stunden. Zum Hotel gehört das Purobeach, eine Lounge-Disco, die bis Morgens um 4.00 mit Technosound nervt. Für ein 4 Stern […] plus mit Spa usw. falscher Standort. Strand ist schnell erreichbar und nicht so voll. Die zum Hotel gehörenden Liegen sind etwas überteuert. Swimmingpoolanlage ist ausgezeichnet, Handtuchservice und Liegen inbegriffen, klappt sehr gut. Poolbar mit Imbiss und Tagesrestaurant teilweise lange Wartezeiten, Service könnte freundlicher sein. Zimmer sind angenehm, Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Nespressomaschine.... Wir haben am Vorabend unsere gesamte Hotelrechnung bezahlt samt Minibar ..... Am nächsten Mittag ausgecheckt, Schlüssel, handtuchkarten usw. abgegeben uns wurde nochmals versichert dass alles erledigt ist. Zurück in der Schweiz hat uns die Rezeption angerufen dass wir noch ein Mineralwasser aus dem Zimmer offen haben und sie uns das der Kreditkarte belasten werden. Für diese Sternklasse und die Preise ist es doch recht kleinlich wegen 5 Euro nachzutelefonieren, zumal ja auch genügend Tip dagelassen wurde. Was aber nur zum Gesamteindruck der Rezeption passt - sehr kühl. Auch schon beim Empfang wird man in ein paar schnellen, englischen Sätzen über die Zimmernummer , Die Essenszeiten und die Handtuchkarte informiert und das wars. Begleitung zum Zimmer oder irgendwelche Infos was wo im Hotel ist (z. B. verschiedene Restaurants, Kinderclub, Spa) - der Kunde wirds schon finden, gibt ja überall Tafeln oder sogar Infos was man im Ort oder der Umgebung machen kann - Fehlanzeige. ausgezeichnete Leistung der gesamten Hotelstaff, Einrichtung zeitgemäss . Etwas schade: Der Lärm vom Gang ( Gäste in der Nacht und Zimmermädchen am frühen Morgen) wie von der Strasse ( Die Zimmer scheinen nicht phonisch isoliert zu sein). Tennisplatz ziemlich verwahrlost.

When we first arrived at the hotel we had been given the wrong room layout (twin beds not a double) and the room on the 2nd floor was certainly not of the standard we expected. I went to the reception and they advised that if we upgraded to a deluxe room we could move to another room. We did this and were located on the 8th floor and it was well worth […] the extra money. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean and had a lovely view of the harbour. The location of this hotel is perfect, right between the beach and the harbour. The rest of our stay at the hotel was excellent. The service was excellent and the facilities are all easy to use, clean and well ran. Peppers Steakhouse is perfect for a special meal and well worth the money. We ate in the pool restaurant twice and were not really that impressed. Gym, pool & spa excellent! We would definately stay again and throughly recommend it - make sure you have a deluxe room though! Mehr

very good hotel overall although the room itself could have been better. the bed was not that comfortable. during our stay there were quite a few conferences going on, one in particular with 250 plus delegates and they more or less took over the place. erecting a huge sphere to hold a gala function which added a lot of noise and workmen for the duration. […] the pool area was very good and the private beach lovely although the price of the sunbeds on the private beach area was scandalous ranging fron 15 euro to 100 euro per day. every thing you would expect from a good hotel. staff welcoming and rooms very clean. situated perfectly for the marina. vilamoura is excellent if you want a holiday with everything at hand.. food excellent most places but one tip is when waiters take your order, ask them to give you a break between courses and approximately how long, otherwise food […] just keeps coming one after the other. this is even in the best of restaurants. still best restaurant for steaks i found was the mayflower, but the hotels was very good too. Wow, was the first impression and this was throughout our stay, would love to go back when it is a little bit warmer, so we can soak up the outdoor pool and gardens. Breakfast excellent and room service a real treat. We had a sea view room which was wonderful, no high rise buildings in the area or to block our view.The beds were sumptuos with feather […] piilows and simple bed linen. Mehr

A 5 star experience, with very friendly staf. On marina with all facilities you can wish for, to have a great holiday. Indoor swimming-pool was great, and sauna and if you have the change to treat your self on a Thai Massage.............please do !!!! It was so relaxing and all the stress from the last year was massaged away. Breakfast was super...continental....English...what […] ever you wished for......it was there. Needed to stay in Vilamoura area for one night rates offered at the time were very good and location perfect for my needs, Room excellent ,Breakfast excellent ,Parking free and plentiful ,booking out rapid , However booking In very very slow .

We really enjoyed our holiday in this hotel, great location - overlooking the beach and marina. We found the staff very helpful, anything we needed was dealt with efficiently. Room was very spacious and clean, there was almost too many visits from staff cleaning and checking!! Breakfast was delicious, we didn't eat in the restaurant other than that. […] i loved the indoor heated pool as it rained for 2 days of our time there. I would love to go back in the summer. Mehr

Brilliant hotel, superb location, stayed in a deluxe room which had a view of the marina. Loved the furniture in the reception/bar areas and the pool/grounds were really nice. Had dinner in the steak bar -great service but too expensive.

VERY COMFORTABLE HOTEL IN EXCELLENT LOCATION.GREAT POOL AREA AND SPA.

We had a wonderful stay at the Tivoli Marina early September. I would say that the hotel warrants its star rating and the facilities were great. The rooms were very average. We were on the first floor and they were in need of updating for sure. It was very basic and bathroom tiles looked grotty in need of repair. A flat screen telly and a modern coffee […] maker were installed to upgrade the room but the owners need to do more to make it a overall wow experience. The general areas and breakfast are first class. The bedroom was disappointing and we had 2 rooms on the first floor and they were similiar so it was not just bad luck :-) Hairdryers are poor also. I would definitely go back to the hotel. Location is fabulous. You are on the marina for the evenings and going to restaurants. It felt safe going home at night. Other hotels off the marina would mean walking back in poor lighting which I would not have been keen on. Well worth the stay and would recommend it to families with small children as well as couples/singles. Mehr

Initially we were booked into a room on 1st floor and although nice I thought it did not warrant a 5star hotel. However we asked to be moved and we were moved to the 3rd floor where the rooms were newly renovated and much better. Great location for marina, beach and restaurants.

My sister and I had a wonderful relaxing week at the Tivoli. We had been allocated a Marina View; we requested a sea view which was quickly sorted out. The room was bright and airy with everything you needed. House keeping staff were lovely as were all the staff we dealt with. The pool area was lovely and spacious, fluffy towels supplied each day from […] the beach hut. We eat from the room service menu on a few occasions in the evening. This allowed us to relax on the balcony with a bottle of wine, enjoy the views and a fabulous meal at a fraction of the Marina Restaurant prices. Would recommend this hotel for location, service and excellent value all round. Mehr

The location of this hotel is amazing. Marina view, beach view -- its all good. The decor and comfort of the rooms are great. Upgrade your rooms with breakfast if you can -- food outside this property isn't much cheaper / better. You have the option to be poolside or sit indoors... if you're considering properties in villamoura - this hotel is highly […] recommended. Mehr

hotel was beautiful staff very friendly and helpful from the moment heider took our bags and explaned how everything in the room worked pool area great breakfast selection excellent beach right behind hotel but no need to go hotel has everything only one fault smell of sewage in bathroom last two days room 501 but would still recomend hotel

This is an excellent hotel for a young family with a kids room where you can use the microwave to heat food/milk for your baby Rooms are excellent. Mosty have been renovated recently and are very comfortable almost luxurious. We will be back. Only downside outside pool not heated-quite cold

Excellent stay in the Tivoli Marina, Vilamoura. Lovely, modern hotel in a central location overlooking the marina on one side and the beach on the other. Definitely recommend upgrading to the deluxe room, its well worth it. Grounds really nice, lots of space around the pool, no issues with getting sun loungers. Spa is well worth a visit, excellent for […] massage. Only small niggle is that one day the pool wasn't very clean, which was a little offputting. Mehr

Just back from 8 days in beautiful sunny Vilamoura. The Tivoli really can't be beaten on location whether you overlook the sea or the marina the views are great and it's so close to everything you need including the great Nikki Beach right beside it. The facilities in the hotel are really good - great pool area and spa but the rooms are not totally […] 5* and we had a deluxe - we had requested a king sized bed but were given two singles. For a romantic holiday this wasn't idea but were told the hotel was full and didn't get more from them than that - that said the beds were incredibly comfortable with high quality linens. The staff are very nice and accomodating but like another reviewer we didn't get glasses cleaned from our room and fruit rotted from our welcome basket and were not removed. I do definitely recommend the Tivoli it's without doubt the best hotel in the area but if you're used to 100% s star luxury you will be a little disappointed. I agree wth the other reviewer about Faces nightclub - it is noisy when the revellers leave so be sure to have your balcony door closed or you're in for a rude awakening at 7 am! Lots of families and not so many couples and there were mainly Portuguese staying there which I guess is a good sign. All in all though we had a great stay in a comfortable hotel and would go back to the Tivoli if we were in the area again - which we intend to be! Mehr

Hôtel agréable directement sur la marina. Certains étages n'ont pas encore été rénovés et ceux-ci sont un peu "hold style". Nespresso offert en chambre par contre internet payant et cher - un peu limite pour un 5 étoiles. Un conseil si vous avez le sommeil léger, demandez une chambre côté marina car les fiesta de l'été au Puro Beach sont très sonores. Mais […] dans l'ensemble très bon séjour. Mehr

Ligger tæt på lufthavnen i faro (15-20 min med taxa) Dejlig beliggenhed på stranden. der er mange barer i vilamora hvor hotellet ligger. Man kan tage ud at sejle i en lejet båd eller på en tur, og der er massere af golfsteder hvis man er til det, vi prøvede en 18 hullers minigolfbane med tømmermænd, og det var bare sagen. Derudover var der også burlesk […] show på casinoet og en del af de mere frække barer i nabolaget hvis man er til det. Alt i alt et lækkert hotel i et lækkert område, det kan anbefales at man bestiller lidt uden for sæsonen, da men her kan få værelser til en rigmelig penge. vi valgte delux værelser, og det var lækkert. Hotellet har også indendørs pool og spabad, hvis vejret ikke er med en. Mehr

O atendimento foi excelente. Boas instalações, serviço de quartos rápido e com qualidade. Mas essencialmente o que se destacou na estadia foi a forma afável, flexivel, simpática e prestável de todo o pessoal. Desde a recepção ao restaurante. Em hoteis com esta dimensão é raro encontrar este atendimento. Sem dúvida um otimo hotel.

Eerste klas in elk opzicht.Gelogeerd van 4 t/m 11 Mei 2010. Verzorgen desgewenst ook je instapkaarten met stoelreservering voor de terugreis ! In mijn geval TAP met overstappen in Lissabon naar Amsterdam.

O hotel tem as comodidades necessárias e suficientes a uma estadia tranquila. Execelente a combinação entre piscina e praia
