Absolutely Amazing!!!! I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay. I will definately be back.

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff....several nearby restaurants to choose from and shopping centers, only complaint was breakfast does not start until 7:30 a.m. when most other hotels I've been to starts at 6:30 a.m.

The weekend here was beautiful and amazing. The atmosphere was wonderful. This is somewhere I would stay again and recommend as well.

only reason I did not give a 5 for comfort was that the plumbing sounds from other rooms was fairly loud for such a new building

We enjoyed staying at the Springhill Suites in Addison for our anniversary weekend. We had made reservations at a restaurant in the area and was looking for a hotel that was not so expensive. Not only was rates very reasonable, the breakfast was fullfilling, and the room was nice and clean.

Everything was very nice. The only complaint I might have is that the bed wasn't as comfortable as other Marriott Hotels I have stayed in but still my stay was very enjoyable.

The rooms were everything advertised. Lots of room. Comfortable. Breakfast Buffet was tasty and plentiful. Buffet had many selections. Price was much better than other hotels in the area. We will be back.

I have packages sent ahead for a meeting and they were already in my room upon check-in. I like that attention to detail.

Very good value for the rate I paid. Nice quiet, clean room...bed was a tad firmer than I like...but besides that it was great.

What a nice surprise to see a hotel room that wasn't your standard blah room. Loved the decor and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Will certainly stay here again in the future.

What a great find!!! The hotel was recently refurbished and the staff and service was great. The suite included a kitchenette area, pull out coach and very comfortable king bed. Complimentary buffet breakfast included eggs, bacon and texas shaped waffles! All this at a great price.We were very pleased and would certainly recommend this hotel!

This is my second visit and I was not disappointed. There were a few upgrades that I noticed - the lobby, ipod dock in the bedroom are just two of them.

We stayed here for 3 nights while in Dallas. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We called the front desk to ask for extra towels and someone brought them to us very quickly. The pool was very clean and relaxing. The location was AWESOME....within walking distance of so many great restaraunts. The only downfall to the room was that the bed was […] EXTREMELY hard.....my back hurt for a week after the trip. The room was also a little small, we are a family of 3 and it was pretty cramped. But all in all it was a nice hotel.........they just REALLY need softer beds (but some people like firm matresses). Mehr

The room was much smaller than expected and the pool was tiny and in need of some repairs. Staff was friendly.

Loved this hotel. Very nicely decorated. Good location and close to restaurants and shopping. Room was small but very functional. Would stay here again.

The hotel is very clean & comfortable and located right at the great resturants that Addison has a good name for. We were in town for a wedding but our grand-daughter enjoyed the pool after the wedding and before we left the next morning. I would stay there again for the location and the price and cleanliness.

my 3rd floor room was over the pool area. I was surprised how much the sound carried into my room. I was glad when the pool closed for the night. The TV channel selection was sad unless you wanted to pay for "tv on demand". Staff was pleasant and very helpful with written directions to local attractions.

The greeters were nice, the continental breakfast was awesome. It was a very nice stay the only problem was they had 2 little tables in the common space of the room which we ran into going into and leaving our room and the bed was hard for me.... But i would stay there again it was really really nice and quite.

We LOVE this hotel! We have stayed there 2x, and will definitely stay again. It is convenient to the many great restaurants in Addison; and easy access to major thoroughfares & highways. Suites are great for the price.

Pictures they provide make room seem much much larger, Room is very small with to much furniture that even makes it look smaller. There were lots of eating & shopping near hotel. Easy access to highway & short drive to down town Dallas. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is tv was placed in traffic area so tv could be watched from couch & bed.

Really enjoyed our stay.. The rooms were neat and clean.. Would definitely stay there again.. Really nice for the money, Breakfast was good too.

The rate on this hotel was incredibly cheap when I booked it. I suspect that the hotel is new and they are still trying to fill space, because it is a first rate hotel. Rooms were clean, spacious, and came with a lot of unexpected perks. Breakfast was also top notch for a complementary meal.

Very pleasant stay. Bed was a bit firm but otherwise, everything was very nice. Clean room with modern decor. Staff was pleasant and helpful. It's a really nice hotel. Low price and convenient location. Plus free breakfast and internet. Especially I like there double rooms.Very satisfied!

for the price, way more than i expected. my first spring hill stay. i'm used to more luxury type hotels and i was very comfortable here....and i'm picky.

This has got to be the best value you can find in a hotel. The size of the room, the sofabed, microwave, small refrigerator and breakfast with some hot options. Right in the heart of the Addison entertainment district too!

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel and loved it. Conveniently located near shopping, entertainment and eating with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. I had so much fun and you will too.

The hotel was GREAT!!! it exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and comftrouble. I was very worried about cleanliness since i had my baby with me, but when i saw the hotel and specially the room i was extremely satisfied. Great Housekeeping personal, and front desk. I would strongly recommed this hotel and would stay there again.

this hotels location is right in the center of everything which was exactly what we were looking for. everyone one was very friendly to us at the hotel from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. the addison spring hill will be our hotel of choice each and every time we go to dallas

The room itself was ok, with massage shower and seating area, but the king room seemed much smaller than I remembered the double room being. We had noisy neighbors who came in at 1:00 a.m. The breakfast was nice.

Hotel was convenient for business appointments, was clean and quiet. Staff was great, the shuttle was very convenient.

I was pleasantly suprised to find that this was a great hotel for the money. Paid twice as much a couple of years ago to stay at another Marriot around the corner. Very clean and everyone was great. Wasn't the most comfortable bed but all in all I was very satisfied! Oh and it's a great location, lots of things to do in area.
