The staff was cordial, but not friendly. The hotel is next to a Cabaret and a Harley Davidson shop. The pool is tiny and close to the road. The rooms are decent sized, but AC does not work well. The breakfast that is included is from 6-9. All in all, you get what you pay for. If you are doing more than sleeping, you might want to go somewhere else.

The hotel had Roaches in our room. The bathroom was filthy and dirty apeared not to have been cleaned for sometime. The hallway smelled. The overall experience was not great!

The Super 8 was a good, solid value. The room was in good shape, clean, free WiFi and free continental breakfast. Not a luxary hotel but it was everything I expected. It is convenient to I-35 and Northeast San Antonio. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very helpful. It was close to the star soccer complex where my granddaughter was playing.I would recommend it anyone.

I stayed at this location probably 4 nights this past year and it has been consistently good for the price. Despite the Harley dealership on one side and a strip club on the other, I'd say it's fairly quiet but I usually don't spend much time in the room. This time I thought things looked exceptionally clean. It looked like they might have done some […] remodeling and gotten new carpet in the hallway. Mehr

Room was gross floors were very bad kept shoes on entire stay, wasn't a smoking room but smelled of nicotine funk, bed was uncomfortable due to a broken frame, bathroom disgusting mildew,paint chips, rust, honesty they should pay you to stay there I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy all in all Motel is a Haven for prostitutes.

I had two problems. First, the receptionist took a lot of time to give me my room he left me there waiting for him to finish something. Second, the smell of my room was nos comfortable, the room smelled like wood. Overall rating good, but it can improve a lot in different areas.

If you enjoy staying right next door to a disgusting strip club, I guess this is your place. We reserved a king room and were told when we arrived we were being "upgraded" to a 2 double bed room. Unsatisfied, but exhausted, we reluctantly accepted the room. The room was equipped with a 30 year old window unit that had been set to the "fan" setting all […] day, so the room had an overwhelming stale smell coming from the strip club 10 feet from our window. I've stayed in some roach motels in my time, but this was in a class of its own. The indifference of the staff only added insult to injury. We were woken up 3 times at 7, 8:30, and 9:30 by the cleaning staff even though the do not disturb sign was clearly present. We were called by the front desk at 10:00 asking if we were checking out or staying another day. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Mehr

We stayed at this hotel because of lower cost, and were very pleased with the comfort and cleanliness. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We will pick this place to stay on our next trip to San Antonio

I've stayed in better hotels, for the money... The room, overall, was clean, but then you get to the tub, which had cracks along the bottom, and rusty fixtures. And, the stain I found on the bedsheet - Sure, they replaced it after I asked, but it was a pretty obvious stain to begin with, and the clerk was less than apologetic. the price of the hotel was great. the location was great to we were going to the at&t center and it was close by . it was also close by to schlitterbahn

Staff was nice. Room was clean and fairly quiet. Good room for the price.

The room was comfortable and the maid service was aadiquate, The carpet was extreme;y dirty. I wore socks instead of going barefoot because the carpets looked dirty. My socks were black after only a few minutes. The neigborhood was inductrial and the Hotel was not easy to get back on the highway if you wanted togo south.

The name was deceiving, and I will definitely not stay there again. The room had old furnishings, no iron, non-working hair dryer, broken clock radio, and no caffeinated coffee. For a business traveler, all of those items are a must. Definitely disappointing!

It was over all a nice stay. Clean and very friendly staff

It wasn't clean. The bathroom was dusty. The pillows were flat. My son had a allergic reaction. Their wasn't enough juice for breakfast. We had a bad experience.

I said I would recommend the hotel because I only had a choice between yes and no if I had a choice of maybe I definetly would have chosen that. I guess people must have complained to much about the shower water being to cold because even when I tried to turn it to cold it was VERY hot and the continental breakfast wasn't that good either. I can say […] this though someone was parked in a handicapped parking space and they were not handicapped. We complained to the manager about it and when we went out for the day and came back the vehicle was not parked there anymore. Needs better breakfast and colder water. Ann R. Mehr

I wasn't expecting much because of price and star rating, but this hotel was not bad! We just needed somewhere to crash and this was great. Bed was comfortable enough, a/c and cable worked. The nicest people in this hotel are the women cleaning the room. We would ask them for anything we need because they seemed willing to help. The guy at the front would look at you like you were speaking a different language if you asked even the most simple question. If you need a cheap room at a cheap rate just for a night or two, this place would […] work. If you want to be comfortable and stay in a quiet place and feel like your business is appreciated then stay somewhere better and pay a few buck extra. Mehr

Sorry to say, this hotel was not up to standards. It was dirty and run-down, and the breakfast was a major disappointment.

i was having my doubts bout this hotel if i have never been close to that neighborhood but i took a chance an glad i did. it was cheap an great for the price sleep like a baby no noise at all its close to the freeway but u wont even know its there. overall good cheap hotel to stay at would recommend

it needs elavators

The hotel is right off the freeway - very convenient. The only thing we didn't like was that the room smelled musty and it was more humid than I expected. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Room was fairly clean ( for the price we paid). Breakfast choices were ok, but very disorganized with set up...bread was not by toaster, milk and bowls not by cereal, and the waffle maker was in such a place that those waiting in line( yes, waiting in line) were blocking everything else on the buffet. Neighborhood seemed a little rundown.

This Hotel was perfect for what we required. I actually booked two other rooms as well for other family members under their names. The Hotel accommodated us by placing our rooms near one another on the 1st floor as requested. The staff were polite and efficent. The cost of the rooms was very reasonable...The rooms were clean... a/c worked great...and […] the decor was tasteful. The only improvement I would have wanted; there was a degree of traffic noise from the freeway. Nothing to keep me awake... I will definitely stay at this hotel again when visting San Antonio. DR. M. The staff was helpful actually we arrived early and he gave us our 2 rooms so we could unload our suitcases and go out ,the only problem was that both rooms had a very strong stench of cigarrete smoking ,I had thought that people didnt smoke in hotel rooms in the states anymore, also behind the easy chair was a bottle of vodka with a quarter of liquid […] left (i didnt check out what the liquid was) , and a couple of empty cans of some beverage, the cleaning staff, maybe because of the hurry to let us ito our rooms didnt see and remove. PS dont wake up for breakfast unless you are really really desperately hungry for anything very small space and only waffles and jam one waffle machine 3 tables for a full hotel . beds were comfortable a fridge and microwave both worked For the money they charged it is worth it , there are other places to eat nearby and delivery services Mehr

The hotel was pretty good, and was about 15 minutes from the river walk. The only real problem we had was that the management kept coming to us fussing because the people downstairs were complaining about noise - which was just simply us walking in our rooms. Other than that, it was a good stay at an overall nice hotel.

The hotel was more than 20 miles from where we were sight seeing even though it said it was in the area. There was mold growing above the shower in the bathroom in several places.

I had stayed with my 2 children this past weekend. The guy at the front desk saw that I was struggling with the luggage and offered to help. Nice people and exceeded my expectations by far for a hotel in this price range. I would stay again.
