Die Lage war ideal für mich, da in der Nähe sehr viele Autohändler waren und ich auf der Scuhe nach einem Gebrauchtwagen war, Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bett,, TV Wifi war einwandfrei. Das Frühstück hingegen war sehr minimalistisch, amerikanisch eben, immerhin gab es Bananen

Kultsymbol ist die Space Needle im Seattle Center, die nur zwei Minuten mit der Monorail von der Innenstadt entfernt liegt. Sowohl die Bahn als auch der Turm wurden eigens für die Weltausstellung im Jahr 1962 gebaut. Im Seattle Center wird Oper, Ballett und Theater aufgeführt. Außerdem gibt es die Key Arena, das Pacific Science Center und das Experience Music Project (Museum für Popmusik). Ganz in der Nähe kann man sich im 36.000 m² großen Olympic Sculpture Park mit Blick von der Uferpromenade auf die Olympic Mountains entspannen.

Das Hotel befindet sich in Fussgängerentfernung zum Seattle Center (Space Needle). Daher kann man es gut als Ausgangspunkt für Innenstadtbesuche verwenden. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist über die Monorail in ca. 800 m Entfernung gewährleistet. Parken ist kostenlos in der Nachbarschaft möglich, gegen 12 Dollar auch in der Hotelgarage. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. We only tried the breakfast food, but it was good. Surrounding neighbourhood isn't the nicest looking, but it is quiet which is nice. It is also close to a large grocery store (about 5 minutes walk). You do have to pay for parking, which is $15. You can try to park on the street for free but it […] was almost always full. "Fantastic hotel with secure parking."
It's a nice hotel very clean and comfortable rooms, large shower (no tub), coffee maker, hair dryer, clothes washer and dryer for guests, huge 42" television. "A little room for improvement"
We were happy with this hotel and the quality of service was generally very good except for one detail. My daughter lost her favorite little teddy bear in the sheets and we weren't able to connect with anyone who might be able to retrieve it for us. We filled out a lost item form, called several times and still haven't been able to speak with anyone […] in housekeeping who could possibly track it down. It's been over 48 hrs now..still waiting. Stayed here for 2 nights to run in the Hot Chocolate 5k/15k. Just blocks from Seattle Center... Very convenient. Wish the restaurant had a few more options at dinner (& help -- there was only one bartender/ server so kinda slow). I stayed there for a 5k with a couple of friends of mine. When we got there we wanted aroll away bed so we could each have our own space. "This property does not have roll aways" and then she hangs up on me without any good bye or "would you at least like blankets" or is there anything else I an do. They were rude to my friend at the front desk when […] she asked them to all my room they refused. I called back for more blankets and got the same service. Room was nice and clean but dark. "Clean and good location."
I like that it is clean and comfortable. The cafe selections were limited and expensive so I did not use that. Luckily because of this hotel I discovered QFC nearby! Lifesaver. "Weekend getaway"
The hotel and room were very clean. The staff are friendly. The only down side is waiting for a taxi. We have stayed twice at this hotel and waited at least 20 minutes. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay both times.Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

"nice but small rooms"
Room was nice and obviously recently refurbished. It was quite small for our young family of four. Not much room to maneuver our equipment. They did supply a crib free of charge and gave a good breakfast recommendation at a nearby cafe.Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

"Good for the value"
It is a good hotel for your budget. Hotel is clean, nice & comfort and they tried to help us as much as possible. It was quiet and convenient to go to any place in Seattle downtown area. Only a problem we had is that microwave is small, so we could not fit baby bottle sanitizers we have. "Perfect for Buisness and Fun"
Loved it. The staff was great from check-in to check-out. If you can get the room with free breakfast - DO IT. The breakfast there is excellent and full service. If you want a coffee house go around the corner to Citizen. Also there are several other resturants and a 24hr supermarket within a one block radius of the hotel. Japanese? Go to Teriyaki Bowl […] - yea its in a gas station strip mall thats around the corner, but the food is great and the prices are just as good. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the Space Needle and if you want to head downtown to Nordies or Pike Market just hop on the monorail. "highly recommend"
noise was a problem for the first 2 nights stayed. Then I had to change room 2 times...then finally I had a good night sleep..beside that everything was great. I would highly recommend this hotel. "Perfect Spot for a few days in Seattle"
Great location and really nice rooms and comfy beds. Also, there's a nice bar and restaurant - food is okay by Seattle standards. One little issue was that the person at the front desk who checked me in was really not very friendly and he checked me into the wrong room class (double instead of king) which was not a deal-breaker but he could have certainly […] been more friendly. He also was really rude to a guest who had a pressing concern. When I approached another staff member about my room though she could not have been friendlier. The waitstaff at the bar are really nice as well. Guessing this was more a reflection on the individual than the management but worth noting. If you are doing business at Gates, there really is no place more convenient. It's definitely a great spot and beats any Hampton Inn or Courtyard or Holiday Inn Express that I've stayed at.
