Zimmer
Die Zimmer bieten Aussicht auf die Berge. Die 79 Zimmer im Western Mountain Lodge bieten folgende Ausstattung: kostenlose Toilettenartikel und Radiowecker. Ein Highspeed-Internetzugang (W-LAN und Kabel) steht den Gästen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Fernseher mit Premium-Kabel-TV-Empfang stehen in den Zimmern zur Verfügung. Alle Unterkünfte bieten folgende Ausstattung: Schreibtische und Telefone mit Voicemail; kostenlose Ortsgespräche sind ebenfalls inbegriffen (möglicherweise gelten Einschränkungen).

"Close to town-needs some TLC"
Not horrible but not good, Mostly what I expected for a short notice inexpensive stay with the exception of the mattreses which were brutal. Me and the kids would have been better with pads and sleeping bags. Nice variety for breakfast, nice pool, good location, very considerate staff.

For the price, this was a nice hotel. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was very nice. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable.The hotel is only a few blocks away from restaurants and the lake. Woodys is right next door and has great food at a reasonable price.

"Great place to stay and very resonable."
We stayed 3 nights. Staff was very nice, rooms were clean, and breakfast every morning....what more could you ask for except the cheapest rate around....OH YEAH, they had the TOO!!! This is the only place we ever stay when we go to McCall.

"Outstanding Hospitality!"
A little worn around the edges, but really family friendly. And the front desk gal was really knowledgeable and ever so hospitable!! Our stay was a quick overnight, comfortable with a full breakfast (that we missed out on unfortunately!) Thanks to all the hard working staff there, especially the house cleaning staff that were there when we went to bed […] and when we woke up!! Mehr
"Western Mountain Inn- Not the best choice"
Front desk was very helpful and friendly. That was the best part about the stay. The rooms were in definite need of a remodel. Sheets were very worn from too many uses. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Shower was so-so and towels were small and worn. There was a nasty recliner in the corner that I would never sit on ever! It was conveniently located […] in the middle of town but I would have rather stayed at the super 8 and saved some money. The hair dryer in the bathroom is unlike any one I have ever seen.. The service at this hotel is great, especially for the price. It is the most reasonablly priced hotel in town, and I will stay there the next time I need a hotel in McCall. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the microwave and decent sized refrigerator. I would have liked better pillows and the sheet covered comforters rather than the older style […] bed covers that never feel clean. Mehr

Friendly and clean but the sheets were scratchy and the bed hard and that would make me go another place next time.

"western mountain lodge"
Our stay at the western mountain lodge was very nice. The pool and hot tub was a nice way to relax at the end of each night. The staff was very friendly and the location was great. The only issue was that the wifi was having some issues. The staff was aware of it and they worked hard at fixing it. All and all, i would recommend it.

"All around a great place to stay in McCall"
This hotel was chosen mostly because it had a hot tub and pool and offered a very reasonable rate. My wife and I plotted a motorcycle trip to McCall, and the opportunity to relax in a hot tub at the end of 10 hours of riding was a very convincing reason to go with the Western Mountain Lodge The staff was very courteous, the room was clean and comfortable, […] the complimentary breakfast was very good and well-stocked even on toward 9 o'clock, when they actually stop serving. The woman working the counter was more than happy to help us choose a restaurant within walking distance (there were several, and we were not anxious to climb back on our motorcycles). Honestly, the only downside to the whole stay was the lovely view of a rather ramshackle trailer park outside our room window. Other than that, this was an A+ stay, and I'd book a room here again. "Needs new pillows"
The pillows were very thin and the bed was hard. Maybe some people like that, but I like a fluffy bed and pillows. Overall though the hotel was great, with a good breakfast and very nice staff.
"Good Value at Western Mountain"
Other than a bathtub drain that didn't drain, I have no complaints. Pool was fine, breakfast was good, room was clean, great location for the price! Not as fancy at the Holiday Inn Express but way better value! Courteous front desk people too.
"Western mountain lodge -not a lodge but clean"
I was a little disappointed that the WML was not really anything like a lodge, but it was clean and comfy, and our room on the first floor was huge. It was close to the pool/hot tub. The biggest frustration was the ice machine that barely spit out enough ice to fill a small glass. I tried numerous times at different times withthe same results. I did […] notice the volleyball kids filling up their coolers for the day the first day after our arrival. I guess it didn't leave anything for the rest of us. I don't know if this is a constant issue with the ice machine or just when there are teams of cooler toting youngsters staying there. The breakfast spread was great with lots of choices. I would and did recommend this hotel with the sidebar that it is not a "lodge", in the idealistic mountain lodge way of thinking, but still a great place to stay in McCall. Mehr

Nothing fancy, but has clean rooms and a very attentive staff. Close to everything in McCall. Complementary breakfast just the basics.

"Clean, comfortable, price is right"
This hotel is very reasonably priced, and had a great included breakfast. Room was large and clean. Bed comfortable. They accommodated my very late arrival and two dogs with no hassle. I will definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are big with living and bedroom separated by a half wall. I will definitely stay there again.

Clean, comfy, quiet, great breakfast, pool and spa lovely, staff friendly and helpful ... only drawback was the phone in our room didn't work (maintenance tried but couldn't fix phone) and the Wi'Fi didn't work ... staff tried to reboot the server but still didn't work.

Everything was a comfortable family motel, with the exception of the wireless internet that was supposedly provided. We were never able to get a hook up in our room for internet.

I expected a basic, clean room at a good rate with a standard continental breakfast. This hotel met all of these expectations. And it has a pool! Also within walking distance of the breweries and restaurants.

"Western Mountain Lodge!!"
My new wife and I spent our honeymoon here in the jacuzzi room. It was a really really great stay! The staff at the hotel was very kind, and cheerful, and it was truly the most relaxing trip I've had in a long time. Thanks guys!

This is a medium grade hotel in a great location . Firm beds, nice bathrooms. A good value for an overnight stay.

A great place for a great price really. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely return. Clean rooms, clean pool, clean hot tub. Great rates for McCall Idaho. Great continental breakfast. We now consider this place our "Cabin in McCall". Also I requested a non-smoking room, and that's exactly what I received. The room had never been […] smoked in. "Western Mountain Lodge- You get what you pay for"
When my boyfriend and I arrived at the hotel, we were disappointed. It didn't look as inviting as the pictures had made it seem. There was snow on top of the covering that led to the main door and it was melting, so there was no way to enter without getting wet. When we got to the front desk, one of the workers was on a computer, and all three workers […] were in plain clothes and not wearing name tags, so if walking around, they could not be told apart from the guests. This was the case during our entire stay, and we soon found out that most of the workers were teenagers. The girl checking in at the desk asked the name for the reservation, and told us it wasn't in there. I insisted it was and another lady found it quickly, but they didn't have a room ready. They had to pick one out. I thought that it should already be in the computer, so that the maids could ready the room before our arrival, but that was not the case. We finally got our room, which was around the back of the building. When I took out our keys, they were covered in dog hair. When we drove our car over to park, we found that those doors were blocked by melting snow as well, making it impossible to enter the building from any entrance without getting wet. When we got to our room, it was dark and ice cold, and smelled like dust. When we turned on the heat, all you could smell was dust. We got one small trashcan in our entire room, located in the bathroom. The bathroom door wouldn't lock, which wouldn't be an issue if you are by yourself but when sharing a room, you might want some privacy in the bathroom. There were two ceiling lights and three lamps in the room, and with all 5 on the room was still very dim. Outside our window was a giant mound of snow, and there was a view of the trailer park across the street from our parking lot. The mattress of our king bed was covered in some sort of plastic wrap, so it made noise when you sat down, and the bed was terrible to sleep on. I woke up sore every morning. Mehr
"WESTERN MOUNTAIN LODGE"
TIM AND HIS STAFF ARE INCREDIBLE. WHEN WE TOLD HIM WE BROUGHT DVDS, HE WENT AND BOUGHT A NEW PLAYER FOR OUR GRANDSON TO WATCH MOVIES. WE HAD FRIENDS JOIN US THE NEXT NIGHT AND TIM PLACED THEM NEXT DOOR. THERE WAS HOOKUPS FOR MY DIESEL TRUCK THE BREAKFAST BAR WAS AWESOME. WE WILL BE STAYING MORE OFTEN AT THIS HOTEL. IT WAS 5 STAR SERVICE.

"Friendly Staff"
Came in on the last day of Winter Carnival. The staff was friendly and very helpful recommending a local restaurant. Clean and efficient stay. Breakfast was OK. It was not fantastic, but it it was adequate and healthy.

"Amazing Service!!"
Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in trying to impress us. The manager engaged me in conversation at check in and offered advice on things to do in McCall. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and accomodating. They also offered us tickets to the tubing hill and pizza at a discounted price. The room was clean, […] the breakfast was good, the hotel had the basic ammenities, and the location was very convenient and close to everything. What really set it apart, however, was the service. I even received a personal phone call from the manager asking if everything went well. This is a great stay for the price and a wonderful staff. Mehr
