Ist etwas abseits, aber eine rundum sympatische und günstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit.

Best breakfast we ever had at a hotel/motel. Super clean, wonderful location close to restaurants and tourist locations (we went to Verde Valley Train Ride and a square dance in old town Cottonwood and Clemenceau museum all within 4 or 5 miles).

We only stayed here for one night - the hotel was very clean & the hot breakfast was delicious. Our only issue was an a/c unit that didn't get the room cool enough for us.

We stayed here for one night of our week long trek across Arizona. This was the least expensive room of the entire week, but the service and quality we received here surpassed all other hotels. We had a plumbing issue during the night and the front desk agent (Kimberly) bent over backwards to help us out. She was extremely kind, apologetic and very […] helpful. We ultimately moved to a different room - an upgrade for us. We really appreciated the extra steps she went to and the kindness she showed. All that and a very tasty free breakfast in the morning made this hotel a delight to stay at. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again! Mehr

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. When we arrived, the staff was rude unhelpful, and condescending. The room was decrepit with obvious stains in the floor, sheets, and holes in the carpet. There was mold growing in the bathroom and wallpaper was flaking off. The breakfast was disgusting and we think they used spoiled meats and eggs. Is […] it too much to ask for polite staff and a clean place to rest for the absurdly high price we paid? You are better off traveling a few miles north to Sedona and staying at a much better place. We have stayed in places all over the US, but we have never experienced such a despicable hotel with such awful staff. Do not stay here! Mehr

My overall stay at this hotel was great. Very convenient location, friendly and accomodating staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

when we arrived, since I had booked 2 rooms for our one family, they tried to rearrange our rooms to be adjoining...and even though that was not possible, they got us next to each other ( one room was for our 3 teenagers, one of which was 19) so they would not be far from us. I didn't even ask, they just automatically did this for me! breakfast was […] very nice, and although crowded by 8am, the line went quickly, staff was very nice, did not run out of food, and they opened up their banquet room for overflow seating. I would very much recommend. Pool and hot tub looked nice too even though it was too chilly this visit to check it out. THey have casitas too, and next time we might have to check those out! Mehr

Poor front counter service. Poor attitude. Did not listen to our specific requirements. Gave us a room that was available and that was it. The pool and spa which we were hoping to enjoy during our stay were closed. "Sorry about that" was the response.

I'll be staying in Sedona the next time I visit that area even if it means spending a little more. This area is pretty undesireable, and was told the locals call it "Rottonwood". Never a good sign...

Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a great continental breakfast made our stay very enjoyable. I will definitely stay here again.

This was a very comfortable, clean hotel and had the best breakfast we have ever had at a enclusive establishment. Very fresh and hot foods and many choices. Close to our destinations of Jerome and the Verde Canyon Railroad. King bed was very comfortable and the wide screen tv was easy to see from anywhere in the large room. Excellent trip to cottowood and stay at the perfect place. I wouls highly recommend this hotel. super clean and beds really comfy.

The hotel was okay. Nothing special. Evening hotel staff were not very friendly but the day shift made up for it. Hot breakfast was very good with bacon, eggs, porridge. Lady serving breakfast was cheery and friendly. Nice way to start your day.

The motel was nearly full occupancy and parking was limited. One night I parked near my room only to find a note on my car in the morning that said my car would be towed if I parked in this location again. Apparently, the hotel next door - which is painted with an identical color scheme does not want people making that mistake; even though, the parking […] space was actually closer to my room than to any room in the other hotel. There are no distinguishable boundaries between the two similar looking hotels and it seems that the two franchises could have worked this out in such a way as to not involve customers from either hotel. We got this room last minute,used as a jumping point to Jerome from Sedona. This hotels accommodations are basic. Room and bathroom were clean and neat. Staff is friendly.

Motel was satisfactory, but the road noise and noise from the all night convenience store next door was not fun. Recommend you avoid rooms 216 or 217.

Had 6 manual buttons for setting temperature and I had to get up at night many times to adjust the heat in the room when it got too hot or cold. Would have preferred a more automated control of temp in the room. :-(

Drove to the grand canyon with my sister, spent sometime in flagstaf, drove back down through oak creek canyon, stayed over night in cottonwood . next day went up to jarome,and then we went to montazuma's castle, Great area and motel to stay over night! Made our trip just right. Will stay here again. Robert

This was a pleasant stay - close to everything. Good breakfast. Have stayed at other motels in Cottonwood that were not nearly as nice.

This hotel will look more like a cheap, roadside inn from the outside - inevitable whenever a hotel has doors facing outside - but hidden inside is a gem. Our room was beautiful, modern, clean, comfortable and well appointed. Comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. Wireless was easy to access. The breakfast was lovely with bacon, cheese omelettes, oatmeal […] with brown sugar in addition to the usual fare provided at most complimentary hotel breakfasts. Excellent service. The desk staff are always friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast is more than adequate and the breakfast area is always clean. Rooms are basic but clean. I've stayed at this particular hotel on atleast 5 previous occasions. The only negative I have had was this time the refrigerator was quite noisy. Beds are very comfortable.

Clean, quiet, comfortable & reasonably priced.

I rode the Verde Railroad and needed a nearby hotel. This was it. I was overall satisfied with my stay and would recommend it to others. I was a little disappointed that the pool and spa were already closed for the year, as I was looking forward to a good soak in the hottub after a long day of being a tourist. The breakfast was okay, just okay. I […] would have to say that it was the staff member, and her extremely positive attitude that made the breakfast seem more enjoyable! I wish I knew her name. Clean and comfortable...amd Quiet...nect to a great Mexican Resturant!

the hotel wa booked on the Sun we were there and had to wait past the 3pm check in for a room on the 1st fl. I really think they need better maid service as we did not get any service on mon had to go and ask for more towels and coffee

Location was very convenient to the main road. Hotel was extrememly quiet at all times of the day even though it was very full. Breakfast was plentiful, hot, and at good hours. The staff serving the breakfast was friendly and very busy. Food was good. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Checkin was problem free and breakfast was good. My only ding would be that the breakfast area is a little on the crowded side. Maybe this is unusual since they were fully booked. I would stay here again.

If you don't want to pay the high price of Sedona, but want a nice hotel that is not too far away, look no further. The hotel is located within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and minutes from area attractions. The staff is friendly and accommodating and go to great lengths to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

Nice enough chain hotel. Clean and adequate with an excellent Mexican restaurant right next door. Good complementary breakfast.

This Hotel was spotless. The staff was so nice, kind; and accomodating. The bed linens were divine. The complimentary breakfast was very good, fresh and plentiful. Over-all it was a all star experience.

The accomodations were exactly as I requested. I was able to check in early. The room was clean, comfortable and secure. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Room was clean and well maintained for the age of the property. The room was actually cold when we checked in, a plus in Arizona.

Was a little concerned when we first pulled in as it's a Motel more than a Hotel. But it was very clean, centrally located to most tourist attractions, comfortable and they had a really decent free and hot breakfast. Great for families and for a very affordable stay!
