Best Western Plus Phoenix Goodyear Inn - Goodyear

Das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch und wird dem Begriff FAST aus Breakfast ehre gerecht. Sämtliche Geschirrteile sind aus Styropor, das Besteck aus Plastik. Nicht sehr einladend, aber ausreichend und OK für den der sich schnell versorgen will.

Sehr freundliche Leute begrüssen uns und lassen uns gleich wohl fühlen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut eingerichtet (Zimmergrösse Standard). Das angeschlossene Restaurant/Bar ist sehr gut, auch hier ist das Personal sehr nett. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen, es bietet ein ausgezeichnetes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Bed was nice, room was clean, tile bathroom, AC worked, and everything went smoothly. This would not be a family hotel however, if its just for you and the other half then it's pretty good choice. But I would not recommend families.

The pillows were great and plenty of them, the bed was very comfortable, there were eggs and bacon, waffles, the usual other stuff for breakfast. Very good and pleasant, helpful staff.

We were visiting our son who is training at Goodyear airport so the hotel was very convenient for us. However if you wanted to be close to the centre of Phoenix it is quite a way out. We had a suite which was fabulous. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and I would definately recommend this hotel.

This was the first Best Western I've stayed in for a while. I'm a Choice Hotels guy normally, but for this trip to Phoenix all of their properties were $20 or more higher per night. So I didn't know what to expect when I booked this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. The property itself is an older one. My guess would be built in the late 1970s or […] early 1980s. However, the building and grounds have been kept up well. The interior of the lobby was modern and clean. The grounds outside were well landscaped. The room I had was clean with modern, nearly new furnishings. Everything worked like it was supposed to. The bed was comfy and overall it was quiet. The morning breakfast was your standard cereal, eggs, bagel, and waffle affair. Overall there was a good selection and it was fresh, even the fruit. Internet access was free and there is a choice of Wifi or regular ethernet cable connections. The Wifi was good for basic Internet surfing and email; overall pretty speedy. But I needed the ethernet connection to be able to stream movies from Netflix without pauses. My only gripes/complaints would have to be: - the pool is not heated and there is no hot tub - the TV reception in the room was fuzzy on all channels. So overall, a really nice place that I would recommend to anyone needing a reasonable, quiet place to stay in the Goodyear/Tolleson area. Mehr

We were treated very nicely and the rooms were nice and the location was great, we also enjoyed the Bar & Grill. Over all I would recommed this hotel to freinds that are watching spring training games.

Clean & comfortable, great breakfast, attractive landscaping and public areas, and in a good area. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.

Location is good & safe , great staff. Our first room had a strong clean smell when we first checked in.Later when we came back the pine scent was gone and a foul order arrived. We soon detected the smell was mold in the sink bathroom area. Staff was great when it came to relocating us into another room. All in all Yes I would stay there again.

I had a rodeo in Buckeye & needed a hotel for the weekend that didn't break the bank but wasn't infested. This hotel was great! It's about 15 mins from Buckeye. The staff was friendly, even at 11pm when I checked in. The room was more than I had expected. The room was big, with a king size bed. It was clean & well appointed. The website needs to be […] updated as it only shows queen size rooms with smoking options. The continental breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The pictures on the internet were a little deceiving, it is a little older than it looks, but overall it was very good.

Bed is hard as a rock.A toiletry item was stolen.

Be sure to confirm before getting there! We booked 4 days with King bed accomodations, when we arrived they had overbooked the king beds. We were given a Queen Suite to make up for the mistake. I was told I'd get a king bed the next nite, but then we needed to park in a certain area due to our contents in our vehicle and those king beds were not available. […] We settled for 2 Queens. Staff was friendly enough and tried to he helpful. The pub food was not good! Service, 1 waitress for about 25 tables and she was covering the bar. Applebee's just a few blocks away was outstanding instead. Mehr

We arrived very late at night with 3 bikes and an extra person. The room was very large and the staff promptly brought up a roll away bed despite the late hour. The hot breakfast was much better than expected and provided a good start for the bike racers.

The hotel itself was very clean and the staff very friendly. Unfortunately, the walls were so paper thin that when a large family checked into the room next to me at 11:00 p.m. I could hear their screaming children and talking plain as day. needed somewhere quick and off the 10 fwy...clean room ..great breakfast..priced right...would stay again

We stayed here a week and found the room clean, bed comfortable, and overall quality OK. However, the other guests were clearly long-term contractors doing work in the area. They were up yearly and not bashful about making noise. Also, the free breakfast was like dining at the United Nations. It was NOT a pleasant dining experience, in fact once was […] enough. We ate else where after that. Clearly, this was NOT the BW Plus's fault, but thought i'd give a heads-up for those expecting a Residence Inn. Although a little more than we wanted to pay for a room considering the race season has not begun (about $20 higher than Phoenix hotels), this Best Western in Goodyear was only about 15-20 min from track using the main roads and not Googles suggestions. The hotel room was nicer than I expected. The towels, toilet paper and tissue were of cheap quality, however. The complimentary breakfast was good: waffles, eggs, bacon/sausage, toast, cereals, coffee, oj and milk. That part exceeded my expectations. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Convenient for the PIR NASCAR Race. Good location off the 10. Room was clean and the location of a Pub next door is good. Daily Breakfast was a plus. Overall this is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel.

Good service and very pleasant hotel staff.

Nice remodeled room. The restaurant is kind of cheesy. They should have left it alone,back when it was a popular Bar n Grill.

The room at first seemed ok until we went to bed and the double beds were so uncomfortable and the springs were all uneven. It was a terrrible nights sleep for all. Next morning - Bathroom experience - very large roach on shower wall (about 2 1/2 inches long ughhh), bath towels were like sandpaper, and the water pressure was like - well - there was […] none really. As soon as we walked into the room all we could smell were cigarettes. The next morning the smell got worse, not only did I have a 6 year but I have asthma.

We made a quick trip to Goodyear. The Best Western Plus was very close to our ultimate destination. The hoetl had an on site restaurant called the Howl and Hoot which we found very convienent since we got there very late. This hotel has all that you need!! great confort bed. the breakfast is simple but for the price I pay its ok.

Will deffinately stay there again when we are in the area.

The wireless internet did not work. The staff at the front desk stated it was being worked on but nothing changed and it didn't work that afternoon, evening nor the next morning. The breakfast was quite skimpy and did not include eggs, bacon nor any protein.

The hotel was ok for the most part. In typical Best Western fashion I was not the only one staying in my room with me. Let's just say that this hotel has a slight roach problem. I assumed the "plus" in Best Western Plus would remove any concerns from the standard Best Western, but I guess not. The Best Western in Goodyear was a very nice place. I had an upstairs room and the only problem was that no matter what the a/c was set on it never seemed to changed temps, and was a bit on the warm side. Staff were all very nice and accommodating.

For the money that we paid, it was well worth the money. Breakfast was satisfactory. Swimming pool was clean. Linen including towels were clean. We wished there was satellite as the TV shows were very limited, hardly no movies available. Our overall stay was satisfactory as it was very close to the business we had to deal with during our stay.

The room was clean, redone and comfortable. I'd stay there again. Good value. Kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfasts were good too.

The room was comfortable and clean. The TV was old with a grainy picture. This is a motel not a hotel. You park your car in front of your door. Just spent one night. Would probably pay a little more for a nicer place in this area next time.

The room was not cleaned after the first night and the night shift desk personel had to find someone to get us some clean towels. Breakfast was good. Usually my husband will not eat at hotels serving a continental breakfast. We will definantly stay again.

This hotel had a surprisingly comfortable bed and room. It was pretty nice for a best western. Warning though if you are trying to find it at night it is almost impossible to find because it has no best western sign that lights up. Our hotel room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and overlooked a charming grassy courtyard. This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and I was mostly blown away by how clean the room was. The location was convenient for my needs- extremely close to Goodyear Ballpark. My son and I stayed there for a night and it was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. We sat out by the pool and it was very clean and pretty. We ate at the restaurant and also had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We would definitely stay there again..hopefully for a longer stay!

The front desk clerks were rude and I felt very unwanted.

We stayed here overnight as part of a long drive on Interstate 10. The motel is located two blocks from an I-10 exit. It was clean and comfortable. Though we didn't use the outdoor pool, it looked nice. The complementary breakfast buffet was fine--nothing to write home about but decent and got us on the road faster.
