Einfaches Hotel. Für "nach einem langen Flug angekommen und nur noch schlafen" ok. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt weniger zu empfehlen (Lage, Ausstattung).

Preis und Leistung passen nicht zusammen.Der Pool war schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt worden,man konnte nicht baden es war zu schmutzig. Die Betten waren nicht frisch bezogen man hatte noch Haare und Gerüche vom Vormieter. Auch das Bad war schmutzig.Das Frühstück war jedoch gut es hatte viele verschiedene Köstlichkeiten.

Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen aus super zu erreichen mit dem Flughafen-Shuttle. Guter Komfort für nach der Reise!

The carpet in my room was not clean, sticky. The beds are in need of a serious upgrade. Just not a very nice room to stay in, absolutely below standard for the price. I will never book this hotel again. Sorry.

they have no clue what a suite is

Not as close to the airport as other hotels, but in a good neighborhood. Convenient to walk to restaurants.

it says on the web that it was a best western at the airport. but it took a long drive to get there.

this was a very nice hotel that was about a 15-20 minute drive to the airport. we used this hotel only as an overnight stay before flying out of miami early the next morning. the front desk clerk jenette was extremely helpful, suggesting we return our rental car the night we were there and taking there curtesy shuttle back to the hotel. this saved […] us the problem of doing this the next morning (5 am). i would give her a 10 overall. :)) Mehr

The hotel is 25 minutes from the airport terminal - if the traffic is light. Even if there hadn't been an accident just as we exited the airport (! no one's fault, but we didn't move for an hour, truly) it would have taken us at least an hour during rush hour traffic at 4:40 pm. Lots of hall noise in the middle of the night. When we arrived at the shuttle area, we had a long wait of over an hour. The shuttle finally came after other airport hotel shuttles passed us 3 times. The shuttle doesn't start running until 6 a.m., and that was cutting it too fine for us, so we ordered a taxi (unexpected additional $35.00 expense). A van saying 'airport transport' showed up at the appointed hour, but said it had to wait for another couple before taking us to the airport. Didn't fit our definition of a 'taxi'... We won't use Best Western Plus at Miami airport again. Mehr

Our flight was cancelled so we never make it to the hotel. We could not get a refund from hotel .com or change the date.

Hotel location was excellent since we wanted to be in a quiet district near free ways and malls. However, when we entered the room, the fragrant scent was overpowering. The hotel must've tried to cover the smell of pot and overcompensated with a very strong smelling room spray. The smell of pot was nauseating in the hallway near our room. Room was large and comfortable. Shuttle service to Miami Airport was on time (hourly) and convenient.

Very convenience , clean and quiet

My room was short on towels/wash cloths, I had to ask for them several days. The carpet in the floor was worn and pieces were pulled from the carpet itself.

Perhaps I was expecting too much but the Best Western near the Miami airport did not meet my standard for a basic hotel. It was fine for a night but check in was slow, the shower and sink didn't drain well and there was no remote for the tv (but I was able to get one at the front desk). I thought they might bring it to me. The free shuttle to the airport […] arrived about 10 min late but there was morning traffic at 8 am. Breakfast did not compare to the Hampton Inn but did have hot food. It could have been better organized too. Next time I'll try elsewhere as dinner the night before was quite a walk without a car. Really good hotel with good service, the room was huge and comfortable and employees were really good. Breakfast wasn't brilliant though and the location is quite far from the Beaches...A restaurant/Bar at the hotel would have been a plus, but overall very happy about the hotel

its not an airport hotel, as a matter of fact its VERY far from the airport and like me, many stay here because is sold as an airport hotel, Only the taxi fare was $32dlls.

i am a very frequent traveler, anywhere from 10 -20 nights a month on the road. I stay in a wide varity of hotels from 2 star - 4 and this "Suite" as they call it was extremely disappointing and at much higher price than expected for 1 night. this was a 1.5 star at best and thats just because of the lobby. bed was as cheap of a mattress as possible, […] tv was a 32" tube with a lousy picture, complimentry shampoo was missing along with 2 dirty towels and one of them ripped. of course those two things you do not notice usually until you're in or already out of the shower. the rest of the room was normal just outdated. i will definately avoid this property in my future travels there and will not only not recommend but will make sure my colleagues do not stay as well. It's great for people on the go. Not too fancy, but very clean and professional, and the staff was helpful.

I stayed here overnight for a late morning departure out of MIA airport. It was supposed to be convenient, close to the airport, relatively inexpensive, and had free airport shuttle service. However, it quickly became a disaster! I should have looked at the map because it WASN'T close to the airport! Hotel shuttles only drive by the airport once an […] hour because it's so far! You miss it, or it's full, you're waiting another hour...minimum. The van is doing double duty for the Beaumont hotel as well, so the shuttle fills quickly. Worst of all, the van is towing a trailer for luggage!!! I was making fun of it until I saw it was MY shuttle...couldn't believe it! It took forever on the back roads to get to the hotel because the shuttle will not use the toll hi-ways. Apparently Airport West means somewhere west of the airport...so is Texas! Hotel was clean and decent, but the location and shuttle service makes it a no-go. Worst of all, when I called for return shuttle in the morning, I was informed the shuttle I needed was 'full' and since they only run every hour, I was screwed and had to get a $30 cab back to the airport...of course, because it was so far! NO ONE the night before at the desk mentioned that I would need 'reservations' for the morning shuttle and apparently, there were too many guests between the two hotels that filled the 8-11 passenger van. Also, since the hotel is located around a business park, you pretty much need a cab to get anything to eat as well...that was another $30 in cab fare for dinner! I could have stayed at the Sheriton or the Embassy, right across the street from the airport, had restaruants, PLENTY of shuttles to choose from AND had 2X better room for less money! THIS IS NO DEAL...STAY AWAY! Mehr

poor breakfast room smell like old place the good things about it you don't pay extra for the parking

Good location to FIU. Clean and enjoyed the happy hour from 4-6pm. I would stay at this hotel again.

First of all when we called the hotel to find out when the shuttle would be there they said it would be leaving at 8:00 and would be there at 8:20. We waited 'till 8:40 and it still was not there so we called again and they said it just got to the airport and they were there 5 minutes later. Come to find out the shuttle had been called to go to the […] mall to pick up other passengers. The hotel should have known that when we called the first time. The driver was very appologetic and very curteous and friendly. The room we were in was very cold and there was not enough bedding to be warm enough. There was a lot of running up and down the halls and a lot of partying and loud laughing that kept us up late. We did not get a good nights sleep with a full day of flying ahead of us. Again the shuttle driver was very helpful, friendly and curteous. We would not recomend this hotel to our friends or family. It also was too far from the airport and with only one van going back and forth makes about a 1 hour wait if you miss the shuttle by 5 minutes. We saw other hotels with vans going by us about every 15 minutes which is much more convenient for passengers and hotel guests. Mehr

I have to say I was shocked when I saw the guy at front desk playing a games online instead helping people in front of us...You can smell a mold in room..We had to change the room because of that...I don't recommend this hotel to older people or family with kids...Plus, most of the stuff don't speak English..

In general a good hotel, but I arrived to Int Airport Miami at 10:30 PM and had to take a taxi with a cost of 35 USD. No restaurant or bar opened at this hour.

Great Room, Great Location, Loved it, but could you leave some more towels in the bathroom? Really one set of towels for two people and with a pool? Other than that, a great place.

Clean rooms, good customer service, easy parking and in a nice neigborhood. No complaints at all!

This hotel was amazing clean nice beds and nice showers with a great view.

First of all..stick to your guns!! The staff will attempt to lie to you about the availablity of a room if you request an early check in. They will switch you to a smoking room and tell you thats all they have available..so take it..IT doesn't smell like SMOKE!! I don't smoke and can't stand the smell..the room smells like the other non-smoking rooms. […] Also there are alot of bus stops and no buses in Doral!! Go figure..high price taxi's only. Also if you are taking a cruise and using the hotels shuttle thru Doral transpo...DON'T I repeat DON'T buy the roundtrip..they leave you waiting over an hour while the empty Doral shuttles pass you by!! There will be plenty of shuttles to choose from when you return from your cruise. Just pay for the 1 way!!!! Mehr

all were pleased with all the services and amenities as Internet service breakfast room and front desk services we will be glad to come back when in the area.

At the moment the hallways are being renovated... dusty and pretty noisy. Breakfast - a complete joke, I don't know if it's due to the renovation but the buffe didn't contain too much. For the price it's impossible to recommend it.
