It is a very nice and clean hotel. We primarily picked it for the location, but it also has a sauna and a very nice indoor pool. It was our last night in Paris, so we wanted to have an easy relaxing evening. The only negative comment...if you are flying in and planning on catching their shuttle, i would recommend calling the hotel and checking on the […] pickup times. We ended up waiting for 40 minutes before one showed up. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience. Mehr

nice option for convenience in the airport area. Very clean & spaceous hotel, decent breakfast buffet, & the drinks in the mini bar are extra cold!

The only complaint I have regarding my stay at the Novotel Convention & Wellness Roissy CDG has actually little to do with the hotel! The real issue is the transportation system at Charles de Gaulle airport and more specifically the shuttle buses. While TGV and RER station is well signposted there are little to no signs to show you the way to the bus […] station! We only found our way after asking a local who pointed us up to the top floor of the airport (floor 5) where instead of finding an organised bus station we found a narrow passage way where the shuttle buses come along every 30 minutes and you then have to take your life (or small children in our case) in your hands and scramble aboard. Why are there no signs in either French or English? Who thought to put the bus station on the top floor? And why can't they organise their buses in a manner that's logical and doesn't leave first time visitors to Paris bemused and frustrated in trying to achieve a simple task such as catching a bus! Dear Novotel, if you have any influence over the airport please ask them to improve this experience. Otherwise its the taxi for us next time! Mehr

My husband's family is French; hence, we make the trip every 1-2 years to visit. This is our go-to hotel for our night before the flight back home. The service is great, the rooms are roomy enough for our family of four and the selling point for us is the breakfast in the morning. We choose the early bird rate with breakfast included. I was a bit concerned after reading some of the reviews here, but our room was clean and the service was fine. Checkout took some time in the morning. We didn't have any problems with the shuttle, but it does run only every 20 minutes and takes about 30 minutes to get to the Terminal 2 stop (where most flights are). So while you're close to the airport, […] if you just miss the bus it will take you as much time to get to the airport as if you took the RER B from somewhere in Paris! Mehr

We stayed here one night between planes. I was surprised, based on the price, that it was such a nice place. Rooms were very nice, service was excellent, food was very good. My only complaint is that the free shuttle does not go to each of the main terminals (which would have been easy to do as we went right by them), which made a long walk carrying […] and rolling luggage. Taking a taxi instead would have cost about 40 euros. If they would change this one thing, this hotel at the web price, would be amazing. Mehr

Overall, we were very pleased with this hotel. We would definitely stay there again. Wake up call came in as promised, bed was very comfortable, room was very clean and quite, shuttle arrived on time and delivered us to CDG within 20 minutes. The food in the restaurant was okay, although the menu was rather weird by American standards - how about thin […] potato pancakes instead of buns on your burger, served with french fries - the logic of that one in particular totally escaped us. A one night stay before an early morning flight. Desk staff were extremely helpful and our suite was ready when we arrived. Good facilities and well provided in terms of storage, coffee maker etc. Room was large and clean and with very little noise from nearby airport. Breakfast was less desireable in quality but service was still good. Free airport shuttle. Great hotel - clean and modern, free internet, great gym. Comfortable room, good location, easy 10min walk to the little village with everything you might need or want there. Shuttle bus service was a little confusing but worked.

Arrived at reception where they didn't have my booking and the hotel was full! Quite a hassle. Waited a long time to served a meal in the cafe.

Very comfortable. Excellent breakfast before an early overseas flight. Hotel has free transportation to the airport terminal 2 & RER station but is shared with other hotels so you have to take 30 minutes to arrive. A taxi to the arport is 20 euros. hotel room was big and the hotel was ok for the discounted price but felt cut off. The transfer to the airport was hellish and took over an hour. Some people on the hotel route had to wait much longer . I allowed 2 hours for check out and transfer but this was not long enough. The hotel was very impersonal and the meal facilities impossible to fathom. […] I waited 20 min to order and another 25 mins till the meal arrived . Lots of meals were being served but not mine . The staff were very overworked and tried to be helpful but they were losing. Room was good and modern but I got stuck in the lift on the morning of departure. The guy at the desk did not seem to care and said that it had happened to him as well. An interesting expensive hotel but the breakfast was ok Mehr

I highly recommend this hotel: services are excellent and front line employees very courteous. It's almost nothing but the welcome beverage tickets were really appreciated. Thanks. We love the spa and the workout facilites.

The room was superb, however the bed was not. Even just sitting on the bed you'd think you were going to end up through the floor in it, the springs were so bad it just kept going down down down just sitting there. Its a great hotel. If you speak french, then bonus. If you don't....expect top be looked at as if you have four heads.... especially if your an american. WELL APPOINTED. QUALITY SERICE. GREAT FOR STOP OVER. DEFINITLY TAKE A TAXI TO THE AIRPORT, NOT THE FREE SHUTTLE THAT TAKES YOU TO A BUNCH OF HOTELS NEAR THE AIRPORT.

This hotel was modern, efficient and comfortable for our 1-nite stay before catching a plane at Charles DeGaule Airport. We used the sauna and though a little too hot, found it sufficent. The front desk personnel were helpful, efficient and pleasant to deal with. They also spoke English readily.

We stayed here on our way back to the UK from Disneyland The kids enjoyed the Xbox, Wii, games, pool and TV channels. The hotel is handy for the airport and has good facilities. The only downside was the industrial estate/hotel complex feel of the neighbourhood. We didn't go out of the hotel so didn't really matter to us...

Great hotel for families. We stayed there on the last night of our trip to France. The hotel had a pool, so the children could play. Access to and from the airport was pretty easy.

We flew in to Orly at 18h00 and were departing from CDG at 11h00. The Wellness Centre is terrific, we used the swimming pool, steam room, sauna and showers - fabulous after long flights. The room was clean and a good size, however, my husband found the bed rather uncomfortable. Staff was excellent at check in. Very helpful with our bags. Hotel was difficult to get to because of the language difference. Quality of the hotel far exceeded our expectations. 5 STAR!! Restaurant was crowded but sat us quickly in the bar. Food was "OK" but not excellent.

The hotel is very clean, quite new, room was excellent, comfortable, very quiet with plenty of room. It is one of the few hotels where I can honestly say I got a good night sleep, this is after all all I really need from a hotel. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the hotel. The room was very well appointed. We walked around Roissy and were very surprised at how nice the town was...beautifully maintained with lovely parks. But, best of all was the service I received when I called the Manager of the hotel the next day, after I returned home, to tell him I left my jewelry […] and cash in the safe in my room. Both the manager and head of housekeeping went into the room, unlocked the safe, and sent everything back to me by FedEx the following day. Mehr

Only minutes away from CDG with a free shuttle running every 15 minutes. When we arrived we wanted to return our car rental. The shuttle driver led us to a gas station for refuel then to the car return and drove us back to the hotel. This he offered without us asking.....EXCELLENT and friendly staff!!!

This hotel was very nice and very quiet considering it's close to Charles De Galle airport. It was a bit confusing to find our shuttle pick up point (one at Terminal 3 and one at Terminal 2). The hotel is on 'hotel row' but it's a nice area and a short walk into the little village of Roissy. There was nice exercise area and pool in the hotel. it was clean and comfy, great for a last nite before CDG. shuttle to the hotel...big pain. shuttle from hotel to CDG really nice. great for kids or adults if you just need a place to waste time and stay in. Service and restaurant....VERY MEDIOCRE!

We stayed one night and found the hotel an excellent choice. The room was clean, the front desk very pleasant and the shuttle service very convenient and efficient. We would definitely stay there again, and next time use the fitness as it looked quite inviting. Kevin Vancouver Canada
