Wir hatten das Hotel für sechs Tage Sightseeing in London gebucht. Man benötigt mit der U-Bahn ca. 1 Stunde, um nach Central London zu gelangen. Unsere U-Bahnstation befand sich direkt an den Terminals 1,2,3 vom Flughafen Heathrow. Zur U-Bahnstation fahren direkt die Linienbusse vor dem Hotel ab. Total verwirrend für uns war die Aussage von anderen […] Gästen, dass es einen Hotel Shuttle für 4GBP gibt. Es handelt sich dabei nicht um einen eigenen Abholservice des Hotels, sondern dieser sogenannte Hotel-Hoppa Bus fährt mehrere Hotels an und verkehrt am Flughafen wie ein Linienbus. Dieses Geld kann man sich sparen, wenn man im Vorfeld seine Travelcard besorgt und dann mit dem Linienbus (wir fuhren immer Linie 105 oder 111)fährt, denn die Nutzung der Linienbusse ist in der Travelcard enthalten. Zum Hotel selbst: Es handelt sich um ein sehr gepflegtes, modernes Hotel mit einem großzügigen Empfangsbereich. Aufgrund von mehrern besetzten Rezeptionstheken und Quick-Check-in Schaltern, gab es für uns beim einchecken keine Wartezeit. Es gibt Cafe-Lounges und ein wirklich sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant mit internationalen Speisen und sehr zivilen Preisen. Kinder essen von der Kinderkarte supergünstig. Wir waren während unseres Aufenthaltes drei mal dort zum Essen und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstücksbüffet war für englische Verhältnisse wirklich gut. Es gab Eier in verschiedenen Variationen, gebratenen Schinken, Würstchen und Bohnen. Außerdem gab es Croissants und Crumpets(unbedingt probieren, die Dinger machen süchtig-aber vorher toasten!!!) Es gab eine Müslibar und sogar Cerealien in kleinen Packungen. Besonders gut war der frische Obstsalat, den es jeden Morgen gab. Nur verschiedene Wurst- und Käsesorten, sowie verschiedene Brotsorten und Aufstriche, wie es die Deutschen kennen, gab es nicht. Dafür stand aber ein Kaffeeautomat zur Selbstbedienung zur Verfügung, an dem man sich die verschiedensten Kaffeevarianten frisch zubereiten konnte. Ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Auc Mehr

In direkter Umgebung zum Airport London Heathrow gelegen, erfüllt es alle Anforderungen an ein Flughafenhotel. Das Frühstück, dass in UK doch problematisch sein kann, überzeugt vor allem auch mit einem frischen Obstsalat. kostenpflichtiger Shuttleservice (4 GBP pro Trip pro Person) verfügbar.

Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen Heathrow haben wir sehr ruhig schlafen können, Frühstücksangebot "all you can eat" ist empfehlens- und preiswert, Zimmer sind sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, der Service an der Rezeption ausgesprochen nett und hilfreich (wir benötigten Hilfe, um per "Tube" in die Stadt zu kommen bzw. auf der Suche nach guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten […] und weiteren Tipps). Der Parkplatz bietet genügende Stellplätze, die Lage des Hotels mit direkter Busstation davor für eine "kurze" Anbindung an die City ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt! Mehr

Stayed there with 3 children. They were all relaxed and happy. Clean and nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good, every 2 children get free breakfast for one paying adult. Only ten minutes away from heathrow central bus station. Very good value for money

Very good hotel for preflight stopover. Large, clean, very efficiently run hotel. Hotel shuttle fees to and from airport 4 pounds 50 each way, but they run very frequently. Check in/out was quick. Friendly, helpful staff.

I stayed at Premier Inn after spending 2 weeks in Uganda. It had everything that I could have hoped for and more for my one night stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone with a one day layover in London.

No frills, clean, comfortable accommodation, great shower as always in Premier Inns. Staff helpful. On site food basic but okay. Would be helpful to have directions from Heathrow, including where to catch the shuttle bus.

title says it all a pleasant suprise great value for the location and convenience clean room with comfy bed helpful courteous staff will stay there again if using Heathrowe

We stayed here before heading off to Purple Parking the next day. Purple parking business is right next door which I didn't realise so we went to the Southall one which is only 15 or so minutes away. Rooms are standard Premier Inn, comfy with big beds, food in the restaurant was pretty decent. There were plenty of parking spaces when we got there late […] on a Saturday evening. It's chargable but check to see if the barrier is down before you leave, we paid and then the barrier was up anyway so didn't need to. It's easy to find with Satnav. Mehr

Very convenient but the taxi ride to terminal 5 was expensive. Excellent service in the restaurant.

This was a nice hotel though very large and impersonal. I found the room, clean, large and accomodating however there was lots of noise from the room upstairs and sounds of children running in the hallways. It may be that sound carries in this building but is definitely a problem if you're trying to sleep. Overall not a bad experience but only for one […] night. Mehr

The hotel is very close to the airport and since we were only spending one night, it served our needs well. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful.

Does what it says on the tin. Nothing outstanding, nothing poor.

Hotel is nice, room is clean I was not provided with shampoo, dispenser was empty and room was cold, but after two hours it was heated up. I like unlimited internet for 3 pounds per day. hotel is close to the airport, so i spent just 10 minutes in the bus.

Had a great stay at the Premier Inn on Bath Road. We found out that transprortation to/from Heathrow is free if you walk a few hundred yards down the street and use the city bus system. there is a free travel zone in the area of Heathrow. It saved our family 4.50 pounds x the five of us each time we went to the tube or the airport. Really worth finding […] out about. Mehr

Hotel is well situated close to the airport and has great transport services right outside. Only issue i had with the hotel was the quality of the food. We could not get a table in the restaurant as we were told we had to book ahead. The bar service was slow and it took some 30 minutes before we even got drinks. The food came out cold and the seasonal […] soup was made from a packet, cold and lacking flavour or seasoning. We asked for a baguette for my son and it was par baked and lacking any effort. Great place to stay, but eat somewhere else!!! Mehr

I spent one night at the Premier Inn Heathrow. I arrived late and checked out early so apart from sleeping I didn't do much. The room was clean and comfortable. I didn't like that WiFi free only for the first 30 minutes... very annoying. The location is very close to Heathrow and the Hoppa bus brings you directly to the hotel entrance (about 15-20 minute […] ride from the terminals). Mehr

Great if you need to stay near the airport. We flew in at 10pm and left at 6am. They have a 4 $ shuttle to go to the airport in the morning. Supoer clean rooms. Great little restaurant and bar downstairs. Wished we had booked Premier inn for the next week when returned to London. Def stay here!

Check in was excellent and swift. Room was next to a family with a persistently crying baby, amplified by the vents in the room, which I appreciate are required in the internal design of the rooms in this hotel, but badly designed to leak as much noise, however the request to change rooms was dealt with very quickly (5am flight the next morning) to […] a quieter room. Ate in the resteraunt, we both had the burger (apparently), charred to a crisp and somewhat disappointed to find peas underneath my chips, as the burger meal was with chips and salad (suspect re-used chips). Waitress said she would look into it and never returned. Some aircraft noise as would be expected next to Heathrow, but nothing excessive. To be honest, only thing going for the hotel during my stay was the proximity to Heathrow. As a regular business Premier Inn user (10+ nights a month), this is the most disappointing stay I have had this year. Would not put me off the chain, but will not use this one again with so many more options on the same road! Mehr

Took over 15 minutes to get help from reception. If hotel wants to attract more American guests it needs to give Americans what they are used to, i.e. face cloths, bar soap, shampoo, etc. Lack of these makes hotel appear cheap. However room was adequate, very clean and quiet. Restaurants were above average for this type of hotel. Compared to other hotels […] in the area it was good value. Would stay again. Mehr

This is the second time we have stayed here on our return from a mission trip. Excellent hotel and at a good price. Will not hesitate to use in the future. Very convient to the airport and the food is good in the restaurant.

Booked a double room and upon arrival was told sorry we only have rooms with one double bed.

Very good location, close to Airport (hence there is noise from planes but this stops at night) - Rooms very clean, beds comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar good value for money.

I was allocated a non smoking room that smelt of cigarette smoke

Stayed here on a business trip to London and needed to catch an early flight the next morning. The price was very inexpensive, especially for London and the room was clean, comfortable, and roomy. It's set up to be a self service hotel, but the staff were still readily available and very friendly and helpful. The only downside is it's not convenient […] to get into the city if you're staying for an extended stay - great for getting to the airport, but if you're on a budget, you can easily take a bus to the Underground and get anywhere you need to within London. hotel is perfect for one night transit to heathrow. do not use for any other purpose. no gym, a few expensive chain restaurants are inside. i was irritated at the high cost of transit to/from the airport (not a free shuttle).

The Premier Inn was in a perfect location, I would stay there agin. The one disappointment was the resturant Thyme. Staff seemed to not have a clue what was going on, food was warm and many dirty tables left. The room was really hot, and the window could not be opened.
