Sercotel Casona de la Reyna is on the southern rim of this fabulous city, a short walk to many significant museums and tourist shopping. Close by is the the cliff used byToledo residents to massacre its its Jewish colorny by throwing them over in 1493. Bus route 12, the circular route, is right across the street. There was no WIFI access for the 4 […] nights I was there. The hotel PC could not print my boarding pass. Two staff members, Carlos at reception and a dark-haired Toledan woman who served breakfast and cleaned rooms, made the diffiulties of my visit easier to bear. Mehr

Very easy to find, a lovely hotel with individual touches which set it apart from the usual. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room had a fridge and wi-fi, parking was easy on the road outside hotel. Toledo itself is gorgeous.Highly recommended.

Hotel is located on the edge of the city, but Toledo is small, so it's not far to walk to every sight, but it is uphill. Nice hotel with parking (a plus) for 13 Euros a night (a minus). Well maintained with large rooms (ours had an extra bed in it) but there were two flights of stairs to climb to our room on the ground floor. Air conditioning did not […] work the first night and the room was quite warm and uncomfortable (they got it going for the second night) and the bed was two singles not a double or queen as requested and possibly the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in (but that is a very subjective thing). Very good hotel and close to the main sights of Toledo.

Very happy with our stay at Casona de la Reyna. Was quiet, comfortable and within walking distance of Toledo's attractions. Would stay there again.

Our hotel room was small but very nice and clean. The staff were friendly courtious and helpful.

The hotel is OK, the staff most welcoming and warm. It has a beautiful view of the Tojo river and the room is clean. I think a location more to the center of the old city could be better.

Liked everything about this hotel. Staff was wonderful, breakfast was pretty good. The location was great (if you don't mind uphill walking) but then that is Toledo!

We parked our car and walked to all sites. Located at edge of the old section of Toledo. Easy to get around.

This hotel was very good. Clean, comfortable and close to the town centre. Staff very helpful and well versed in english . We found the area very quiet however the hotel was a little noisy. The doors need some foam strips to close more quietly. Real keys are noisy and should be replaced with key cards. Parking was great at a moderate cost. Easy transport […] to city centre but you need to be fit to walk up the steep paths into town. did not try breakfast because of previous reports. Plenty of bars to eat at just up the hill but we had our own little picnics in our room as it was just a tad to hot to feel very hungry. The aircon was fantastic. Mehr

This hotel is located on the outer rim of Toledo's wall. The room was basic, clean, with a fabulous view of the canyon. We woke up to the sunrise over the mountains. Just wonderful. My only complaint would be the double twin beds pushed together. I asked for a double room and was hoping for one full size-bed. Not a big deal. Toledo is best travelled […] by foot. This hotel has parking (which few hotels have). This hotel is a 15 minute walk (uphill) to the center of town. But there are plenty of gems to discover on your walk. I have stayed in this hotel before and it didn't disappoint on my return. Room with lovely view over the river to the Parador. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Breakfast choice good for this class of hotel. 10 min walk to centre.

This has to be the friendliest hotel anywhere, the reception staff were so very pleasant and helpful, their recommendations on where to eat and drink were spot on. It is a 10 minute walk (uphill, but not too arduous) into the heart of this lovely old walled city. Good parking in the basement level, which is a bonus. The staff of the hotel could not have been nicer. The hotel is a small, quaintly decorated gem. The rooms are rather small, as is the bathroom, but all modern appointments are included. Besides, you will not be spending a lot of time in your room in this amazing town! The bed was comfortable and the black-out shades made for great sleeping! Como era viernes, el hotel nos ofreció un paseo guiado por la Judería. Un buen detalle. Las camas son muy cómodas.

Es un hotel muy bien situado porque puedes aparcar el coche en frente. Tiene unas vistas muy bonitas del rio y del otro lado de la montaña donde están los cigarrales. Aunque no esté en el mismo centro del Toledo antiguo, está lo suficiente para ir andando a cualquier punto. El punto negativo es el tamaño de las habitaciones, era muy pequeña. Alojamiento pequeño con buena ubicacion y muy bonito. Es dificil el aparcamiento, pero dejando las maeltas se puede aparcar luego fuera del casco antigüo, ya que el coche no se necesita para visitar la ciudad. Un precio competitivo.

La estancia en este hotel ha sido muy agradable en casi todo. El único pero que pongo es que está al lado de una parada de autobús, y a partir de la primera hora de la mañana se escuchan los ruidos caracteristicos del tráfico.

Facil acceso. Garaje. Parada de autobus urbano enfrente del hotel lo que te permite no tener que sacar el lcohce del garaje durante la estancia en Toeldo (en nuestro caso, tres noches).

Lovely hotel within easy walking distance to all sights. Easily found by car and with some luck a free parking spot right outside. Good service, the room (floors) could have been a little cleaner, but otherwise for sure recommendable and we would stay there again as well.

Chambre trės agréable et confortable, propreté impeccable, à 10 mn du centre touristique. Petit déjeuner buffet trės varié avec des produits frais. Accueil professionnel parlant français. Parking privé sous l'hôtel, un peu cher (18€). Dans l'ensemble, je le recommande vivement.

Hotel está bem situado, é de facil acesso, tanto para chegada de automovel, como é bem perto das zonas historicas, o que viabiliza utilizar a caminhada como meio de conhecer a cidade. O staff do hotel é muito atencioso, bem como os quartos são amplos e acolhedores. O hotel possui um excelente pequeno almoço.

Hotel situadfo perto da cidade historica, nao havendo necessidade de carro ou taxi para as visitas

Foi muito agradavel nossa estada deste hotel.Sua simplicidade esta inserida no contexto da cidade e seu aconchego faz muito bem ao hospede.

Hôtel classe et bien tenu pas trop loin de tous les centres d'intérêt touristiques (dans la vieille ville, au sud le long du fleuve), accueil vraiment excellent, chambre pas énorme mais très bien tenue, pas besoin d'un parking car on peut trouver de la place dans la rue (dans cette ville très tranquille).

正直言って、宿泊料金があまりに安かったので、心配していました。ところが、広い部屋で、しかもタホ川に面した2階の部屋でした。窓辺でゆったりとした川を眺めながらビールを飲んだことは忘れられません。中心街からは少し離れ、また上り下りがかなりありますから、寂しいのが嫌いな方、高齢者にはやや大変かも知れません。それでも宿の前が、バスターミナルの終着点ですから、それに乗れば、アルカサルなど中心地にはわけなく行けます。
