Super netter Service gleich beim Empfang. Das Zimmer war total schön und geräumig, die Betten sehr gut, einfach alles in sehr gutem Zustand - so wie ich es bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorier erwarte. Wir hatten sogar das Glück, unseren PKW direkt im Innenhof parken zu können. Das Frühstück in den Kellerräumen des angeschlossenen Restaurants ist üppig […] und gut! Es ist eine besondere Atmosphäre in diesen uralten Gewölben zu sitzen. Das Hotel ist uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen. Mehr

Zimmer war nicht ganz sauber. In der Dusche war Schlauch kaput. Fernseher war Antik und deffekt. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig - man fühlt sich beinahe wie in einer Wohnung! Das Personal ist super-freundlich, die Lage des Hotels ist absolut toll! Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein, aber es ist durchaus in Ordnung! Ich kann das Hotel Metamorphis für einen Prag-Aufenthalt wirklich nur empfehlen!!!

Perfectly located - just off Wentzel's Square SUPER SUPER friendly staff the rooms were very clean and in good condition We will sure visit Metamorphis again!!

Everything about this stay was spectacular! The location is perfect--right in the middle of things and yet providing a sanctuary from the frenzy. The staff was not only attentive and professional, but also so helpful, charming, friendly. This is the 5th time we've stayed at this hotel, and it now feels like home, even in the middle of Prague's busy […] tourist area. We would never stay anyhere else in Prague! Mehr

We had an amazing stay here in the Metamorphis Hotel. The room was large and we looked out on to a lovely courtyard. The staff were friendly and the amenities in the room were very good. The hotel is in the old town and close to nearly everything, so walking isn't a problem. The only little negative was that the coffee wasn't very good at breakfast […] as it was machine coffee. Breakfast was very good and plentiful with a good choice. Overall, a very good hotel and if we come back to Prague we would definately stay here again. Mehr

Very convenient for the Old Town. Confortable stay. Had one night when the music from a nearby bar was too loud and went on until the early hours of the morning. Hotel did offer to move us to a quieter room.

Hotel is of good standard, with superb location just a stone throw away from the Old Town Square. Everything you need within walking distance. Charles Bridge, Prague Castle and shopping at Palladium. Great service, and decent breakfast!

We had such a great time at this Hotel. From the moment we walked in, to the moment we checked out, it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and super helpful, the room was quaint and well kept with lots of space. (shower was a bit odd, with no shower curtain, but a great tub. SO maybe a draw). Fabulous hotel. Location in the centre of the old town. Views from window breathtaking. Romantic venue. Rooms interesting and tastefully decorated. Imagine they're all quite distinct. The bathroom was enormous and the bed so comfy. It was Christmas time too so was extra special. Staff very helpful rememered our names. Nothing was too much trouble for […] them. This hotel is in an excellent location. The Old Town Square is just around the corner. The staff were excellent, very helpful. The room was clean and very functional. Only negative is perhaps upgrading the television to a flat screen, plus add more English speaking channels, otherwise an excellent hotel. An excellent,affordable hotel in the heart of Prague

excellent location but rooms are really having their best days over lamps broken, couch broken, very weak wifi signal in the rooms i have stayed in. there's another metamorphosis hotel called "metamorphosis excellent". watch out as they both have different standards.

Great location, within walking distance of all major sites. Rooms are large and well maintained.

Our room -- top floor with centuries old wooden beams exposed -- was perfect for an extended stay in Prague. We had a comfortable sitting area, a spacious desk for writing, lots of drawers, and a nice wardrobe. The room was light and clean, well heated for the very cool mornings of October. We were within easy walking distance of all the sights of Prague. […] The hotel staff were exceptionally considerate, even monitoring the the airline's search for my lost luggage. Highly recommended. Great breakfast especially if you like your scrambled eggs and bacon! Right in the middle of Old Town so you can have lovely strolls before retiring for the night. Have kettle but bring your own coffee. Ate in the hotel restaurant each night and found the food very good and reasonably priced.

Close to the main square and perfect location to visit Prague. I will stay there again if I have another chance and I will recommend to my friends. However I thought some of the hotel staff were unfriendly and unkind.

Was enchanted with the room. One of the most charming rooms I have ever stayed in my life. Comfortable and had an elevator for such an old hotel as I have difficulty walking. On the other hand was situated over two or three bars below that were actively going until 5am. Breakfast room was wonderful but was situated two stories below in the cellar and […] the stairs were hard for me to navigate and so I didn't partake in the breakfast the second day. Recommend that they have a table in the lobby. Loved the location and stay. Mehr

We come each spring for 3 days and would never stay anywhere else! The hotel has an authentic feel, the service is perfect, the location central, and the rooms spacious and quiet. It's starting to feel like home away from home.

We enjoyed our big, roomy space with updated bathroom. Great breakfast area with wide selection of foods. Walking distance to the best sights in Prague.

Perfect - the staff was kind and accommodating - allowed me to check in early. The breakfast buffet was ample with options for veg and non-veg. Less than 5 minutes walking distance from the Old Square (2 minutes is more accurate) and equally close to namesty republiky. The street was a bit noisy - but close to bars.

The Hotel was conveniently located for the main square and surrounding tourist spots, in a beautiful courtyard setting. The staff were exemplory, the room superb and the breakfast excellant. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to others and would love to revisit again.

I have visited Prague 6 times now and this is the best hotel I've stayed in. The rooms and the location are superb and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The best endorsement is that the next time we visit Prague we will choose Hotel Metamorphis again

Beds are awful but fantastic location makes up for the lack of comfort. 2 lightbulbs were out in the outside corridor of our floor and I was told they were on back-order lol. Great breakfast. We were in Room 32 which looked out onto a small square with perfect view of the spires of the Tyn Church, especially nice at night. Very convenient location, close to all major tourist sites. Breakfast was served, buffet style, in an attractive basement restaurant next door - excellent choice.

right in the center of all you might want to see in Prague. Not only convenient but comfortable, quiet.

The room was spacious with a European flair that added to our experience. I would recommend this hotel to others but would caution that people leaving a bar across the street can be noisy in the early morning hours if you are a light sleeper.

This hotel definitely lived up to the reviews posted by other guests. Location was excellent - right in the centre of Prague. The room was really spacious, clean and comfortable. ...to Old Town square, within its own little neighborhood of restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is made up of two buildings, a restaurant and a small car park. Staff was super friendly at all interactions. The room - obviously in a really old building - managed to pull off a modern enough feel that fits. The free breakfast included is really quite […] good. Couple of notes some folks will want to note: - Our room was on the church side, facing the street. There was alot of action out there until two in the morning. Didn't bother us, but if you're a light sleeper or like to sleep with the window open, I'd make a special request for a room on the interior. - There *is* a modern lift servicing the wing of rooms over the restaurant. - Finally, driving to this location is not for the faint of heart. Streets are narrow, one way, lots of people, and your navi may lose contact w/the birds due to the tall buildings. Once you find it you'll feel like you're driving into a pedestrian mall you're not supposed to. There is a secure car park and I found the rate reasonable, although I found it a bit annoying there was no information on this provided beforehand (other than a reference that it existed). The hotels.com ToS say specific rates can't be mentioned so let's just say the overnight rate is probably half what you'd pay at most U.S. hotels in most major cities. You can park on the street, but good luck on finding a spot and keeping your paint/mirrors. Mehr

Amazing. The pictures do not explain the wonderful accommodations. Clean, beautiful and large. The bathroom is larger than a typical US bathroom. The room had a small flat screen LCD TV, a couch with glass table, wonderfully large bed, large dresser and more AND was incredibly clean. The location was perfect. A minute walk from the main square of the […] city and less than ten minutes from the chain bridge. We arrived at 7:00 AM and where able to check in with no issue (which is unheard of). We slept for a bit then walked all around the city with ease because of its location. The restaurant attached to the hotel is beautiful, with a great staff, and the location inside for the included breakfast is magical. Go to their website and look at the pictures, words cannot explain it. The buffet had lots of tasty options, too many to list here. The room service is relatively inexpensive with all the options of the restaurant. This is a must stay. Well worth the 4 stars and easily worth the price. Mehr

This hotel was super closer close to all main attractions, couldnt have been a better location. The room was huge, comfortable, and very charming. Not good for families or loud people! Ideally situated in the heart of Prague. Peaceful at night. Clean and spacious, though the furniture was somewhat outdated. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in the cellar of the pizzeria belonging to the hotel. Caution: very steep winding staircase leading to the breakfast room. Parking facilities available at extra cost.

We were stunned by how HUGE our room was, and how close it was to the Old Town Square (a 30-second walk!). The complimentary breakfast was excellent also with good variety. This is a gem of a hotel. The staff is incredibly nice, fluent in English, and genuinely want to help you. We arrived at 8am after a long flight and they were able to get us into a room by 9:30am, and they helped us book train tickets when we left. The internet worked well and was free. The breakfast was delicious, and located in an eclectic church […] basement. The room was air conditioned and well-appointed. On our next stop we stayed at a 5-star hotel in Vienna, and I much preferred this hotel to that one. Book here! You won't be sorry! Mehr
