Nice hotel.

Clean, free parking, free wifi, many hot tubs, and a generous city block from Peru Lift. Staff was very nice, too.

The front desk staff agent Kasandra was extremely polite, helpful, and considerate. Kasandra did a very good job and made my family and I feel welcome to be there. I would definitly recommend the Inn at Keystone to friends and family in the future and your company is lucky to have such a great employee in Kasandra. Thanks, Jason

I booked a room at this hotel, but when we got there they had over booked and we were moved to another hotel on the resort property - The Lodge At Keystone - which was absolutely lovely. That being said, the people at the front desk were very nice and very helpful. The lobby was beautiful and clean, the lobby restroom was clean enough to eat off the […] floor. The bar/lounge was hopping (play off football game) and looked like a great time. And the decor was very nice. I think it would be a great place to stay and will most likely try going back there if we decide to go to keystone again. I feel Mehr

The Hot Tube was Broke, the water in the bath tub did not drain, the Elevators were REALLY SLOW. At one point this place was top of the line! That time is gone and it's time for an update.

VERY good plae for a family ski trip.

Hotel room/suite had 2 full baths which was nice but the room was either too hot or too cold. Bed and pull out sofa were fairly comfortable but kitchen area needed a microwave and there was none nor utensils. Cleaning staff was good and the hotel was eco-friendly with recycling. Nice accomodations, the complimentary cookies were delicious! We enjoyed the hot tub, the view at night was great!

Walking distance from the slopes, or if you are lazy there outside the door. Great staff - breakfast a little pricey.

I've stayed here twice for skiing. The rooms are average in size and style. There is nothing special. But the employees were very courteous and helpful, and everything was clean and mostly well kept. It is a good place to rest in between skiing. I was disappointed at how expensive the restaurant was, especially for breakfast. Both times we opted for […] bringing out own food. If you're going to spend the money, get another hotel or condo in the area. The staff is not courteous, they switched my room from a king to 2 queens, couldn't tell me where the hotel location was, had me go 16 miles out of my way because they weren't listening to where I said I came from. Overall this was a decent hotel. It's a little older, so there are things that could be updated (bathrooms). The rooms were a little smaller than I had hoped, but we also didn't count on all of our ski equipment taking up so much room! We had a mountain view and it was a great view of the slopes. I would recommend this hotel for anyone going to Keystone - it's relatively inexpensive (in comparison to other hotels in the area). Close to the mountain - about 1/4 mile walk to the lifts. Shuttle service is right outside the front entrance, so you really don't need a car. Mehr

good place to stay with reasonable prices

Keystone Inn is a great place to stay. Good value for price. Concierge staff are very helpful. Rooms are clean. Beds were a little soft for us, but others may like this. Hot tubs are a little small but still nice and there are 2 options if one is crowded. The beds and pillows were amazing, the room was set up very nicely, the loby had many fun things to do and great food, and the service was top notch. Great stay, would do it again in a heartbeat. The walk to the clostest lift was 4 minutes, one of the closest you can get. Loved it, Loved it, Loved it.

people were nice but the room had a window that wouldnt close with 19F outside. in the bathroom the body lotion bottle was not refilled. on the plus side, the window was repaired immediately and the front desk was very nice and cordial.

First complaint- No parking anywhere. The hotel does not have enough parking for even half its guests. The only available parking is 20 minute walk from hotel. Also not close enough to lifts. 10-15 minute walk. Says 300 yards but is more than that. Do have shuttle bus if you want to wait. I choose this hotel because it had the best price. I was surprised to find out how clean and comfortable the hotel was. Will gladly stay there again.

This place was clean, service was great, location great, you will enjoy staying here. The heat is on in this place, had to open the window to cool it down for sleeping. The towels were a bit rough, would have appreciated some new softer ones. But, overall, this place is nice, would stay again.

a little expensive for the off season but overall a nice stay. we got two free drinks at check in and a pretty mountain view.

We especially loved how dog friendly the hotel is. They even have "Yappy Hour". There's a bar as well as an outdoor patio where more boisterous dogs can hang out with their owners. The room was spacious and pretty and we appreciated the two complimentary bottles of water. They make recycling very convenient as well. The hot tubs (one on the 5th and […] 6th floors and on the ground level) are a nice addition. There wasn't anything about this hotel that would prevent me from booking it again. Mehr

We liked the hotel, the staff was very friendly, and they waived the resort fee. The only thing missing is a pool, but the rooftop jacuzzis are nice. We got one all to ourselves at 9:30pm. Overall a great location, and a well-maintained hotel.

The hotel and people very nice. I would stay again. The only thing I dislike was the charge an extra fee that I didnot know about .

The staff was very prompt, friendly, and helpful. I felt the rate was a good deal for a decent room.

Wonderful Hotel. Room was very nice and clean. Hot tubs on roof top overlooking ski area was magnificent. Dinner in hotel was above average, although they were unexpectantly busy that night and had trouble keeping up. Everything was great! Nice rooms, really comfortable beds, close walk to lifts, voucher for free night skiing and drinks at hotel, nice hot tubs, great views from big windows, definately be back!

Super friendly staff, enjoyed the bar and dining area, rooms were clean and well maintained, quick 5 minute walk to lifts.

Only problem we encountered was that there is very little parking. Guests are encouraged to park across the highway, behind a shopping center.

Great place for a good price. Probably the quietest hotel in which we have ever stayed. Eco friendly. Good service. Would stay again.

The hotel was fine overall. It was a bit more rundown than it appeared in the pictures, and the noise from Rte 6 was bothersome, but it was a good price for being able to stay in Keystone.

Nice hotel. Some free perks that couldn't be used because we were only staying one night they were booked out. e.g. sleigh ride. However our one snow-border was able to get a free few hours on the night of our arrival. Call ahead to ask about packages and book them before you arrive. Dog stays in the room. Allowed in lounge area for meals.

I travel every other week for work and depend heavily on these views. It's the best place to get the honest opinion. I heard about The Inn on the Today show travel segment. I was named "best value" --i think. Anyways-- it was very nice and clean and the gave me a free lift ticket, 2 free drinks, 2 free admissions to ice skating rink and a free mountain […] tour. I believe this is a first guest perk. I have traveled to CO about 8 times over past 5 years and this was my favorite place to stay and play! Awesome all the way across the board. Mehr

This is by far the most dog-friendly and person-friendly hotel. They go out of their way to accommodate with letting the well-behaved dogs into the bar and public spaces, plus having extra amenities for them as well. The walk around the lake out the back door is perfect for dogs. Their flexibility with parking after check-out was hugely appreciated. […] An incredibly friendly staff and welcoming attitude for all.
