Der Flughafen Shuttle hält direkt vor dem Hotel, was natürlich sehr gelegen kommt. Unser Hotelzimmer befand sich im 5ten Stock, es war sauber und sehr ruhig. Das Bad war etwas klein, aber ok. Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral, es hat einige Kafees gleich um die Ecke (Wir haben nicht im Hotel gefrühstückt), ausserdem ist keine 300m das Bristol Acquarium, […] das @Bristol und der Millenium Square.. somit die ersten Sehenswürdigkeiten gleich nebenan. Die Busstation für das Sightseeing befindet sich entweder beim @Bristol oder einige Hundert Meter Richtung Zentrum vis-a-vis vom Subway. :) Das Hotel ist einfach super gelegen, in der Nähe ist auch ein All-you-can-eat Restaurant, welches superfein und sehr günstig ist. Sehr empfehlenswert, würde ich nochmals buchen. Mehr

The hotel was nice enough. Extortionate price for breakfast £16.50. Rooms very small not enough space to hang clothes, plus no drawers. Typical business trip hotel for one/two nights maximum. Not really for leisure. Great location. Very friendly staff. I think a bit over-priced for what it is. I've stayed in better. I would recommend for a business […] trip only if the company is paying. This hotel is very centrally located with lots of good bars and restaurants nearby. Sightseeing bus stops right outside. Free parking is a bonus especially for a city centre hotel. Good value and very friendly staff!!

The hotel is really lovely, and I've spent time in a fair few around the UK lately. My only gripe is the breakfast - suffice to say, go for the continental, the cooked is dire.

Perfect position for a weekend. Central to the regenerated dock area,and within easy walking distance of a terrific shopping centre theatres etc. Hotel well appointed and staff excellent.

This hotel had the best service we have ever experienced in the U.K. The breakfast was superb and set us up well into the evening! An enjoyable stay.

This is a very good hotel (facilities, location) with excellent service. I couldn't get a couple of things to work in my room and so called Reception. Within five minutes, two staff arrived and stayed until everything was addressed. In particular, they couldn't get the Internet to work. Rather than simply leave it, they moved me to another room after […] confirming it worked there. When I arrived back in my room later that evening, they had left some snacks and a bottle of wine with a note apologizing for my inconvenience. GREAT service and would definitely stay there again. Only downside is that wireless internet is not available in rooms just yet. Will be in May 2012 aparently. Mehr

Stayed during a business visit. Very pleased with the hotel throughout. NCP car park next to the hotel and complementary between sometime in the evening and 930am. Great service at breakfast. Can recommend the hotel.

we really enjoyed our stay and were really impressed with the staff. This is the best 4 star hotel in bristol.

Hotel staff were very genuine and friendly. Breakfast was nicely laid out - staff did look very busy though. The pianist was a nice surprise in the bar - created a brilliant atmosphere. Highly recommended.

top hotel, great staff a must if staying in bristol

I have stayed at this hotel on over 10 occasions in the past 12 months and have had a wonderful experience each time. Great Staff make the hotel one of the most inviting places I have ever visited and I look forward to my next stay.

clean, friendly staff and excellent service

This is the best hotel in Bristol I have been so far. It is well located in the centre and still quiet. The room was spacious and very well equiped.

I have been there for 5 nights from Jan 16-20,2011. I would like to say everything about the hotel is great. All people from there are very nice and patient when you ask them for help at anytime. They always put smiles on their faces.

This hotel is in the perfect location for a city visit. Right in the middle of the city but on the other side of the canel so thes no noise. The hotel sorted our parking out and the rooms were nice. The only minor complaint was that we paid for a deluxe room and then informed this was a standard room for the hotel. The bed was two singles booted together […] but when we asked to be moved this wasn't a problem. We had a slightly smaller room but great bed and a bath. Would highly recommend and when I'm back in Bristol this is the only hotel for me Mehr

We loved this hotel - it's really charming and has a lot of character. An issue with our room was quicky resolved so no complaints from us at all. We'd definately recommend this hotel to someone wanting to stay in Bristol.

I booked this hotel on an early-bird deal and wasn't expecting too much... BUT it was fantastic! the room was modern, spotless and very comfortable (as was the rest of the hotel) and the staff were polite and helpful. It was in a great location - 5 mins walk to College Green and Park Street (and bus stops to Clifton) - but just far enough away from […] the heart of the vibrant city centre to make it a relaxing place to stay. Fantastic location in Bristol with parking next door which is a big bonus. Great for Bristol docks and harbour and all the attractions. Nice hotel, generally very comfortable but the room I stayed in was very small - swinging a cat was not an option. Having said that, as a place to lay my head it was very nice.

Excellent hotel for a shopping weekend or to visit the fantastic night life and restaurants.

Nice hotel, but the room was too small, the bathroom was tiny and badly designed, such that water ran from the basin to the floor all the time. I'm not bothered by these things, but we expected far better considering the price of the room.

My room was small, but clean and functional. Unfortunately the room was located opposite a night club and on quite a busy road. I stayed over a Friday night and the noise from the club and buses on the street was very invasive and continued until gone 3am. This did not make for a pleasant stay. Excellent hotel, with excellent facitilities and is very convienient for anyone staying or around Bristol city centre

We did check in late and I asked reception about validating parking to which the replied "just do it when you check out tomorrow" I even check to make sure the hotel had a check time of 12:00 and the receptionist confirmed this. Upon checking out my parking was only validated till 9:30 am which left me liable for an extortionate rate of £12 for 2 1/2 […] hour parking!!!! I live in London and you can park in central London for half the price. Be warned!!!! Mehr

Very nice hotel, clean, modern, very nice breakfast, comfy beds. All in all, very happy with the choice and would definately go back.

the room we had was noisy and cold. friends who stayed at the same time had a quiet warm and pleasant room - so roomquality is very varied. breakfast and sevice for breakfast however was excellent.

Check in was a little confusing in relation to parking details. The female receptionist got frustrated when I asked her to repeat the parking instructions! You have to move your car early in the morning to gain another ticket from reception! This was inconvenient and should be explained within booking process. The room had a strange smell to it!! Excellent location, decor, cleanliness and service. We liked everything about this hotel except that there was no way to turn down the heating, for our room was far too hot. Opening the windows helped, except for the noise. They supplied a fan promptly but it achieved very little. The hotel has changed hands and been modernised since the street view […] photos were taken. Breakfast was good but a very expensive extra. On the other hand, we had free parking at the adjoining NCP car park with access directly from our floor of the hotel. I'm trying to decide whether I would recommend this hotel to a friend...but it depends whether the friend likes a hot room! I don't understand how anybody could level the other criticisms which I've read online. Mehr

Perfect location and great value. Staff brilliant and helpful.

The only problem I had with this hotel was the noise from several adjacent nightclubs which had more than a number of loud arguments outside them for the evening. I would imagine this is a lovely hotel as long as you don't intend to stay on a Friday or Saturday night.

Coveniently situated particularly for the Bristol Hippodrome. The Bristol Hotel is a smart well presented hotel offering fair tariffs and a variety of special offers which are good value for the standard and cleanliness of the rooms. The staff are always very friendly and helpful whilst keeping up a professional service.

Stayed for one night had a discount through hotels.com and it was excellent value for money. The room was clean and comfortable and we saved a small fortune on parking. The quay location in very central, we stayed on a Friday night facing the nightclubs and even with the window open it was a low thumping but not too bad at all. Would stay again. Very nice hotel. Our deluxe room overlooked the river. The hotel was very handy for restaurants and sightseeing. Only draw back was parking. We could park the car overnight in the ncp car park for free but then had to move it to another car park by 9.30 to avoid ncp charges.

An Annonymous building that once inside surprises you with its plush lounge and decor, staff were quick and attentive. Although we didn't use the resturant or bar we could see people using both.
