Zimmer sehr sauber. Frühstück super ! Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir würden das Hotel sofort wieder buchen.

Wir (25 Jahre, deutsch) haben 4 Nächte in dem Hotel verbracht, das Zimmer war angenehm eingerichtet und sehr sauber, das Frühstück war sehr gut! Die Lage ist phantastisch (was sich leider etwas auf den Lautstärkepegel im Hotelzimmer auswirkt), man kommt zu Fuß schnell an die Moldau als auch in die Innenstadt, die U-Bahnstation ist ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke. Wir waren positiv überrascht und würden sofort wieder kommen!

Breakfast is included. It's not far from the metro stop. The staff are really friendly and the room is clean. The only problem that I had was some noisy guests down the hall that were preventing me from sleeping. I contacted the front desk and they took care of it immediately.

The Location was excellent in that it was convenient to the metro and Trams running along the river and to the historic district. There is only a small BW plaque on the building so easy to walk by. The clerk was indifferent but later on that evening I called down for 2 extra pillows and the next clerk was very accomodating. Excellent price. Quiet location, if you dont mind figuring out the Tram to get to the old city (easy actually). Markets and restaurants close by.

The hotel is a short metro ride from the train station. DON'T take a taxi. Learn the metro and tram systems and it is wonderful. Great breakfast, free PC in the lobby, outstanding staff and clean rooms. What more could you ask for? Location? I thought that would be a negative as it is far from the tourist areas, but once you learn the metro and trams, it is great. And the walk (2 blocks) to the quiet part of the river to feed the swans and have an inexpensive beer on a boat moored at the edge is better than being in tourist town.

Excellent location near the river,trams and metro.Secondary glazing reduced traffic noise to zero but air con did not seem efficient.As a result we had to open a window at night to cool down as we were there during a very hot spell Otherwise could not fault this hotel.Staff are congenial,speak english and were never looking out for tipping. Breakfast was more than adequate and not a bun fight..All in, all would highly recommend it and certainly stay there again if we were to revisit Prague.

This was a great hotel. It was near all of the sights. You just gotta know how to navigate Prague. 5 great restaurants in within 5 blocks. Metro, Tram, and bus two blocks away. Secure parking, block away. True, some people didn't like that the restaurant and bar closed early, but there is a great outside sitting are at the end of the block. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I speak Czech which made it so much more easier, but staff does speak english, and they have everything in English, as well as in other languages. Rooms were big, the doubles. We had the two adjoining ones, and the look out over Nove Mesto was awesome. It was easy to book a room 2 weeks ahead and very reasonable. I'll definitely stay here again. My mom is going to Prague she's staying there as well.

The Best Western City Moran Hotel advertise as a four star hotel, but realy it is a three star hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Communications in English was perfect. Hotel location is good but I would say a 25-30 mins walk to Charles Bridge. The room I booked was a deluxe double bedroom but I can hardly say it was a deluxe room, I have stayed at Mandarin Oriental in Singapore, Hotel Arts of Barcelona, Tousserok of Mauritius, so I know when it comes to deluxe these hotels means deluxe. Overall pricewise I am satisfied.

The hotel staff were courteous and very competent. They did a great job of answering all or our questions even though we don't speak any Czech. The room was clean, comfortable and a good size. The daily breakfast that was included in the price included eggs, meat, breads and pastries, fresh fruit, cereal, juice and coffee and was attractively presented. The only negative was the high price of phone calls and no pay phone in the hotel to help avoid those charges.

The hotel is in an ideal location for sightseeing, a fifteen minute stroll to the centre of the city, excellent public transport nearby, so reasonably priced and reliable. Staff are friendly and speak excellent English, couldn't fault the hotel

the hotel was very clean, however said online there was a residents bar - which there was not! breakfast and rooms were all good, no complaints really!! would stay there again...

I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. As a frequent traveler I found this hotel to be one of the best I have stayed in "Worldwide". Location was very central. Room had triple glazing so very quiet. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Everything generally very good, polite and helpful staff, clean room. Breakfast was good too. All round pretty decent hotel, can't fault it!

The normal two singles pushed together to make a double bed but apart from that no problems with the hotel. Just out of the main drag so pretty quiet which suited us. No problem getting around once we got used to the metro, buses & trams which are about quarter the price of taxis & very reliable. Nothings too far to walk to anyway really if you take your time.

staff friendly and all spoke english. good choice for breakfast and excellent times. rooms very clean,airconditioned,plently of windows made it light and airy, good sized room, serviced everyday.about a 1.5 mile walk to main attractions so original description slightly wrong. nice place to stay.

Hotel was 5 min or less walk to subway and tram stop. Also right near Vlatava River. We really liked the location as it was quiet and safe neighborhood and was easy to get public transportation. Hotel was also very clean and had all the basic amenities. Desk staff was helpful and courteous. Free wifi and free use of computer in lobby with internet. Nice flatscreen tv in room. Rooms are not recently renovated and style is out of date but we found them clean and bright and larger than usual for European hotel room.

Although our room was very small, it was well equipped and very quiet. The breakfasts were great and the reception staff were very helpful. A little out of the tourist area but close to the metro and trams stops. Would stay there again.

Good, quiet location, about 100m from metro station, but most sights accessible by foot. Clean, big room. Breakfast came with room and was ok. Only problem was the free wifi didn't work for me in our room and only off and on for my husband. There was a free computer in the lobby though that worked fine.

We had a wonderful stay in Prague, helped by the excellent hotel.Near to the river, a 20 minutes stroll or 2 tram stops,to Charles bridge and the old town, meant that we had the best of both worlds- near to the sights but quieter than the town, and a much cheaper area to eat and drink, .e. a good night out with food and drink(beer £1 pint) cost us £15 per head.We would certainly recommend Best Western moran as a place to stay, and Hotels.com gave us a great deal on the price

We were both very impressed with the hotel. Large bright and airy room. Not noisy. Great shower. Hotel in general was a nice size. Breakfast great. The location is the best that we have stayed in Prague. Take no14 tram (and probably several others!) to Wencelas square. We'd definitely be very, very happy to stay there again.

I am fussy - and I had no complaint at all. The hotel is very clean, the staff extremely polite. The breakfasts offered a wide choice and were fresh and wholesome. I was not disturbed by noise at all. I will use the hotel next year. It is 1 minute walk from the river and 1 minute from the park and 1 minute from the metro.

This was my first trip to Prague and i selected this hotel based on the price and past reviews from Hotels.com compared to other hotels in the same price range. The room was clean and nicely furnished. It was similar in size to other European hotels I have stayed in. The staff was helpful and fluent in English. The location is about 25-30 minutes from the main tourist areas of Prague. However, it is about a block from the metro B line and a tram stop. This makes travel very convenient and you can get to/from the airport without a taxi very easily. I found staying away from the tourist areas a benefit. The streets around the hotel were very quiet. Also, pubs and restaurants seemed to be much less expensive for the same quality product than they were closer to the tourist areas.

The Moran was a grea choice. It was very clean the room was spacious and quiet even though we were facing the road and trams went past. We asked for tea making things and were given a tray with kettle and cups plus tea coffe and sugar. The breakfast was very nice plenty of choice. The hotel is about 5 mins walk to the metro then river one way opposite way is tram stop for the castle get tram 22 it goes everywhere you want. Dont get off for the castle untill you,ve gone past and up the hill round the back of the castle and it looks as if you,ve gone too far but get off at the next stop and walk through the Royal Gardens this avoids walking up lots of steps. The metro is really easy too. Same tickets for all public transport reception at hotel sells them. When you first use them you need to put them into a yellow box on the tram or as you go into the metro station this stamps time and date on them. We used metro late at night (2 women) but felt safe and had no problems at all. We really enjoyed Prague the hotel was excellent and the city is really lovely.

Great room for the money.....Large windows and high ceiling. Staff were excellent and had an enjoyable stay, made all the different to visit. Hotel in a convienience area for sight-seeing. Nice breakfast, lot of choice. Would definatly go back to same hotel. Very Clean.

Small hotel but so clean and bed and pillows so comfortable. Dodnt get a taxi as bus 119 runs to metro then only two changes and hotel only round corner from metro cost about 75p. Just in Charles square but not much there about a 20 min walk to old town square. Day pass on the metro/tram is only 100K. Would recommend a stay here.

the room was clean and neat. the bed a little hard for me but ok. staff was helpful and nice. the breakfast was good. a great location to see the city.

hotel is lovely and clean

Good location for access to Old Town and many travel landmarks. Easy use of the rail system, metro and staff very helpful with instructions on their use. Walking to many sights and restaurants is easy; just bring a good map of the city and really good walking shoes for the cobble streets.

The hotel is clean and quiet.Staff very helpful.Breakfast-average.Air conditioning not cool enough.Beds a bit hard with a cotton comforter which could not be used because the room was a bit warm-no top sheet to use instead of the comforter.Location excellent-in a quiet part of town with good communication.Free internet !!

Reasonable rate, I like breakfast included. The airconditioning was not great, but sounds like they will be upgrading that.

Låg bra till i förhållande till Gamla Stan, spårvagnar och Metro. Jättetrevlig och hjälpsam personal, fina rum och en god frukost som serverades ända till klockan 11.

Hotellet var schysst, varken bu eller bä. Det var rent och fräscht och kändes säkert. Rummet var i nivå med vad man kan förvänta sig på lite bättre Scandic-hotell. Frukosten var väldigt bra, ett plus för att den pågick fram till 11. Kan absolut rekommendera det här hotellet, det låg väldigt bra, nära floden med promenadavstånd till Karlsbron, Gamla Stan etc.

Mycket bra hotell för pengarna. Bra läge med flera bra och billiga restauranger i närheten. Promenadavstånd till centrum och T-bana och spårvagn inom 100 m. Bra och riklig frukost serverad i trevlig lokal. Vårt enda klagomål var de hårda sängarna men det rättades till så att jag fick en mjukare madrass. Skulle mycket gärna återvända dit.

Det er nemt at komme til diverse seværdigheder fra dette hotel.

Pænt og rent hotel. med god beliggenhed, ligger i gå afstand til byen, og lige ved sporvogn og metro station. Der kan dog være lidt larm, for sporvogne, og ambulance kørsel til det nærliggende hospital

Stort luftigt rum, rent och fräscht och öppningsbara fönster! Jättebra frukost, och framförallt; serveras till 11.00 så även den morgontrötte hinner få frukost. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell till alla som uppskattar ett nice price men fortf vill bo rent och fräscht och hyfsat centralt.

My friends and I arrived 2 hours before check-in and we were allowed into our rooms. Those were very neat with daily cleanup, etc. The river is less than 300 meters away. Metro and trams are equally close. The commercial area and the old city were about a 15+ minute walk. Minor note though not really inconvenient: We had asked for full beds but instead got twin size beds pushed together.

Hotellet er pænt og ligger i et roligt kvarter tæt på metro og sporvonge god service, der kunne dog godt være mulighed for at købe en drinks i baren om aften

Hotellet var en positiv oplevelse. Velbeliggende og med kort afstand til metro og sporvogn. Absolut pænt og rent overalt på hotellet og et venligt personale. Morgenmadsbuffet god og righoldig (men dårlig kaffe). Værelset stort med pænt badeværelse. Desværre var madrasserne i vort værelse så nedslidte med slappe fjedre at en god søvn ikke var mulig. En god og komfortabel seng er for os meget vigtig, når et hotel skal bedømmes. Vi kommer gerne igen, når hotellet har fået udskiftet madrasserne.

Buona scelta per un soggiorno a Praga. Per arrivare in centro 15 minuti a piedi e, per chi non vuole camminare, la metro e il bus passano a pochi metri dall'Hotel. Colazione abbondante e varia (servita fino alle 11!)... Ve lo consiglio...

god mottakelse. god service. imøtekommende ansatte. Bra rom. God romservice. God hygiene. OK frokost men kunne vært bedre.
