Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

We would certainly recommend this as a place to stay while in Parker. The hotel was very clean. We arrived fairly late but everything was had been taken care of. Our check in was very smooth and quick. Our room was very clean and contained all needed amenities. It was very quiet. One thing I really appreciated: an envelope available for tipping the […] housekeeping staff. If you chose to use it, they suggested you drop it off at the front desk with your room number so it would go to the proper staff person. Nice touch. Lovely hotel with friendly staff, only issue we had was a train making a mournful ghostly siren noise at 2,00am as the train passed close to the hotel!!!! Close to several fast food outlets and a nice restaurant about 4 miles up the Colorado river

The room was very nice and clean, the a/c worked great in the 112F, outside Temp. I have stayed here a few times before, and have never had any problems.Nice place I highly recommend it. APH Glendora,Ca.

We've stayed at several hotels including the casino /hotel in Parker and found them lacking so this BW was a pleasant surprise. The bed was very comfortable. Will readily stay here again if we have to return.

We have never stayed in Parker but went for a concert at the Blue Water casino and staying at the Best Western was perfect due to the location... little did we know it was just down the street from the Casino.... We had a great time.. the staff was friendly and gave us info on were to eat and play. This was our 2nd stay here. We were pleased with the cleaniless and helpfulness of the staff. The continental breakfast was as good as most, which included frozen egg omelets, burritos and cook your own waffles. I liked having fresh fruit most of the time in the lobby. Housekeeping did not come on the 2nd day and pick up room or leave clean towels, […] we had to go to the lobby and request these. There were some loud bikers that checked in on the 2nd nite, however by 10pm all was quiet. Mehr

The room was very well appointed. The staff was courteous, professional and helpful. Two items kept me from giving a perfect score: Although I was aware that there were no nonsmoking rooms available, the room I stayed in had a very heavy, acrid smell of cigarette smoke. There was nothing available to mask or eliminate the odor. The phone did not work […] and the hair dryer did not work. Outside of these minor inconveniences, my stay was comfortable. Mehr

Convenient but very basic. Continental breakfast was better than average.

Can't say enough about how great staff was. After checking in, my rollaway was at my door before I was. Would definately stay here again.

Memorial Day weekend is a great weekend for boaters. Not a "zoo" like other popular river destinations. Annual "floating event" (float down river) on the weekend following memorial day weekend. A must!!

The desk clerk, Christy, was very friendly, courteous and helpful, which was a good start. I stayed during the Memorial Day weekend so I specifically asked for a quiet room. She was able to put me in a room that was just what I asked for. The room was spacious enough, and I liked the convenience of having two sinks, one of which was not inside the bathroom. […] Parking was somewhat limited but not so much that I felt inconvenienced.
