Gran Mercat: In diesem hellen und freundlichen Restaurant im Erdgeschoss werden ein Frühstücksbuffet (Aufpreis), mittags und abends Festpreis-Menüs sowie Speisen à la carte angeboten. Das Restaurant ist aufgrund der täglich frischen Lebensmittel vom nahe gelegenen Fisch- und Gemüsemarkt bei Einheimischen und Hotelgästen gleichermaßen beliebt. Typische Gerichte auf der Karte sind beispielsweise in Salz gebackene Meerbrasse mit gedämpftem Gemüse, Entrecote vom Rind mit Cabrales-Käse und Tintenfisch mit Baby-Saubohnen.
Lounge/Bar/Cafeteria: Eine Vielzahl von Sofas und Sesseln laden die Gäste dazu ein, es sich bei einem Drink und einem Sandwich, einer Pizza oder ein paar Tapas gemütlich zu machen. Außerdem gibt es kostenlose internationale Tageszeitungen und einen Großbildfernseher.

Internationaler Flughafen Barcelona (BCN) und Umgebung
Der moderne internationale Flughafen Barcelona ist 15 Kilometer südwestlich des Stadtzentrums gelegen und bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Essen, Trinken und Einkaufen. Nur einen kurzen Fußweg vom Terminal entfernt liegt der Bahnhof, von wo aus Züge im 30-Minuten-Takt Bahnhöfe mit Metro-Anschluss in Barcelona und in der Umgebung bedienen. Außerdem fährt der Aerobús alle 15 Minuten zum Plaça de Catalunya.

"Alfa Aeroporto Hotel"
Das Hotel selbst war sauber und nett eingerichtet. Leider war bei Buchung über Expedia nicht zu ersehen, dass der angebotene freie Airport Shuttle lediglich von 5 Uhr bis 23.30 Uhr angeboten wird. Wir sind aber erst um 1 Uhr mogens in Barcelona angekommen und mussten recht mühsam herausfinden, dass es keinen Shuttle mehr gibt und wir demzufolge ein […] Taxi zum Hotel nehmen müssen. Die Entfernungsangabe Airport - Hotel ist auf der Expedia-Seite absolut verkehrt. Wir sind bei freiem Verkehr fast 20 Minuten Schnellstraße gefahren und haben für das Taxi EUR 22 ausgegeben. Hätte ich diese Informationen vorher gehabt, hätte ich für eine halbe Nacht ein anderes Hotel, das tatsächlich Nähe Flughafen gelegen ist, gebucht. MehrAuthentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

"Shuttle immer spät und unverläßlich"
Hotelshuttle zum Flughafen nur mit mehreren Anrufen und über einer Stunde Verspätung und das Personal schien das nicht zu kümmern. 5 Übernachtungen jeden Abend das gleiche Problem! Plus Shuttle passt nicht mehr für späte Ankündet, da das letzte Suttle vom AirPort zum Hotel planmäßig um 23:45 geht, dies aber ohne Verspätung!Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

My wife and I stayed here on our last night of a European vacation. We flew out of Barcelona airport the next morning at 8:10 a.m. Hotel cleanliness and amenities were top-notch. The shuttle was on-time and proved very valuable. Our room was large and well-appointed. The bathroom was very nice, with a large walk-in shower, but no tub. The bed was large […] and clean. The only downer was the hotel's location. It sat at the entrance to a large industrial park. There were no amenities nearby and really nothing to do outside of the hotel itself. You have to take the bus to get anywhere. It is an easy bus ride, but a bus ride nonetheless. The food is overpriced […] significantly and not worth it. "Not big on smiles"
This hotel is convenient from the airport except for the 20 Euro minimum cab fee if you can't get their shuttle to pick you up. There is an easy bus ride from the hotel to La Rambla which is nice and it runs about every 20 minutes. The staff.... I don't know how people keep a job sometimes. They were rude, unfriendly, condescending and I watched them […] behave this way with every guest that walked in around me. So, it wasn't just me. I did have one gentleman in the morning who was kind, but aside from that, they were quite awful. "Very Reasonable"
I used this hotel as a stopover waiting for a morning transfer flight. The hotel room was very pleasant and the staff very friendly in fact I was left thinking oh it would be nice to stay here a bit longer. One of the draws of this hotel for me was the free transfer to and from the airport. No other hotels seem either close or have transfers. Unfortunately […] I arrived 15 minutes too late for the last bus at 23.45 . (It would have been nice if the timetable was shown - it is 6am -> 23.30). The result of this meant i had to take a taxi. Be warned taxis are very expensive! The driver tried to double charge me the airport supplement and wanted €25 for the short trip. Thankfully my spanish is good enough to tell him where to get off and paid the correct €20. But still if you have to add €40 to a hotel just to get there and back that can change your buying decision. So to sum up - great comfortable room, nice staff and the free transfer is great - just get note the timetable for the bus service! MehrAuthentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

Hotel is convenient to airport and has a free shuttle, but shuttle runs on its own schedule. Be prepared to wait. Staff is wonderful and friendly and hotel restaurant is quite good. There was not ONE single channel on the hotel's cable. I called the front desk and the clerk said, "there must be one". However, I ask what the channel number was and he said he could not help me. The food was highly over priced in the restaurant. In the small store next to front desk the charge 2.50 euro for a small bag of chips. I would never stay […] here again. "Nice but Noisy"
The hotel is quite nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, it is located next to a 24/7 working port and I heard noises all night long. I do not have a problem going and staying asleep. Good shuttle from Airport (10 mins). If using T2 leave yourself 30 mins to return next morning due to calling at terminal 1 etc on the way. Comfortable rooms. Adequate menu/ bar service. "No benefit to staying here"
Although this is billed as an "airport hotel", in fact it's nowhere near the airport. You have to call and wait 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick you up after you arrive, and then it's another 15 minute ride in the shuttle to the hotel. But in 45 minutes you can be in downdown Barcelona, surrounded by city life. So there is no benefit to staying at […] this hotel if you are hoping to be close or convenient to the airport. On top of that, to get back to the airport, you have to make a reservation for the shuttle the day before, so there's a chance that you might not even get on the bus. So just pick a decent hotel in a decent location in town, this place saves you no time. The neighborhood is purely industrial, with large 18 wheeler type trucks barreling down the road all day long and nowhere to go (i.e. restaurants) unless you hop a bus to town, which takes 30 minutes plus waiting time. Hotel and room were very nice. However, it was October and 80 degrees F, but air conditioning is only available in the "Summer". We left the window open for ventilation and could hear lots of truck traffic from the adjacent truck park. Hotel is reasonably convenient to the airport and bus service to Barcelona city center is right outside the hotel.
