The info stated that the room sleeps 7....not the case at all, so that needs to be changed because it was very uncomfortable. The staff was rude to some of the girls. It was sad since we were all so excited for our stay

An all round exceptional hotel. Staff was very attentive and all amenties were remarkably good. One small complaint...we arrived quite late (11:30pm) and the kitchen was closed. Other than that..a great hotel and the location (very close to ski lifts) was a bonus. Stay here if you can!

My room was better than I expected for the price. It had a little balcony to sit outside on. I found the staff to be excellent and the location ideal for skiing, dining and nightlife in Lionshead. They even shuttled me into the village and elsewhere around the Vail valley.

Know before you go... On the weekends when there are cheap deals the hotel is packed with ski teams and ice hockey teams.. Kinda puts a downer if you are planning a getaway.. There is $28 fee for parking.. Ski valet was great!! Outdoor hot tub was luke warm and kids had been playing in it all day. Make sure to ask for slippers!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Vail Marriott. The room amenities were wonderful - lovely views of the mountain range and spa like bathroom. The hotel is walking distance to Vail Village.

My only comment is wish we had been given the option of our room location. We had a bad view from the window overlooking the roof. Otherwise, the hotel was beautiful.

Hotel was lovely and the customer service was impeccable!

We were never told that it cost $20 every time the valet moved our car. That wouldn't have been such an issue had not the representative at the front desk said when when we commented about the fact "it's all on the website". I won't be staying at Marriott again. I feel quite deceived.

The service at this hotel is outstanding. The rooms are gorgeous with seperate bath and walk-in shower. The poolside had superb service, but wish there were bathrooms nearby. You need to go inside and up one floor to reach the bathroom!

We stayed here for Vail's end of season weekend. Staff was great, rooms and facilities were clean and in great shape. Very close to the action in Lion's Head and it has a bus stop at the hotel for getting to Vail Village. They had some nice touches like a humidifier in the room (the air is dry in CO), bath robes, etc. No ski equipment is allowed in […] the rooms but they have a convenient ski valet set up. I don't ask for much service while at a hotel, so sometimes it comes down to check-in experience. On this trip, we left a jacket in the room after we left. The hotel sent it to our apartment within the week - we really appreciated it. Mehr

I must say that the service at this particular Marriott was above excellent. I have stayed all over the world and have never experienced customer service to this degree. From the front desk, to the concierge to the ski valet, everyone exceeded my expectations! Keep up the excellent service!

Beautiful hotel and great staff...FYI There is no parking lot. Hotel does offer valet which was nice but I had to pick up at 1000 instead of check-out and the valet was $25.00 + tip!!! It's nice to valet but for that much a sign posting of some sort would have been appreciated, or rather I payed a lot to stay at the Marriott, why do you need to charge […] me for that service? Mehr

Great hotel, reasonable rate, friendly staff. We stayed during the Spring Back Into Vail Festival. Saw Train in concert and had a fabulous time!. However, on the website the shuttle service is touted as a benefit offered by this resort and basically every time we asked the hotel staff for the shuttle they would say they were way too busy to operate […] it which was somewhat of a disappointment. Albeit, Vail offers public transportation one of the benefits we were hoping for was a ride to the concert from the hotel. Mehr

We had to leave unexpectedly due to a family issue. We had booked two rooms for three nights and could only stay for one night. The clerk was inflexible about potentially moving our reservation to another night-even one after ski season and was rude when I asked her to check and see if it would be possible to do this. We arrived about 2:00 and our room was ready. Everything was just as we expected. Valet parking and door to door bus service made it very easy to get into the village and surrounding restaurants. We had free breakfast included with our reservation and the hotel breakfast was excellent. They offered a buffet, but we chose to select from the menu items, […] and everyone raved about their selections. They offered ski storage for those of us who were skiing, the hotel is within walking distance of the mountain, and one daughter took an all day snowboarding lesson. Upgraded room, beautiful view, staff was incredibly attentive (we even received a complimentary snack/gift from the bell staff). Lovely hotel and amazing staff! Would definitely go back. It's close to everything so you can park your car or valet it (as we did) and walk around to most everything you want to do.

Perfect atmosphere for a ski area resort.

The Vail Marriott Resort met our expectations. It is conveniently located in Lionshead Village of Vail and within walking distance of almost everything. The hotel was not quite as "luxurious" as we were hoping (especially for Vail), but we did enjoy our stay. The staff was friendly and accomodating, and the room was clean. Great place to stay while in Vail...my wife and I are already planning our next trip back to this hotel.

The hotel is comfortable and and well located. It is easy and quick to get in the door, to your room, to the pool and activities. It is not easy in and out. Valet needs to be called ahead, or there is a long wait for your vehicle. I hate paying an extra $20.++ a day for my car to park in addition to the fairly high room fee. You have to tip each time […] they bring your car. However, there are free buses and vans available and much is in walking distance. Mehr

Es un buen hotel, buena relación costo beneficio, la ubicación es buena y ahora tiene servicio de ski valet que lo hace mas cómodo.

Es una excelente opcion para estar en vail, queda muy cerca de la gondola y de los restaurantes de lionshead, todo se hace caminando, el bus que lo lleva hacia vail village para enfrente del hotel, esta muy recomendado
