Das Hotel liegt zwar nahe zum beliebten Bahama Breeze Restaurant, bietet aber nur für Autoreisende die Möglichkeit, Geschäfte aufzusuchen (keine in der Nähe). Die Suiten sind ausreichend ausgestattet, Internet mit eigenem PC problemlos, Frühstück ganz ohne Eierspeise und sogar ohne cream cheese (eigentlich überall vorhanden), zu wenig Sitzplätze am […] Wochenende, Service am Sonntag Fehlanzeige. Die Gebäude müssen dringend von außen renoviert werden, innen ist das offenbar geschehen. Wer in der ersten Etage wohnt, trägt seine Koffer über schmale Treppen.Fazit: Wer nicht unbedingt eine Küche braucht, in Rocky Point wohnen möchte, nimmt besser ein Hotel. Die Wahl dieses Hotels war eine Ersatzlösung für ein Days Inn das wir nach 20 Minuten wieder verlassen haben da der Aufenthalt dort unzumutbar war. Die Entscheidung für das Chase Suite Hotel in Tampa war mehr als gut, es war einfach ein super Hotel wo man sich sehr für das Wohlbefinden gekümmert hat. Kann es nur empfehlen.

nice enough hotel. Keep in mind that it is all non smoking. When booking there is an option for smoking rooms or non smoking rooms. I selected smoking and upon arrival was told there is no smoking in any rooms. The website needs to be updated to reflect this. The pool is tiny considering the amount of rooms this hotel has.

Loved it. Wish the maids would clean and stock the place better

I really like the hotel, and the location, but they really need to update the rooms. My room had a really musty smell that I couldn't get rid of, and there were several broken and loose tiles in the room. The TV, and the other appliances need to be upgraded. I think if these things were done, this would be a fantastic place.

We enjoyed our brief atay at Chase. The suites were roomy and nice, perfct for our mini trip to the beach. Our family loved our getaway.

Very clean. Happy staff, Great rates. Good size room. Breakfast was very good.(BB) Bar next door, was a problem, car alarms ringing late night, Delivery of beer and other items very noisy@ 7am, and cutting of the lawn to early. This was only 1 side of the suites, about 7 rooms, People from the rest of the hotel weren't disturbed) We will return next […] year, and ask for the other sides of Hotel. The room I got you couldnt even see out the window becuase they never cleaned it. The stairs were all rusted and when I got into the room the carpet was ripped and stained in many places, also all the tile in the bathroom was coming up. I asked the front desk if they can give me another room because I wasnt letting my child stay in that one they didnt […] give me a problem. But when I got into the other room they provided me with was pretty close to the same condition except the bathroom was alittle better and less stains on the carpet. The floor of the second room caved in (buckled ) in places when you stood on it and the bathtub caved in ( buckled ) when taking a bath. I will never be staying at this hotel and I feel like it is way over priced.. Mehr

Chase Suites provided an excellent central location for the Frozen Four. It is close to the airport (less than 10 minutes) and downtown (15-20 minutes). Clearwater, and a reasonable drive to Clearwater Beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Complementary breakfast was better than most. A very nice Bahama Breeze restaurant is adjacent, with a couple […] of beachfront restaurant/bars and a couple of upscale seafood restaurants within a 2 minute drive. It's not perfect - there was a small stain on the carpet and small tear on the sofa upholstery - Oh the horrors! Just remember, you're not paying for the Ritz! This hotel was a pleasent surprise! Lots of space, comfortable beds (except for the bed sofa!) and a full kitchen! Breakfast was ok, there could have been more seating in the breakfast ares. Overall, a great hotel!

Hotel was very nice. The only complaint is that cleaning staff only left 2 each of towels and rags eventhough 4 or more people were in the room.

I was not pleased to find that what is advertised on their website is nothing like the actual venue. The rooms are cramped and outdated. They also lack in cleanliness. My child's socks were black from just walking around on the carpet in the room. There was 3 of us in the room and we had to call housekeeping everyday to make sure we had enough towels […] (which felt like sandpaper). Once we were left with 1 washcloth, 2 hand towels and 3 body towels. The "wonderful" dock they advertise is only about 12 ft long total (if that) and the pool is ridiculously small. The only thing good about this hotel is its location. I will not stay here again. Mehr

Size of unit was nice and the breakfast was excellent. The maid service needs some training or supervision. The floors were dirty and the sheets on the pull out bed were still on th mattress from the previous guests. On one of the days that we were there the towels were just put on the bed and not even put in the bathrooms and they were too lazy to […] vacuum up some sand on the floor that we brought in from the beach. The last issue is that they are too cheap to provide soap for dishes or the dishwasher even though they have a kitchen with a dishwasher. Mehr

The front desk staff was less than helpful, but the breakfast attendants and receptions attendants were lovely. The WIFI is non existent and the computer up front only prints if you have 30 minutes to wait for it to work. It was a perfect sized room for our family, and we loved the breakfast.

Beautiful Hotel. Easy check in. Room was better than I imagined. Great hotel for the price. Will definitely stay here on my next trip to Tampa. Easy access to area beaches and also into Central Tampa to visit family and friends.

I would recommend this in a heartbeat. Rooms are very clean. Space is good. TV is.not HD. Appliances are a bit older. No deck room in all suites. Location is great near the airport and not too far from St Petersburg or Clearwater beach.

TheChase Hotel in Tampa Fl. in nice area of Tampa located on the courtney campbell which leads to the Clearwater Beach area nice restaurants near the Hotelthe Hotel served the purpose for takeing care of business hotel OK.

staff was great, awesome breakfast every morning. unfortunately we missed the daily social hour...we heard it was good.Bonus restaurant right next door with good food and live entertainment. very busy place.

It was nice and tidy. Beds were comfy and it looked like the picture. I didn't like the stairs to get up to the room. All in all, it was good. Good a/c and was good for our family of 5. My granddaughter loved her loft (club house she called it) bedroom. We enjoyed our stay. Staff was very nice too.

We rented the 2 room suite and it was great. A bedroom downstairs with it's own bathroom and a loft style bedroom upstairs. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly. The only negative wasn't with the hotel. There are no mini marts nearby, so make sure you bring everything you need, because you'll have to drive about 6 miles […] to pick up anything. Definitely not a deal breaker but it is inconvenient. So, pack up! Mehr

Wasnt the best condition hotel ive ever been in, BUT what can we really expect with it being in hurricane central, right? The accommodations were fantastical, and the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Everyone who stayed there, seemed to be amazingly friendly and outgoing. Great location, with the Bahama Breeze right next to it for a nice chill […] spot, food, drink, and the whole works... over all experience.. 110% AMAZING! Mehr

The hotel was great. We got there late night and the person attending when we arrived was very kind and helpful. The room was great, big and spacious as expected. The furniture and kitchen appliances were very old so it wasn't what I had expected from seeing the pictures but it wasn't a deal breaker for me. Other than that, I found a dead roach in a […] closet that had nothing but the water heater in it, they did not clean the roach up in the two nights I stayed though. Overall, good hotel, could be a bit cleaner but at no point did I feel as if it was dirty in any way. Would recommend as long as you're not a high maintenance type of person. For the price it is great and as always you get what you pay for. Mehr

Hotel location was approx 15 min to downtown Tampa. Easy to drive to and from. Would recommend.

My husband and I stayed at Chase with our 5 year old daughter for 5 nights before we headed off on a cruise. We were pleasantly surprised...the location is fantastic we were only 20 minutes from Clearwater beach, 15 minutes from Busch Gardens and there was plenty of shopping at Westshore. We were only 10 minutes from Costco and other shopping which […] was just on the other side of the Courtney campbell causeway. The hotel was very nice, the exterior was showing it's wear, but that would be expected for a 20+ year old hotel. The rooms were very comfortable. We had a first floor unit with a fold out couch and a queen bed. The queen bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen had full size appliances. They were dated, but in great working order and everything was very, very clean. The breakfast was good and the evening drinks were a nice surprise. The pool area was clean and nice and we spent a good deal of time swimming. We thought they had a hot tub but that had been filled in with trees. It would of been nice to have towels by the pool, but now I am getting nit-picky....overall, we loved it. We will definitely stay again. Did I mention the price was the most resonable in town??? There was also a nice dock and another couple said there were dolphins that swam by everyday although we didn't see any. Mehr

when i checked inon Sun the room looked good. They have a full kitchen which is what I wanted for a week stay for a conference. The desk staff was pleasant and curteous. Monday when i returned from the conference the room had been made up fine. Tues the problems started when i came went into the bathroom to find the sink full of long curly black hair […] (I'm blonde) and what looked like someone had blown their nose on the side of the top cover to the bed. The horror continued on Wed evening when I arrived back to find the room freezing with the thermostat turned all the way down and the fan turned to the "on" position. The trash bag was out of the can and sitting in the middle of the kitchen floor and the dirty dishes I had put in the dishwasher were stacked up dirty in the sink. I told the desk clerk who said they would tell the manager but i never heard anything back. I refused maid service for the rest of my stay for fear of what else would occur. It really made me sick to think what was in that room that I couldn't see. Stay at your own risk Mehr

Overall I very nice stay. The suites are very nice. The appliances are dated, but work fine, and are more than adequate. The grounds are lovely with a small, but nice pool. The staff was friendly, and helpful. They have a business center, with two computers, but the one hooked to the printer is an antique. There is a nice restaurant ( Bahama Breeze […] ) next door. The food was very good. The adjacent apartment complex has a small market with all of the necessities. The only real negative was the breakfast. It was 6:30-9am. The first day i got there right at 9, and the had already removed allof the food, except toast. The second day i arrived at 8:30 and got a nice breakfast, but at 8:57 they, once again took everything away while the breakfast room was still full of people. I travel a lot, and this is not how you encourage people to come back. They should rope it off at 9, but let everyone finish. Maybe it is just me, but it left a sour taste in my mouth. I will stay here again, because it is nice and in a good location. Mehr

Hotel staff was unfriendly. Just stayed 1 night. Room was very nice/comfortable so it worked for the short stay. Bahama Breeze restaurant just a walk across the parking lot; convenient. Excellent food.

Our stay here was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. Even though it is an older property and there may be loose tiles or some small updates to complain about, it was very quiet! No slamming doors, no feet running down the halls! I think it must have been converted from apartments. Roominess and very comfortable king bed! hotel in great location. close to the airport easy acess to clearwater and st petersburg and mall. would definetly stay there if again if able to get a great rate with hotels.com. breakfst buffett had lots of great options everyday not the same ole stuff. hotel front desk staff very helpful. nice heated pool

We found this facility excellent and had a very relaxing holiday.

Pleasntly suprised with the spacious room and how very comfortable and well equipped it was. I would stay here again in the future.

We had an awsome stay. The location was perfect. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The shuttle drivers where the best!!! We will be back again!!!
