Hotel was in a great location, rooms were clean, and the staff was amazing. We stayed here while on vacation with our children. They loved the pool. Will stay here again.

clean and comfortable for a nice price. location is good, but some of the clients grilling dinner and drinking beer in the parking lot was weird. It didn't last long, so I didn't complain to the front desk.

We picked this hotel because they had a last minute deal, but that should have been a warning sign perhaps. Shortly after arriving to the first room, the toilet backed up and overflowed, forcing us to change rooms. We walked into the second room and immediately RAN out due to the unmistakable and overpowering odor of urine. The third room (their "best" […] according to staff) was free of the previous problems, although the bed had a rather large and uncomfortable dip in the middle. Also, we stayed there for two nights and the same trash that had been left in the hallway (smelly pizza boxes, etc.) was still in the exact same spot when we checked out. One bright point, however, was the shower head, which had really good pressure. Mehr

Excellent service from the girls at the front desk, every day. They were very helpful and a delight. We will definitely stay there again!

The hotel was great! The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing! I would highly recommend this Inn!

Staff very nice. I must say the bed was the best. I have not had a nights sleep as good as that since I can remember. We even are now going to purchase a new mattress due to the comfort of the one at the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful nights sleep. Also the breakfast was great. This Hotel was very clean, large, in room refrigerator, very nice staff, very convenient. I enjoyed my stay. Will stay there every time I am in Arlington or nearby.

This hotel was clean and it fit my needs for the money. I think it could have been priced a little lower. It is an older hotel but well maintained. Great location to Mall.

We were pleased with the easy access from the freeway, not knowing the area this helped. It was very clean. The staff were very helpful. I'd stay there again.

Breakfast was very limited, but was at least somthing. Although, very small, it was nice to have a fridge an microwave in the room We stayed at a Holiday Inn Express which was also rated a 2 1/2 star and it was more like a 3 star.

Just in town for quick wknd trip to see Cowboys 1st game in new stadium. Very convienent location to shopping, restaurants and stadium.

We stayed at Best Western Cooper Inn for our vacation to watch a game at the Cowboys Stadium. We traveled with our children and grandchildren. The rooms were spacious with fridge and micro which was great, especially for the kids. The breakfast was much better than we had anticipated. The location is excellent--near a huge mall, restaurants, easy freeway […] access, and, of course, the stadium. Although the pool was small, it was good for the children. We felt like it was an exceptional value for family traveling. No complaints. Mehr

The hotel location was excellent. Easy access to the highway and restaurants and shopping area. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Next time I go to Arlington I will book the same room.

Hotel pool was dirty and closed. Stayed at check in area for over 10 min before anyone showed up. Room was still not ready at 3 pm. Room felt dirty , one door had holes in it and boarded up.

The room was great and in a very good location and neighborhood. We were able to access it very easily from the freeway and lots of shopping and restraunts close by, some in walking distance. I was a little disappointed that the pool was still out of order/closed. It has been that way for sometime. Also that we did not receive maid service in our room. […] She came by about 10am and we told her we were getting ready to leave for a wedding and she could come back in about 20 minutes or at her convienience. She never came back. We had a few friends come over to visit with us on there way home and was a little embarresed to find the room not made up. Otherwise everything else was great! Mehr

The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was very nice and clean.

I'm really surprised that this hotel has, as of yet, not been rated highly. On the contrary, I found the hotel to be extremely comfortable, clean, and convenient (in regards to location). Not to mention, the staff was very helpful and accomodating. The only inconvenience I encountered was that they had closed the pool for maintenance. The hotel was good and the location was great for restraunts the only thing was we had to pay for the crib per night.

Good price for the quality. Good cont. breakfast. Quiet neighborhood. Food close by. Nice stay.

Room was very comfortable, i was pleased that the air was on when i got to the room, because the temp was about 100 degrees. The only problem was that it is located near a busy intersection, and it seems that alot of people in the neighborhood had motorcycles. But overall a great place to stay! Great location!

This is not a hotel that I would recommend. The breakfast is suppose to be ready til about 10AM but by 9am, there was hardly anything left -not that there was a decent selection to begin with and nothing hot! I waited two days (repeated calling) for maintenance to replace a main light bulb. The person checking us in didn't seem to have readily available […] answers to questions. And to top it off in the midst of 110 temperatures, the swimming pool was closed for the weekend! Mehr

I stayed at the hotel during June 2009. The temperatures during the day were 100+. When we arrived at the hotel, there was a sign that said "No Vacancy". When we got to our room we found the A/C was not turned on and the room was extremely hot!! We checked in about 10:00pm. We had to leave and go somewhere for about an hour just so the room could cool […] off. Even when we returned it took until the middle of the night for the room to cool down to where we needed the bed covers. Mehr

This hotel met my needs and I was glad that it had a complimentary breakfast. Good value for the money. The staff wasn't very friendly, but there was a shopping area and movie theater nearby which was a plus.
