Das Hotel ist vollumfänglich zu empfehlen. Neben dem Hotel kann man toll und preiswert essen, Old Sturbridge Village sollte man sich unbedingt ansehen. Service und Zimmer sehr gut. Es gibt sogar ein kleines Fitnesscenter

nice and comfortable hotel, rooms are newly renovated, good beds and spacy and modern bathrooms, very clean and quiet, breakfast rather simple (nothing cooked, scrambled or fried), but sufficient (very good fresh fruit salad), gym ok, no restaurant in hotel, food places and a big healthy food supermarket nearby, nice lobby space for eating bought food, friendly staff, car needed, 35 minutes from downtown Boston

Wir hatten eine riesige Suite mit Sitzecke und Küche mit allem drum und dran. ( sogar Geschirrspüler ) Riesiger HD-Fernseher, großer Pool.Frühstück war das Beste auf unser 3-wöchigen Rundreise durch USA/Kanada Ostküste und hatte mit CB nichts mehr gemeinsam. War schon mehr ein Büfett.Leider 30 Min. Fahrt mit dem KFZ nach Boston.
Lage
Classic Suites and Inn in West Boylston befindet sich am Stadtrand. Folgende Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen in der Umgebung: Higgins Armory Museum, Barnyard Zoo und EcoTarium. Zu den weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung gehören: DCU Center und Union Station.

"Non-Smoking Room - Not"
Requested a non-smoking room. Was told I was in a non-smoking room. The Lobby reeked of smoke as though smoking in the lobby must be common. The continental breakfast was to be served in the lobby. The hotel room smelled strongly of a cleaner when we entered the room and within a few minutes the unmistakable odor of old cigarette smoke completely overtook […] us. It was so difficult to relax and sleep in the room with the horrible smell. If it weren't so late we would have left to find somewhere else but we needed to sleep before our morning conference in the area. We declined the free breakfast as we could not eat in the smoke filled space. We were so disappointed in this hotel. We did not say anything to them because we saw no point. If they believe they can present such a room as non-smoking, nothing I was going to say would make any difference. Mehr

"Disaster on Route 12, West Boylston, MA"
The exterior of the hotel is beautifully maintained. The interior is terrible. Key points. - The interior reeks of cigarette smoke - The carpets are filthy - The carpets are frayed - The blackout curtains do not black out exterior light - The smoke detector was broken, inoperable - The extra blanket looked like it was straight from a thrift shop - […] The blanket on the bed had cigarette burns - The bedspread was filthy - The breakfast area was small - The breakfast offering was worse than a state penitentiary The staff was friendly. It was a perfect DUMP. Yes, it was inexpensive. I want my money back. Mehr

Me & my fiancé stayed 1 night for a wedding & I was amazed with how helpful the woman at the front desk was. We weren't 100% sure on where we were going but she made phone calls & was able to guide us in the right direction. It was a Friday evening on 8/12/11. "Awesome Little Inn close to the big city Boston!!"
The Inn has a lot of great qualities. Quiet and comfortable, no hussle and bussle going on all around you. Close and convienient to Worcester and Boston. It has many close amenities like Walmart and many restuarants with very good food. We really enjoyed the hotel manager who made sure everything we needed was taken care of. She was fantastic!!

"25 year old pictures-also how long since repair"
Start with the pictures on the internet are from 25 years ago. The approach to the office is full of pot holes and no grass, the boards on the overhang at the office were hanging down and missing, but I pressed on thinking it cant be all bad, HA. The room had two corners of the carpeting shredded like a dog dug up 14" of it, the wall paper was hanging […] off the wall over the dresser, black skuff marks on the wall over the TV, mold in the un-scrubbed floor in the bathroom(un-scrubbed for many years, with a build up of black/grey crud), garbage was not emptied daily, BUT, to say something good, they did make the bed everyday. If I didn't pay in advance (and no refund) I would have left ASAP. The sheets were also clean, but, if you put lipstick on a pig, its still a pig!! NEVER stay there-YOU have been warned. Mehr
"Good hotel for the price"
Pretty basic hotel. The room was clean and it was quiet. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Good value for the money. They have a free continental breakfast which is always nice.

I think the area was so bad it brought down the hotel as well.
