The hotel is convenient to my work location and the people are nice. It's an older property but kept in good shape. It is a standard hotel for the business traveler at a reasonable price.

Decent room for the price. Right off the interstate. Older style motel with each room having its own door to outside. Small, old tube type TV. Breakfast was continental (nothing hot) and coffee was lousy. Smoking allowed in designated rooms so be careful when booking. Our room was non-smoking and had no smell at all.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Some of the furniture showed a little wear (for example the table and chairs) but I don't know of any room in that price range that gives you a refrigerator and microwave. The parking lot was well maintained and lit and when requesting more pillows they were brought to our room in a timely manner. I work in the area and have found the hotel to be comfortable and clean. The hotel is dated a bit but I have found the rooms to be satisfactory.

The room could have been a bit more clean, especially in the corners of the bathroom. The bedding and linens were clean and changed everyday.

I was in room 111. The ac/heat was making a noise like a bad bearing and when I told the man at frontdesk, he said "it is a heat pump and it will get better after it runs for a while". Well at bedtime it was not any better but it did provide heat during the night. It woke me up at 6am and I called the front desk and told them to listen to the noise( […] it was so loud and sounded like the unit was vibrationg). Then there was a knock on the door and the woman at the frontdesk entered the room and pushed buttons on the unit and could not stop the noise, and said "i'm sorry we move you to another room". When we got ready to move,she told me there was no handicapped rooms available. So we had to take a regular room. My wife and I both have leg problems and the low commode was very inconvenient for us. We will not go back to this motel. Mehr

I wouldn't stay here again because of the beds. The motel was okay except for the fact that the overly soft mattresses were horrible. Near to the highway, clean rooms, courteous staff, these were the good things, but a good nights sleep is important to my family and the beds were unacceptable. Great place for a overnight stay at a reasonable price. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. Though, only had 1 coin-op washer & dryer, but I got lucky and was able to wash what I needed.

After opening the door a musk odor assualted my nose it smelled like the room had not been aired out. Later on when I decided to take a shower ther was a spider in the bath tub with me. The water in the shower only would turn to luke warm, which was not really warm enough.

I booked online for overnight stay on road to South Carolina, The check in clerk only communicated in one word answers and grunts, I booked a room with two queen beds but upon stepping over the door ramp and entering the room noticied that the room was a handicap room with one king bed and in poor condition. We could see the bathroom and toilet from […] outside the door. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. I called the desk thinking we were accidentally put in the handicap access room. The clerk said " That's your reservation!" and hung up. We slept there as we had little options. I travel often and this is the second poorest accomadations I have ever seen. The room looked NOTHING like the room pictures posted online, I would never stay here again and can not reccomend this dump. I have pictures of what this dump really looks like, Mehr

The staff were very friendly. Even printed out a map for me to the restaurant where I wanted to eat supper (great Mexican restaurant, by the way)! The hotel was right off I-20 and super convenient. This is so very easy to find, has such incredibly friendly staff, and very competitive pricing, that it's hard to find many "growing edges" for the staff. They were ready for us upon our arrival with keycards in hand. They were very helpful and gregarious. The staff assisted with the use of the computer and bent over backward to be sure our needs were […] met. The room was tidy and appeared clean. There was an unpleasant odor in the room, however, that might reflect it having once been a smoking room, or perhaps had mold present at one time. We _saw_ no evidence of either. Our only real complaint would be the towels and washcloths. They were excellent replacements for exfoliating wash; they were very small, very rough, and very, very thin. Strongly encourage anyone who stays here to bring their own. Also encourage you to go downtown Covington for dinner. Great little town square with some excellent restaurants on and off the square. We were coming into town for a wedding, and were unable to stay with family. This hotel is much newer than other Super 8s in the area. We didn't expect much due to the price, so were surprised that this was a very decent place to stay. Breakfast offerings were extremely basic, but not something we were concerned with. Would stay there again.

Great, friendly staff. Stayed there for 2 nights last week. Cheap, great for students/ young friends staying to visit the town of Covington. Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean bathroom and room.
