The family room was more than adequate. Other than the noise from the street and noise from upstairs and planes, the beds were comfortable.

could park had to go around the parking lot. Bad neighborhood very poor breakfast. room was old and small with poor customer service. Never will stay here again. :(

Stayed for two days and visited the downtown and the beacharea. Hotel was easy to drive to and of far from it there are several stores and restaurants.

The place was okay, it was loud for two reasons 1) a couple fighting and yelling 2) alot of traffic on the street. That is my experience and would not stay there again.

I live in Orange County and was in San Diego for an event. I asked the lobby for a small favor and i was so rudely rejected.... I didn't know the area so I felt completely hopeless.. an older lady in the lobby simply said they couldn't help me with my simple request... I was surprised how rude she was !!! The room was clean and in a pleasant neighborhood. It only took us 5 minutes to get to Sea World! Budget friendly and exceeds expectations.

The lady in reception was friendly and incredibly helpful in arranging transportation and tours, she went above and beyond, only one small incident with sheets with the room keepers saying we had made the sheets blue despite not having anything blue, would recommend this hotel for the+ service alone

We went to this hotel expecting the worst but was pleasantly suprised on how nice it was for the price. All major attractions are a short drive away such as old town, mission beach, and gas lamp distrist. The hotel was clean and nice for the price. the room was small. No hair dryer now ironing board no iron no hanger. the curtain wouldnt close all the way. If you have little ones make sure to bring a playmat for them to put in the room. But if you looking for a room for the night this would do but for a weekend I wouldnt recommend. You gotta pay for ice.

The service was very good, they were all very nice. My sister and I stayed at this hotel for a total of an hour and a half. The hotel is located right on a busy street and you could hear everything that was happening outside from inside the room. The bathroom was very old and dingy. The bathroom sink had pubic hair in it and we felt like we should have […] worn our shoes in the shower. I read the reviews and it said if you like old but clean hotels, this one is perfect. I'm ok with older hotels but only if they are clean. We couldn't stay any longer and chose to drive 2 hours home at midnight instead of staying here. Mehr

The people were very friendly and helpful to show me directions. The hotel was convenient to the beach, Sea World and the board walk. I highly recommend it.

The best thing about the motel was the staff. They were very friendly. Hey for a smaller and older hotel it worked out just fine! Staff was very nice and shopping/food was within walking distance. We shared a room with three beds sharing the costs with friends. You can't find anyplace even close for the price and convience.

We had low expectations but just needed some place clean & cheap to stay while we were in San Diego & that's exactly what we got. At least it appeared clean. Couple of the lights didn't work or the electric socket in the bathroom & the advertised continental breakfast was just some muffins/pastry & coffee.
