Beware: water park opening hours go by the school year! Call the hotel to make sure its open when u stay. Hotel is great.

Great

Excellant place to stay; close to airport, Mall of Americas, highway connections and good restaurants.

Hard to adjust temperature in room. Air conditioner blew warm air.

This hotel was a great value. I was there solely for business, but the room was in amazing condition and all the staff that I deal with were very polite and helpful. The restaurant /bar was a great atmosphere . Mind you I travel in the off season so the hotel was very cheap, when the water park is open, the price raises quite a bit....

Very unpleased with the hotel service staff. Had us waiting on their shuttle that wouldn't pick us up whe they came by. Had to fly out early also and their shuttle doesn't start running to the airpot until 5. Nice hotel but ended up spending too much money on cabs for no reason!!

Well-run, convenient hotel with the amenities one expects from larger hotels: decent restaurants, lively bar, comfortable bed. It was a little unusual having bunkbeds in the room, but given the resort nature of the hotel, it wasn't totally unexpected. The room was spacious, clean and had a very comfortable work area.

worked out fine.

Calling in to ask to extend reservation was difficult and staff that answered was impatient with me. All in all it was a very pleasant stay, we were upgraded to business in a massive end room and had an excellent time at water park. The convenience of the MOA being so close is a huge plus!

water park in hotel makes it like staying at disneyland - no thanks.

Only thing I can really say about this is just something I should have thought of beforehand but didn't. With the water park being in the hotel, expect to hear little kids running through the hallways pretty much all day. If you're going out for a couple of drinks at night and are hoping to sleep in, don't count on it. Not a complaint or gripe or anything […] like that, as it shouldn't have been a surprise. The rooms, service, location, amenities, etc. were all perfectly fine. Mehr

It was disappointing to learn that the rates to the water park was the same as the general admission. As a result, the cost to go into the waterpark was pricey. Too bad the hotel did not have a pool within their facility.

This Hotel, with its indoor water park and proximity to the Mall of America, made this road warrior seriously miss his family. The suite I booked even happened to have 4 bunk beads in a cozy kids room, rub it in wontcha! Despite this the atmosphere was very bussiness friendly and relaxing. Good location! Very large rooms! Water park in the hote,l but not included. Beds need updating. Uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect.

We stayed at this hotel for the first time a year and a half ago during the summer and it was really nice, clean and comfortable. We liked it so much that we said we will stay here the next time we visit the Twin Cities area. We just stayed here over the Christmas holiday and were very disappointed. We were put in a room that had a view of an internal […] patio. No sunlight no outside view. This was an achievement since the hotel was built for room to look out and not in. We asked to move to room with an outside view so moved us to a room 6 floors higher. The beds were both creaky everything we sat, moved or got up from them. It felt cheap. The room was still nice as was the hotel and the staff was great, but we felt that because we were given the worst rooms since we got the room at a lower rate because we booked ahead. Mehr

Very Nice!

The Radisson near Mall of America is attached to the Water Park. I wouldn't recommend going there during holidays because people from around the world come there and it is far too crowded. The room was comfortable, but needed upholstery work on the furniture.

Bad front desk service, uncomfortable old beds that seem similar to motel 6 and I had the premium king suite, I feel sorry for standard rooms. small compact rooms, water park ticket is extra even if you decide to use pool for a quick dip, too many people at park cause its in city and the only one south of mpls. Go to a different hotel and if u must […] use a water park then u guess you're stuck. Mehr

Can think of nothing bad to say about this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room very nice, and very quiet. The restaurant was good and the location great. I would definetly stay there again.

The restaurant in the hotel was has poor service. The ladies were to busy visiting to attend to the customers or the food on the buffet. The food on the buffet was overdone. Scrambled eggs had hard crust on them,pancakes were hard, and the muffins were hard. Need to improve on the quality of pillows. The cost of this hotels and the service you get don't […] matchup. I was greeted by the most friendly staff from the reception to the hotel restaurant/bar. The room I got was huge, nice pool, great gym...very clean and everything very well maintained. The hotel shuttle to the airport was just perfect. I was a little late to catch the bus and the reception actually called the bus driver back to pick me up from the hotel. […] For the price I paid, this hotel is a bargain! I highly recommend it. My daughter and her friend thought the hotel and water park was GREAT! The room was comfortable, the staff polite and thelocation was very convenient. Our only problem was the toilet quit working early in the morning and while I could've called maintenance, I didn't want the hassle while we were getting ready to leave. Loved the free shuttle to everywhere you wanted to go in the area. The hotel has a lovely lodge feel to it making it warm and inviting. There is a slight disconnect with housekeeping as there was no kleenex in the room, the a/c was flashing 'maintenance call', the clocks didn't get changed for the time change and I was told by them that there was no […] laundry service, thus no laundry bags which wasn't the case at all. That is all easy to overlook since everyone else is so eager to please and the business center is handy. The room was huge, the bed was comfy. BUT, bring your own light bulb if you need to do work because they have gone 'green' and the lights are extremely dim in the room. Even with every single light on in the room, including the bathroom, there wasn't enough light to work at the desk in the evening. Yes, I would stay there again, it was terrific. No place is perfect but there is far more good than bad here. Mehr

Awesome hotel, great staff. The room was beyond clean. Even though there was a ton of kids in the hotel due to having a built in water park the noise levels were very low. I would stay at this hotel again without a doubt

loved the hotel and how close we were to the Mall of America and IKEA...the water park was amazing! wish we could have stayed longer! oh and room service was fast and the food was awesome! highly recommend staying there, where else can you boogie board in MN in October?!?

Nice hotel...Located close to Mall of America....Only issue was the parking and the room Room had ceiling tiles with water damage. Maintenance guy even was surprised they put us in that room.

The hotel has a water park attached to it. My room had a nice little balcony with a couple of chairs on it. I could have sat out there and overlooked the water park but the chlorine smell was overwhelming. The sink had a large crack in it. But in comparison to some of the hotels I have stayed in, this was GREAT. I think I was given the room I was given […] because I made my reservation online and got a cheaper price than paying their full price for it. Mehr

Our family of 6 just came from a fun weekend in Minneapolis. The Radisson front desk from start to finish was very accomodating. They allowed us to request a King bed, pull out and 2 bunk beds which made sleeping awesome. My daughter was ill so the front desk unlocked the store so we could buy cold medicine when we returned at midnight from a tennis […] exhibition match. The next morning, the Waterpark comped all 6 of our tickets due to the credit card machine not working. Last, the Radisson graciously allowed us a late check out at Noon. Great hotel. Very comfortable and spacious room. Very quiet (weeknight). Only thing missing was a complimentary breakfast of some kind. I would definitely stay there again.

This property was great. I usually stay in downtown Minneapolis and this property was a pleasent surprise. Wish I had time to enjoy the Water Park.

The hotel's amenities/locations etc were all as per what was mentioned in the site.

I always end up staying here when the water park is not open. But, it's always a great experience. High quality rooms, facilities, etc. Great for business travel because it is close to the airport and right off of the main highway.
