WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING RELATING TO THIS HOTEL; EXCELLENT RATES, LARGE CLEAN ROOM AND THE SHUTTLE SERVICE TO CDG. WILL CERTAINLY USE AGAIN WHEN NEED ARISES.

Comfortable rooms but one of the rooms wasn't cleaned properly. There was dry toothpaste patches on the carpet and crumbs on the table. Already unpacked so didn't bother to complain. Need to rely on the shuttle bus for everything, which only runs every 30 min. Other hotel shuttles were more frequent. Had to get a taxi from the rer station after waiting […] for more than 30 min. the rooms were clean and large. I stayed there with husband and son and did not feel like we were all over each other. The staff was very professional and helpful.

This hotel was so convenient for a quick overnight stay after a late flight. The bus that visits all the hotels was packed but frequent (we couldn't fit on the first one, but there was another in 5 mins). Although this hotel was in a complex of 'budget' hotels you would never think it was. The room was huge and easily slept 3 of us. It was clean and […] quiet (despite being right under the flight path). There was a lovely little care package of tea, coffee etc. and plenty to go around. The bathroom had seperate shower and bath, but no lock on the door (small price to pay). There was also TV and Wi-Fi. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient stop over or a longer stay. Mehr

The chair was so dirty in the hotel. they didnt even bother changing it. the room was cold. the rest was ok. free internet. parking costs 10 euro for a day. which i find should be free. breakfast was also 10 euro pr person. there goes busses to the train station. but taking the train to paris and back for 2 person and a child costs 55 euro so if […] you travel alot to paris you should find a hotel closer. we had a car so we drove to paris and walked around different places. the same with disney. we drove . The hotel is close to the airport and ideal for early flights. There is a free shuttle to the airport every 30 mins.

Very satisfied with hotel. Special appriciated small attentions like mini breakfast and a bottle of water included with the room. Free shuttle.

Great location for last night in Paris with early flight in the morning. Helpful staff. Only problem: Hotels.com info states they have free airport transportation. They do...except for 4:15am when we needed to leave to catch early flight. Bus that serves several hotels in Accor chain begins running at 5 something in the am. We had to take a taxi and […] the taxi driver "took us". We had been told by a taxi driver at the hotel the previous morning that the fare should be 15 to 20 E. (This for a 5-10min trip!! The fare from the airport into Paris central is 70E) The taxi driver charged us 30E. This "taxi" had no taxi notation on or in the vehicle - no light, no meter. The taxi was arranged by the hotel staff so I hold them somewhat responsible for this mishap. Mehr

It's about a 30 minute shuttle bus ride away, and it won't drop or pick you up at CDG 2, only TGV Gare. But other than that, room was very good value

Very nice modern clean hotel, good value for the price. Not much around, a couple of ordinary restaurants, but close to CDG if you are overnighting for a flight, otherwise too far from the city for sightseeing. Very handy complimentary shuttle to CDG but make sure you are at the right hotel as there are two Suite Novotel's in the Roissey area. we use this hotel as a stop ,driving up from the south of france .a pretty secure carpark only thing 10e.just a couple of hours from the channel ports.If arriving by car becareful of t he sleeping policemen in the carpark ,roissy village quite close by for good restaurants,however short taxi ride.good rates at this hotel.

We only stayed there one night, since we had an early morning flight.The lights in the room was not working, so they gave us another room ,which to our surprise was already occupied and was in SMOKING floor. Finally we spend the night on the first floor and was reserved for handicapped people.

This hotel was basically superb. My mom and my sister shared one room with me, and it was lovely. Firstly, it was huge. Huge meaning you could do cartwheels in the room and still not bang into anything. There was a queen sized bed, a pull out bed and a really comfy single bed, all equipped with awesome duvet which made sleeping soo comfortable. the […] in-room amenities are fantastic -- where there are tons of movies you can select from and all for free. (the hotel my brother and dad stayed at, charged everything they touched, even the movies they watched). there was a separate bath with a bathtub that was luxurious -- only thing that there the water flow could have been a little bit more powerful. i say the area is convenient, but may not be so for others because it was close to the airport, and the hotel provided shuttle service for free to the airport till about 1 am in the morning, so you can easily take the Metro (which is at the airport) to take you downtown Paris. That worked for me, not sure if it would work for others. Overall, this hotel is awesome. Awesome and super duper helpful staff. Two thumbs up. Mehr

This was a great hotel, and I would stay there again. The only problem I had was that there were 2 white shuttle buses from the airport with the Suite Novotel sign on them, and each went to different places. Apparently there are TWO Suite Novotels. One bus has a small blue street sign with the hotel logos, and the other has a pink street sign with the […] hotel logos. I ended up riding both before I wound up at the correct Suite Novotel. Mehr

Very poorly maintained hotel. Carpets and chairs were stained, urine smell in the toilet, slide-down curtains broken, broken light bulbs... The shuttle ride is a bit of pain but that appears to be a CDG organizational problem. I have had reasonable success with Novotel's but this Suite Novotel is be avoided.

the room & hotel was not up to par for the price that was charged. i would not stay is this hotel again. the facility seem a little tired or old. the staff was not helpful at all when i told them of only a bottom sheet on the bed. to say the least i was not please. would never stay here again.

Un poco lejo del centro ciudad pero teniamos transportes del Hotel asique no hemos tenido problemas solo perdir un poco tiempo por llegar al centro,gracias

hôtel correct, mais le jour ou j'y étais, c'était tout sauf un buisness hotel. Wifi tellement lent, que tout usage d'internet était impossible. Pour moi, c'est rédhibitoire. Pour cela, je n'y retournerai pas.

Hôtel très confortable, silencieux avec navette gratuite pour l'aéroport. Parfait!

Il y a 2 hôtels qui portent le même nom. Je parle de celui qui est le plus loin de CDG. Il est très agréable , calme et d'une propreté parfaite. Bien situé par rapport à l'aéroport Roissy CDG. Bien desservi par les navettes. J'y retournerai prochainement.

Le téléphone et la télévision ne fonctionnaient pas. Nous sommes donc descendus à la réception (vers 18h), mais personne n'a pu résoudre notre problème. Personnel de réception au professionnalisme très moyen Système de navette commun à plusieurs hôtels nécessitant une longue attente à CDG.

Hôtel plus que moyen, personnel à la limite de l'acceptable, ensemble d'une tristesse absolue à l’exception des prix qui eux font vraiment la "java" !!! pensez à contrôler votre facture AVANT de payer, ils ont tendance à vous facturer (entre autre), 3 taxes de séjour, même si vous êtes seuls. Je m'étais trompé en réservant cet hôtel, je ferai vraiment […] plus attention la prochaine fois !!! Attention, il s'agit de celui de la rue de la belle étoile. (il y en a 2 sur Roissy). Mehr
