Sehr aufmerksamen Personal. leider wurde gerade die Lobby umgebaut und es waren Handwerker im Haus. Sehr gutes Internet in den Zimmern. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis gut.

Everythins worked out very good.

Only a phone call for a pick up from airport. close to main roads. Lovely, self-service breakfast. Comfie beds

Great hotel for an overnight stay before a flight. Located at the airport, clean room, inexpensive, the front desk had a map of nearby restaurants.... An overall great stay. Would definetly go back.

I've been in many Hamptons. Most are slightly above "budget". This one is much better. Nicer rooms, lobby, etc. Well worth the money. Free internet, free breakfast, decent fitness room and pool. Much better bargain than nearby Hilton.

I needed a hotel close to Pearson airport for an early morning flight, and this one was perfect. I wouldn't stay here if I were doing anything in Toronto, but if you need to be close to the airport, this is a great location. The price was quite reasonable, the breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful. The building seems fairly new. Overall the hotel is good if all you are planning on doing is getting to and from the airport as conveniently as possible. The airport shuttle arrives every half hour so there is really no need to rush for transportation. The hot breakfast offered is delicious and wholesome. The hotel has no in house restaurant. There is a nearby hotel (Hilton, I believe) that has a restaurant but the night I was staying at the hotel was too horrid weather wise to be venturing outside so I had to order take out which can be pricey once you tip the driver). I always try to stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites when we go to Pearson. I love the breakfast and the BEDS... the beds are extremely comfortable. There was construction on the main floor so my bag got dirty with dust on the way to the elevator but I could always wash that off. The staff were ok. The concierge weren`t very friendly. tHE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT. eVEN IF UNDER REPAIRS, THE ROOM WAS GOOD VALUE.

I would reccommend it however we were not told of the construction in the building or the $12.00 parking we had to pay on arrival

The room was quite spacious and clean, can say was very satisfied with the room. The negative I would have to say is the checking in and checking out the service was very un-satifactory. Front desk clerks where not friendly and made the experience not pleasant. Not in walking distance of any restaurants.

Our stay at the Hampton was top notch, the lobby was under construction both times we stayed Feb.12 and Feb.20 but the room was just perfect, the bed was very comfy. If not for the lobby i would have given a five across the board. we were not there to holiday just to overnight between flights, close to the airport and the shuttle and driver were also […] top shelf!! Would have been nice to know ahead of time hotel was being renovated. Not sure if hotel gym is on the list to be renovated but this would take the worst prize in recent memory for a hotel gym - 1 bike and 1 elliptical - no treadmill or anything. Bedrooms were fine - spacious and clean and cookie cutter. Convenient but there are other choices equally […] close and next time I will stay elsewhere. Internet was ok when I checked in but as the evening wore on and more people checked in it was glacial. Worst hotel during my stay in Toronton this time - would not recommend. Mehr

This location was under construction while I visited but the staff was very apologetic and helped us get around. We totally enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the pool was very clean. Not many places welcome a big family with open arms and then feed them too. I will go Hampton from now on.

Delightful stay with comfortable bed, good breakfast, convenient prompt shuttle and helpful , pleasant staff.

This is the 2nd time staying here and it is worth every penny, the staff is very friendly. Rooms are very clean and hotel in general is clean and quiet. I loved the room and the bed is so comfortable

Our stay was pretty good. The cable went out one night, but they no charged our movie we bought. The breakfast buffet was very delightful, lots of choices. Pool was nice, the kids always enjoy that the most. We were disappointed that our key didn't work the following night, which they fixed promptly, but still disappointing. The hotel was Great!

The front desk were very helpful and made our stay very enjoyable with hints on restaurants and maps on how to get to places.

It was fantastic that it was so close to the airport, downside...it's about 20 klms to downtown Toronto. Our reservation were made wrong, it was suppose to be Smoking Room and they had us booked in Non-Smoking. To correct it the upgraded us from a Standard King room to a King Suite free. Pergect for an overnight stay when catching a flight the next morning. Staff and breakfast provided were top notch. Hotel itself needs updating but perfectly fine for overnight stay. Location is very close to the airport but finding the shuttle to get to the hotel was impossible. Taking the shuttle back however was a breeze. A solid hotel.

Staying here was a great choice - better than competitive prices, early check-in to adjoining rooms, a nice hot complimentary breakfast, relaxing swimming pool, and excellent front desk service including printed directions to the nearest subway station!

the stay was a great way to end a day at Canadas Wounderland, the kids loved the stay including the pool.

The room was clean and neat. Breakfast had a good variety of things to chose from. We left something behind and house cleaning was very couteous about holding it, for two weeks, until we could get back to get it. Also the ladies at the front desk were very helpful too.

Everything from check in to check out was excelent The staff were freindly and helpful the room was niece, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was great and lots of choice. I will be back again. I totally enjoyed the stay.

Good choice for of an airport hotel. Clean and convenient, free shuttle. Free hot breakfast too.

We were quite impressed with this Hotel. The room was lovely and the King Bed a treat. The buffet breakfast was delicious and enjoyed making our own waffles. It was a very clean and well presented hotel. We only stayed overnight as we were in transit, but would stay there again and would probably stay for an extended time if in the area again. I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn. The Buffet breakfast they offer to all guests at the Hotel was really good. The pool and hot tub were excellent too. Our room was clean an the staff were very professional, not to mention their shuttle service to the Toronto Congress Center was extremely helpful.

I have stayed in hotel for one night.I went out for that night and when I came back after mid night I could n't find a parking spot to park after circling for 5 minutes.It was a bad experience with this hotel and I would not come back to this hotel for certian.

This hotel offers great value for the price. Shuttle service to and from the airport was efficient and quick, hotel staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was very nice. We've stayed here before and we'll stay again.
