Best Western Premier Eden Resort & Suites - Lancaster

I liked the room, and the hotel staff were friendly.

The hotel is located between a strip mall and a very noisy highway. We had an interior room overlooking the indoor pool. The pool was loud, and because the room was an interior room, there was no natural light. The cooling system was loud and disruptive to sleep. We ate breakfast at the restaurant, Arthur's Terrace. The restaurant is overpriced, and […] the coffee was awful. In addition, the restaurant has an interior view of an empty courtyard, with very limited natural light. My fiance and I did a spur of the moment getaway. Went online to search for a place to stay near Lancaster, BW Premier Eden Resorts came up on the search. We took the chance and made the reservation. We Were amazingly surprised. This hotel is awesome!! and the staff was just as great. Pency the front desk associate was great. Seems that the hotel was […] full with a wedding and women's conference going on this weekend. We got a two queen bed room on the first floor Indoor pool view. You just had to open your Terrence door and walk out the pool. Loved that convenience. The only thing that I had a issue with was the bathroom. It was really small, however, the beds were comfortable. There are two restaurants and a lounge in the hotel. The buffet breakfast is good. the cost if it is not included in your room is $12.95 pp. There is also a Sunday brunch w/c you need to make a reservation. Will be going back again. Mehr

This was my second time at this hotel. The rooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very helpful and nice. I will definitely stay at this hotel any time I am in Lancaster.

I stayed here with my wife and two sons (age 2 and 5) in Sept 2011 to visit the area for the Thomas the Train in Strasburg. We requested a poolside room in advance, which was a very nice room. One thing to note, the poolside rooms (on the first floor) actually open from the main hallway on one side of the room and the other side of the room has a door […] that leads you directly into the pool. The hotel locks the poolside door promptly at 10 PM, so there is no chance anyone can in after then. My kids loved the indoor pool, it was huge and we would definately return. The pool view rooms on the 2nd floor and up have balconies over the pool. Overall the hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. The hotel has two restaurants, one with a basic menu and a fancier place (Arthurs). Hotels.com also got the best rate of any of the other online services. Mehr

This hotel was wonderful. It's a perfect family vacation place. My children had the best time... at the pool, playing basketball, and ping pong. We ate at Garfields and the food was really good along w the service. We will definitely go back next year!

Thiz hotel is one of the best we have stayed in the past years. Very clean hot and friendly staff.

We were very satisfied with the service. If we were ever in the Hershey Park area, we would stay at this hotel.

My husband and I stayed at the Eden hotel in Lancaster,Pa and found it to be an excellent choice. Even though we did not have young children with us, we enjoyed watching all the children in and around the pool and the fountians. Also they had a outdoor pool table, a basketball hoop, bacci,,and shuffle board. Every thing was open to use till 10pm.

Stayed here for two nights in July 2011 with 2 kids ages 8 and 10. The standard double room was a good size and included a mini fridge but no microwave. The outdoor areas were great. Big pool, cookout area, ping pong and pool tAbles, putting green, playground, swing set, and kid water area. All very clean and well maintained, lifeguards at the pool, […] poolside service from the hotel restaurant, lots of lounge chairs, etc. Like mini resort. Kids loved the pool and other outside play areas, we had breakfast picnics next to the pool before it opened. Only complaint was that the door to get out to this part of the complex is not marked and we walked around for quite a while trying to find it. Ate in the Garfield's restaurant one evening, the food was good but service not. Front desk workers were very nice, quick, and helpful. Free ice cream in the lobby in the afternoon ! Mehr

This hotel made our trip even better! We loved our room , the pools , the food ,the whole place! Can't wait to go back next yr!

Been attending conventions at this hotel for the past 10 years. The rooms and decor have improved over the years, but the food (lunches & dinners) especially the ones served at convention functions leaves much to be desired. The reason our membership has lunch and or dinner at the functions is due mainly to the fact that we don't get to see and talk […] to our fellow members more that once a year. Whenever I'm in the area on business or pleasure, this is NOT the place that I or our members prefer to stay! Mehr

Outdoor pool area fanastic. Morning breakfast good. Otherwise, I was on the go visiting and shopping!

We enjoyed our three night stay at the Eden Resort. The facility had much to offer and was very clean. We enjoyed the restaurants and the lounge as well as the outdoor facilities. I would definitely stay there again if ever back in the area.

I chose this hotel because of the outdoor facilities - pool and play area. They looked great for my toddler. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate, but we had a fun time in the indoor pool.

The indoor pool area is very nice. We stayed during a busy weekend, so it was hard to find seating. Most seats were used for storing belongings. I would like to see additional chairs . Hotel was very clean & maintained well.

This hotel has everything you would want in a place to stay. Besides dooms there are suites and villae. The villas offer 2 bedrooms, 2 TV's, a living room area and a kitchenette. The for the winter rheres a fireplace and for the summer a terrace. They already have an indoor and outdoor pool , picnic tables and barbecues , but they are adding more. Horshoes, […] a putting green, children's playground and still more. It's about 10 minutes to the outlets and attractions of Lancaster. You could ask for no more. Mehr

Hotels.com got me a terrific rate on a two-floow villa, which would usually be beyond my price range. The 1st floor had a full kitchen, fireplace, HDTV and full bathroom. The 2nd floor was all bedroom, including a 1/2 bath, a jacuzzi whirlpool and another HDTV. The indoor pool was very comfortable, if a little crowded. We only stayed one night at the BW Premier. The hotel is kept up very nicely. The rooms were clean and the service was good.

This was our first trip to Lancaster and I'm very happy with our overnight stay at the Best Western Eden Resort. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a 2-room suite with a balcony overlooking the outdoor pool area. The room was super clean, my wife & kids loved the place... I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling to Lancaster!

I loved the price of 2 room queen suite and the hotel was very nicely kept.

Our stay at this hotel was beyond wonderful. I travelled with my Mom and 2 Pomeranians. The pet friendly room was clean and well maintained. I would have never imagined this was a pet friendly hotel It was elegant and clean. The 4 nights we spent there were fantastic. I cannot say enough about the staff. They were extremely accomadating. We have been to this hotel many times in all seasons. The facility is well maintained and offers many conveniences. We always stay in the suites in the rear which have kitchens, two bedrooms, two TV's, a terrace and a fireplace. It cant be beaten.
