Das Hotel ist etwas älter, insbesondere die Steckdosen entsprechen nicht den heutigen Bedürfnissen. Ich hatte eine Business Suite zu einem konkurrenzlos guten Preis, mit freiem Internetzugang und Nutzung der Business Lounge. Das Frühstück hatte für meinen kontinentalen Geschmack alles Erforderliche. Die organisierten Fahrzeuge waren in Ordnung.

Zentrale Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung und vernünftiger Preis.

Das Hotel liegt ideal, wenn man eine Messe im alten Ausstellungsgelände in der Nanjing West Road besuchen möchte (5 Min. zu Fuss). Für meine normalen geschäftlichen Besuche bevorzuge ich andere Hotels, da für mein gefühl seit der Expo 2010 das Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis nicht stimmt.

Hotel itself was great. The Chinese style restaurant though (Mandarin Pavilion) was not on par with the rest of the hotel. Very limited menu, the service was indifferent, and the food just normal, very basic Cantonese style fare. Based on the prices, it should have been much much better.

Pretty, nice hotel in good walking distance to two subways and also to Peoples' Square. Nice fitness center; helpful, competent staff. Comfortable room. Easy to get around as taxis are abundant and inexpensive. We stayed a total of six nights at the beginning and end of a three week trip to China. Only complaint was the food. There are few local restaurants […] right nearby for a casual meal (several very high end places at the very high end mall across the street). My teenager did not want to go out every night so we had several too-expensive so-so meals at the hotel restaurants and through room service. And then there was the $8 paper cup of tea at the lobby cafe. Other than that, I would recommend. Mehr

the hotel room in general is comfortable; it's only that the interior is kinda old. needs renovation soon.

This is a good decent 4 star hotel

The ROOMS ON THE ClUb floors were fility,& old.It took 3 rooms before I would could a room too stay in at that was after midnight. The Breakast & Buffet were over price and the food was awful. The last time I stade in this hotel in 2009 was 5 Stras, today it is 2 Stars at best. Next trip to Shanghai I will find another hotel

Great hotel, very good price/quality ratio

Shopping area around the hotel, few steps to exhibition center. Some good restaurants opposite the hotel. Bed is comfortable and the pillows are big and comfy. Around 5 mins walk to Metro no 1 nanjing road.

I love this hotel, older but very nice.. The srrvice is first class, and the Buffets are wonderful.. I will always stay here when traveling back to Shanghai. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Shangai .. Karen

Hotel is situated along the main road. To get around by cab or train is quite convenient.

Loved the location. Beautiful building and obviously a 5 star at some stage. Needs refurbishment and a good review of management. Stay for the location, but do not expect much else.

Very nice facility. Staff was friendly.

Great location on Nanjing Rd. Looking old and tired but bed was very comfortable. Breakfast not worth it at 180RMB. We originally did not order breakfast with the room but decided to have breakfast on 1 day. maybe communication problem but they wanted to charge a higher rate and for the full time we were there; even though we only said at check-in that […] we only wanted on the first morning. Painful experience trying to explain to them and getting them to change the situation, even though my wife speaks fluent putonghua. Mehr

Price performance is great at this rate, but it goes back to "normal" that Mandarin always commands, its room condition and hotel staff service need a major overhaul.

Stay is good and service consistent. However the hotel is showing its age and in need of renovation

Great hotel due to staff attitude, facilities, location and nice rooms. The bathroom did need a makeover but other then that we had a great stay.

I stayed in this hotel for the weekend. I had no hot water the entire time I was there so I showered in the gym. Finally, on the day I was leaving the hotel shut off the hot water in the entire hotel for four hours. I had to call housekeeping to fix the toilet every day of my stay. I was busy and didn't take the time to complain. I simply called and […] asked for help but I excepted a call or personal apology for all the problems I had. I did not receive an apology. The building is old and needs major renovation and repairs. The only upside to this hotel is the location. Mehr

Hotel is in a great location but the hotel itself is old and needs updating. The bed is very hard. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good but overpriced.

The hotel is very clean, luxury, friendly, convenience and good price. The staff is very good and helpful. Excellent location.

Nice place, service was good, definitely recommend the MagLev train for getting back and fourth to the airport, would certainly stay there again for business travel.

Everything about this hotel was nice except for the receptionist at the time of checkin. She was inexperienced and in the middle of doing my check in, went to help someone else on another line. She did not apologize or explain why she did that. I had just finished dinner and joined my friends in the lobby cafe and asked for just a glass of hot water. […] Upon check out found that I was charged 10 RMB. It took her over 15 min. just to get that off my bill. This kind of inefficiency is unacceptable esp. when I was in a rush. Mehr

Nice hotel, a little far from Nanging road, but very nice hotel with great service.

上海JCマンダリンホテル立地条件最高とっても良いけど中国語と英語少々しか通じないので不安で一ッパイでした。

Hotellet ät gammalt. Rummen motsvarar inte beskrivningen. Badrummen är nedgångna. Utlovat bubbelbad fanns inte. Vi bokar inte där igen. Det enda bra är läget mitt i city.

Trevliga kvarter med närhet till det mesta. Kändes lite 80-tal i inredningen men letar man inte efter ett design hotell eller vill ha en lobby med hög atmosfär är hotellet för övrigt prisvärt, centralt och bra service med trevlig personal

Palvelultaan ja laadultaan hyvää tasoa - suosittelemme. Ainut pieni miinus on joidenkin palveluiden hinnat, kuten Spa, aamiainen, verrattuna muuhun yleiseen hiintatasoon kaupungissa.

중국이라 그런지 방도 넓고, 4성이라 하지만 몇해전엔 5성이었던거 같아요. 시설도 좋고 깨끗하고. 근데 택시 타서 JC Mandarin가자 그러면 절대 몰라요. 여기 한자이름 보여주셔야할거에요. 하이간 만족입니다. 다시 갈 의향있을 만큼.

高層階のお部屋のはずが下の方の階になっており、メリタスクラブ特典もついてるはずが、フロントからの何の説明もなかったのが残念。 朝食のビュッフェは大変満足。内容は充実していて、長期滞在でも飽きないと思う。ホテル周辺は賑やかで、 夜遅くても大変明るい。地下鉄駅からは徒歩１０分もかからなかった。空港まで有料ではあるがホテルカーでの 送迎があったので便利。79㎡のお部屋は、応接間が あって、とてもくつろげたし、シャワーも洗面も二つあって 同行者とも快適に過ごせた。空調は適温。

Ideal pour parc des expo situé à coté bien situé aussi pour visiter Shanghai Mais niveau fun = 0 Pas de bar sympa, pas de salon sympa, pas de musique, ....piscine couverte, vous etes seul dans l'eau et le surveillant vous surveille, silence.... pas fun j etouffe ! Salon business au 2 eme etage, entree surveillee signez...personne silence ...le silence […] est pesant, on se sent de trop, un peu de musique...une fontaine avec de l'eau qui coule...autant d'ondes positives qui manque, c'est froid, limite glacial ! Nice but old hotel. Could need some refresching of the rooms. Very expensive to eat in the hotel. Only 2 minuts from Portman Ritz Carlton and shopping, cafe's and supermarked.
