Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 16. Feb. 2013Mich hat die zentrale Lage und der zum Buchungszeitpunkt günstige Preis angezogen. Der Service ist mittelmäßig. Die bis zu 3 Portiers langweilten sich am Eingang anstatt dem Gast beim Gepäck zu helfen. Die Concerges waren o.k.. Der Lift per Zimmerkarte gesichert und die Zimmer geräumig und leise und mit einem übergroßen TV ausgestattet. Bad könnte moderner sein. Parken sollte man besser in einem der zahlreichen Parkhäuser in der Innenstadt. Frühstück ist billiger und besser in einem der zahlreichen Coffeeshops oder Diner in der Umgebung.

Es gab ein Zimmer mit einer integrierten Küche, das Geschirr war sauber und Herd, MIcrowelle und Kühlschrank funktionierte einwandfrei! Sollten wir noch einmal nach Oregon fliegen, wird das sicher wieder unser Hotel! Wie in USA üblich, lässt die sich die Sauberkeit mit deutschem aber Standard nicht vergleichen, aber in diesem Hotel kam es schon sehr nah ran ;o) ! ! Es gibt kein Frühstück und der "Shop" ist nicht wirklich erwähnenswert. Es gibt einen Raum mit zwei PC´s die von den Gästen genutzt werden können. Freies WLAN ist auch zu haben. Die Menschen an der Rezeption waren durchweg total supernett!! In fuläufiger Umgebung ist ein tolles Diner mit dem Namen Sharies, welches rund um die Uhr geöffnet hat. das haben wir leider erst auf der Rückfahrt entdeckt, empfehlenswert sind die Blueberry-Pancakes ;o)) Also, wer keinen Luxus erwartet, wird hier nicht enttäuscht.

Die war die ganze Nacht im Dauerbetrieb. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war ganz ok. Das Frühstück war im Preis dabei und für amerikanische Verhältnisse ganz gut.

Even though we didn't have a sofa bed like the description says all rooms have, it was very spacious and the air conditioner worked great! I especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine overlooking the courtyard... until the guest in the room just below and to the right of us decided to take advantage of the nice weather to smoke on […] his deck. Hot breakfast was great, with plenty of options, though the coffee was undrinkable. Just go down the street for a cute coffee shop. Rooms were surprisingly quiet, given location next to freeway, and they were clean and spacious with all amenities you need for business or pleasure, including microwave and mini fridge. Clean. Although event near rooms was keeping me awake at night from bass music. Breakfast was nice. Sausage needs to be beyter quality. Didnt like the taste of it. "Good deal ruined by a few small problems"
The room was clean and comfortable and the included hot breakfast was a good deal, especially when traveling with my kids. I was happy that they had internet since I bring along a Roku to put Netflix on for the kids during our downtime. However, the wifi was shoddy at best. The signal would go in and out, fluctuating between 5 bars and zero. I couldn't […] get a signal with any of my devices half the time. This wouldn't have been so bad, but I couldn't even get a clear cell signal in my room, leaving me with no internet most of the time. The kids enjoyed the breakfast (Waffles!), but my wife is on a low carb diet and was forced to eat just the eggs (rubbery...) and sausage (tasted rubbery and gross), so she had to make her own food. "best hotel to stay at traveling to Woodburn outlet"
Hotel could use an update! It's clean and quite, plus the location is great. Just off on I5 30 min distance to Portland dt and 30 min to woodburn outlet. We were pleasantly surprised at the comfort of our room during our one night stay at the Quality Inn. We were in Wilsonville for a grandson's basketball tournament and this hotel fit the bill perfectly. They also offered a nice breakfast buffet. "Nice comfortable hotel"
We stay in Wilsonville a few times each year. We have stayed at several of the hotels and this is one of the better ones. Location is directly off I-5 but almost every hotel in Wilsonville is. Makes it convenient to get around. Did not notice any traffic noise. Front desk people were very nice and helpful. Room was comfortable with a small patio as […] all rooms have these. We had our dog and being on the first floor and being able to go out through the patio was nice. Rooms have a small fridge and a microwave was was nice. The Hotel was not close to Portland DT, need a car to stay in this Hotel if you plan to go to Portland DT, this Hotel is cheaper than Portland DT hotels but it is not convenience. The Room was in great condition, clean, quiet, big size room, the bed was kind of small bed however the room has good and a lot of furniture. I look at the number of stars in the rating, but the guest reviews and ratings are so much more important to me. Rated 2½ stars but a 4.1 out of 5 by guests was a great indicator. Everything was wonderful, except the smell outside. Kinda smelled like the sewer, but since it was next to the river that was our guess on where it came from. "Better directions needed from I-5 North"
The first room we were assigned clearly had been smoked in, when it was represented as non-smoking. the replacement room was fine as was the breakfast that was offered. Our stay started out on a bad note...we had difficulties finding the place! The web site directions coming FROM I-5 north were not clear and are in need change, including specifically […] mentioning turns and distances. When mentioning this to the lady at check- in she had a cavalier attitude and basically said she could not do anything about it... but disclosing too that others have expressed similiar comments. She then did not even supply us with the standard site map directing us to our assigned room, having to copy the only front desk map, but only when we requested it. After traveling nearly 300 miles, we didn't need the frustration. A better eye from the customers standpoint would serve this place well in its management methods. They only coded the door card for one day at a time. Said that was their policy. Kind of annoying for a 3 day stay. Was able to eventually talk her into coding the card for 2 days when I went in compaining after day one. Wasn't able to get wifi in our room. When asked the front desk they said that you can't always get a signal when staying on the ends […] of the buildings (we were).
