Very satisfied.

Will return to your property,we used to Own a Hampton Inn but your property is a better value! And if there were a Hampton across the street we would still stay with yur property.!! BUT you really need to address the temperature of the Restraunt in the morning, you could hang BEEF in there n the morning!!L way too cold..thank you

The clerk at 11 pm when I arrived was not helpful. She gave a king, when we had reserved two queens, her directions were not friendly. It looked that she was tired, and maybe she was and that's why, but thats the way I saw it.

My son and I stayed two nights and were very satisfied with The Piccadilly Inn Airport. We will book it again if we are in the Clovis, Ca area and need to spend a few nights.

This property is very old. There are a lot of other properties within a 5 mile range that are much nicer.

Nice place, but thin staffed on weekends when it counts the most.

I reserved this hotel for a week, the first night we got there the room was great we didn't have any issue but the next day we had to transfer to another room and they put us clear in the back in a room where the heat was not working especially the fact that we had it turned all the way up to the max, the noise coming from the vent was so loud as well. […] After being in that room for over an hour I had to request to be moved to another room which put us out even further with no wifi where we had to walk to the lobby to just get any wifi. This is an older hotel but the room was clean and accessible. Could use more electrical outlets but that is a function of the older hotel room. Has a Steak and Anchor restaurant on-site with very good food and good service. Got a real steal on the price of the room.

Quick check-in, decent lobby, easy check out. Free shuttle to/from airport and if it's not running they pay for your cab. Just be sure to send cabbie in to front desk to be paid by hotel directly. If you are traveling on business and need to be close to airport this place is great. Good prices and super convenient. The front desk staff is disorganized […] so be aware of that. I arranged a cab w the night staff for the next morning and when I called front desk to confirm, they said "oh we don't have a request. Looks like someone crossed it off the list. " Don't rely on them to make important arrangements, be sure to follow up. Very hard beds but I like that so I didnt mind. No luxury bedding or towels but you get what you pay for. The king bed room is very spacious, so if you can a good deal on this place it's worth it. Mehr

Good price and worth what you pay. No hot water in either sink. Convenient to airport. In-house restaraunt is expensive. I had to leave a day early and the hotel.com says the hotel charges a one night penalty. Piccadilly said they would not charge it this time.

Unfortunately, the 5:00 a.m. wake up call we requested never came! Fortunately, I set my cell for 5:15 a.m. so we were still able to make our flight. So if you stay, which I would recommend, don't depend on them for wake up calls.

The beds were not comfortable.

I booked two rooms. One for myself and an associate. I used my card and was billed immediately for two rooms. Upon arrival the hotel could not change the billing and I am now with a two room receipt and cannot expense the second room. B

Very nice hotel with nice restaurant and just across the street from the Fresno Airport. Great price and great service.

when i arrived at the airport there was not a shuttle at the airport, i called the hotel and "mike" informed the shuttle wasn't running at the time and to grab the next available taxi and the hotel would reimburse me when i arrived. i paid the taxi driver and when in to check in and mike was rude and said "did you send the taxi driver in?" when i said […] no, he said, "well i pay the taxi driver, not you". then when he was checking me in, he asked for my credit card, he ran the credit card without telling me and then asked for another one. i said i didn't have another one. he said the credit card was declined. i informed him the room was already paid for and he insisted that it wasn't. after i made a phone call he "found the mistake" and said the room was indeed paid for. my problem is that if there had been enough money on my credit card, he would have charged me a second time for a room i had already paid for. all the rest of the staff were friendly and courteous. the bartenders/waitstaff went out of their way to assist me. the only other bad thing i have to say is that there was mold on the inside of my shower curtain. The rooms were fine, but the beds were hard. On-site restaurant was good. Coffee was average. The shuttle was fine. Grounds were well-kept but the top soil or redwood chips had been blown away by the clean-up methods. Security staff was more friendly that the desk staff.

I am always nervous about staying in Fresno, as I don't know the neighborhoods well. I felt safe at this hotel. I arrived late and hadn't eaten but the resturant made me a great meal and didn't rush me out at closing time. I liked the classy diningroom lighting and charm as much as I appreciated the great waiter. My room was comfortable and clean.

It was so poorly insulated we could hear the people in the next room talking all hours of the night. We could hear the people upstairs after the bar closed having their romance hour. The bed on the left side was so broken down and lumpy added to the lack of rest and sleep. Next time I'll just stay home and drive to the airport and get up earlier and […] drive the 11/2 hrs. and still would have had a more restful night. The staff was very nice and friendly. The TV in the room went haywire, they moved us a few doors down which was no big deal!

Excellent location, literally in walking distance to the airport. Friendly and understanding staff. Room had not been cleaned properly (trash can full, and there was pubic hair in the sink and tub... yuck). Old building, definitely not been renovated in a decade or two.

I was part of a group that was having a conference at the hotel. We had one problem and that was that they don't serve lunch. Bad!

If you're flying out of Fresno airport this is a great, close location. Nice enough hotel -- and i love a hotel that offers tea bags in the room too. The restaurant is nothing to write home about, nt very tasty food and the bed was like sleeping on plywood (although I know some people like hard beds, I don't). Nice and quiet and free shuttle service […] to the airport. Would stay here again. Mehr

Very good service they made my sisters memorial luncheon run smooth even tho we had to add another table of 6. The servers were very helpful and considerate under the circumstances. The food in the hotel restaurant, bar excellent.

I remember this place from living in the area when I was in high school 30 + years ago. I was pleased to see that although somewhat dated, this facility was still in great shape and very well maintained.! I booked this motel for its low rates and proximity to Hwy 180. I now live in northern CA,180 is a direct link to Hwy 99 so it made for a convinient […] departure the following morning. The only negative comments we would have are, our room was a couple rooms away from an exit door to the outside of the complex. It became quite noisey late at night and early in the morning as this motel is across the street from the Fresno air terminal. The other problem was my wife woke up the following morning with a burning rash on her face and legs. The only cause we could come up with was maybe the laundry soap they use. One last compaint.........we didnt have time to eat in their resturant, The Steak and Anchor. It always had a reputation for good food. :-( Mehr

On my arrival, the hotel was very easy to find and it was in a nice area right off the highway. The entrance to the hotel was beautiful, it had a warm soothing feeling to it. My room was BIG and very clean and I loved the cookie and the bottle water. Spacious room and quiet. I would stay here again and again. The heating system went out that night, […] but I had no problem, my comfort level in the comfort of the room was perfect. Lots of pillows to keep me warm. Mehr

This hotel is ok for a quick night stay to be right near the airport but would not stay longer. The room was not as clean as you would hope, everything had a sticky, grimy feel making you feel the need to put a towel over the chair before you sat on it.

Had a great stay at the Piccadilly Inn Airport. Nice clean room. Good service. Will stay again.

need more towels in the rooms. shower tub needs to be cleaned better. ice machine out of ice. need an eleavator for us older folks. needs a new mattress.

Convenient hotel for business travelers that are in/out of town, traveling by plane and or don't mind driving a distance to get to restaurants, movies, shopping and or downtown!

hotel convenient to airport, restaurants in the area. The hotel restaurant is very nice and good food. Rooms are nice

The desk agent was welcoming and accommodating. The hotel was clean, as well as the room.

Hotel was clean and what we expected, however, the hotel seems dated with no modern room accomodations such as hd flat-screen tv's.
