Wo hat dieses Hotel seine guten Bewertungen her? Es roch im ganzen Haus nach Insektenvernichtungsmittel, das Zimmer roch unerträglich, miefig, man konnte nicht lüften. Die Teppiche verschmutzt, das Bad nicht sauber. Man traute sich nicht barfuss herumzulaufen. Einfach ekelhaft. Pool war schmutzig. Wir sind nach 2 Nächten abgereist. ...und gerne wieder für eine Nacht in der Nähe des internationalen Flughafens von Fort Lauderdale. Hotelsauberkeit ist sehr gut, etwas dünne Wände halt bauarttypisch, Zimmer gross und mit tollem Bett, aber das Frühstück hat leider nichts mit "Kontinentalem Frühstück" zu tun. Also gleich selber Belag mitbringen vom Supermarkt zwei Strassen entfernt und […] die zwei Toastsorten und den Orangensaft geniessen oder ein Diner aufsuchen. Die Strandpromenade von Hollywood ist in einer halben Stunde zu Fuss erreichbar. Hotel liegt ruhig aber verkehrgünstig. Freundliche Atmosphäre - gutes Frühstücksangebot.

Grosse Zimmer, freundliches Personal, Gutes Frühstück. Zimmer roch nach Nässe denke kommt daher das die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden könner evt mit einem Entfeuchtet arbeiten. Für ein bis 2 Nächte zu empfehlen.

I am use to budget low end hotels and this really took the cake for low price stays! Front desk service was great- very accommodating to my early check in, booked my transportation for the next day right away. Big bathroom! Very clean everywhere. Eco-conscious. I frequent the hollywood/miami area once a month, and finding this hotel was really nice. This hotel is within walking distance of walgreens, publix, and a small shopping center. The beach is 1 mile down the road, and not crowded at all. The only complaint i have is the shower had 0 water pressure and only luke warm water. After running around and travel […] time down there, i always look forward to end my day with a nice hot shower. Didnt happen. But, everything else was fine. Hotel very clean and THe breakfast was ok. Perfect location wother two busses to Miami, restaurants across the street and a small market across the street. A 20 min walk to the dania beach. Airport shuttle was perfect and everytime available. Microwave and refrigerator in the room. I would stay there again.

We arrived in the evening and looked for a convenient hotel near the airport, but not an airport hotel. nice location with a shopping facilities across the road and a good mexican place for dinner. Nice little pool for a dip to cool down.

We thought that the hotel was ok due to the previous reviews points but the hotel all carpeted area stinks, the rooms have very bad smell and there a lot of small ants and possibly bugs because my wife was bitten. The location is good and the breakfast is not bad but the place is regrettable because the problem of cleanness and old carpet.

very clean, good location next to the beach and just 5 min. to the highway... nice & clean.

We arrived at the hotel around 11 A.M. we were told our room for the night was ready but that we would have to pay extra if we wanted to go to our room. We were with another couple and had all of our luggage for upcoming room. They would not accomondate us until 1 P.M. unless we paid the extra money, Once we got into our room the air conditioner sound […] like a noisey machine. We took a shower and chrome faucet and parts were all rusty. We tried to make a wake up call and that option did not work. We reserved 2 rooms with king side beds and we only got 1 room with a king size bed. That room only had a bed and a desk no place to sit down and relax. There is more put I think you get the point. We drove up from Key West and were there only to sleep for a few hours before catching an early morning flight out of Ft. Lauderdale. But the place was clean and comfortable , which was all we needed.

We flew in late at night and left the next morning after a great breakfast and dip in the pool. They were extremely friendly!

Overall it was a good hotel. The evening desk clerk need better people skill. Personality real dry. Need to ckeck ice machines on all floors.

the hotel is a bit old but it looks like the remodeld what they could. granite bathroom counter, new model tv, curtains etc. , overall a fine hotel for one or two nites

Hotel was in great shape. Easy to get to and easy to get out. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

I spent two nights in this hotel in February. There is nothing really bad to report about this hotel, just a few inconveniences, or rather things that are falsely advertised. Fitness Center - There is no state-of-the-art Fitness Center here, just a small room with 1 treadmill and 1 stationary bicycle. Most people porbably do not care about that, but […] I chose this hotel partly because I wanted to have access to a gym. High-Speed Internet - I guess the term "high-speed" is relative. The internet is very slow, making it almost impossible to conveniently surf websites with media. (For all nerds: bitrates usually between 10 and 13 kB/s) Premium Cable TV - At least in my room the picture of most channels was very fuzzy, which rendered more than half of the 40 channels unwatchable. All channels are analog. The breakfast is okay: Waffle maker, dry bagels, some pastries, coffee. The guy at the reception seemed grumpy to me. Not very welcoming or interested. Overall they could easily make it a better place with minor adjustments. Mehr

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this Sleep-Inn. In close vicinity to good, Italian, Mexican and Chinese restaurants. Would definitely recommend, to other travelers. Regards Dom from Canada

When we arrived in our room is reeked of cigaretts. . I asked about another non smoking room I was told only a suite was available for and additional charge. We stayed in the original room and when we reached the airport the next day I noticed my jacket did smell like old smoke. Before you book be sure you request a non-smoking room!

We had the worst breakfast ever. I have no idea what we ate. They were called egg patties but they tasted nothing like eggs. The oatmeal was like glue. We arrived after midnight and checked out before 8:30 am still had to pay for an extra person. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Excellent location, close to everything! Lobby service was great. Housekeeping needs improvement. Not enough towels or soap. Also continental breakfast needs upgrading

As described- a little older facility but works for location.

We called for shuttle at airport and they were there in no time. No problem getting a shuttle to cruise port the next day (although I think some of the later shuttles had booked up). The shuttle service was very efficient and a nice plus. Hotel was fine for an overnight. Clean and comfortable.

We needed a place to stay prior to a cruise leaving out of the Port of Miami. The free airport shuttle and the free breakfast are the main reasons we picked this hotel. We arrived late (around 11:00 pm) and the shuttle picked us up quickly. No problems. Our room was really nice 5 years ago. Everything looked pretty worn, uncared for, and beatened up. […] It did smell musty, but went away after we turned the A/C on. There was a microwave and a fridge in the room, so we went to the Walgreens next door and bought some frozen DiGorno pizzas to eat that night because there was no place to go. The breakfast in the morning was bad if you are looking for something hot - other than waffles. The hot stuff was inedible and I can eat anything. Otherwise, the cold items were fine (yogurt, fruit, cereal, muffins, etc). I think it ended promptly at 9:30 am. They didn't care if you have only been there 10 minutes. The night staff was nice. The morning staff was unfriendly. We used ridesas for our ride to the port and then back to FLL airport. They were excellent, fast and cheaper than a taxi. I would stay here again for a quick one night stay. Otherwise, you would probably be happier somewhere else. Mehr

This was a good hotel to stay at before a cruise. The shuttle service was excellent. Picked us up at FLL and dropped us off at the port. Room was clean. We were in a smoking room. If you are not a smoker do not stay in one of those rooms. It does have an oder. Continental breakfast was fine. Several things to choose from. Worth and extra 20 dollars to stay somewhere else.. This place was clean and you could tell renovations were underway. However, the front desk was unpleasant from the second we walked in (keep in mind we had no complaints at the time of checkin), the bathroom for some reason had stagnant air the entire time and smelled strangely of chicken and cigarettes. […] Additionally, the surrounding area isnt so great and there are signs posted saying 'hotel not responsible for goods stolen from cars' Bottom line: Clean where it needed to be, but overall hotel was very dingy with unfriendly service in a bad part of town. Needed a room for the night, hotel staff was a little rude, room smelled musky, bathroom smelled like smoke, for the price it was satisfactory

Dania Beach is not a tourist area per se, although close to tourist areas. So if you need a clean place to rest and a base to work from, this place is a practical fit. Complimentary breakfast is a little restricted on choice but again, has enough basic food so you can start your day.Airport shuttle was a feature I found useful and this worked well. […] Room had a shower, no tub, but lots of hot water. Wire internet connection was a little sketchy but free. Overall, definitely not a resort but good value for a quiet sleep in a clean bed with easy access to the general area. Mehr

This is a basic airport hotel for a stop before/after your flight. Shuttle had to be called three times, other guests were also already waiting for an hour. The rooms/bathrooms are quite worn out, they are clean yet not spotless, but the beds are comfortable. Basic breakfast offerings. Wallgreens next door.

Clean ,comfy, pool & hot tub. Fine for an overnight stay. Left to early for breakfast.

It is not right next to the beach, but you get great value for money in this very basic hotel. Staff is very friendly, and rooms are exactly what you would expect at this price. No more, no less.

This hotel is fairly close to the airport and the shuttle bus works.Even the 5am first shuttle of the day was on time so I caught my early flight with time to spare.Another plus is the small shopping centre across the road which has a very useful Publix and two or three restaurants.There's an all night Walgreens too next door (very handy). Not far away […] I discovered a pleasant nature park.Dania Beach is a bit too far to walk to if it's hot but there are buses. The hotel bedroom was fine and in addition to freebies there was a fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker.As I stayed 3 nights all these things were very useful.Breakfast was adequate and there's all day coffee in the lobby and also free access to a computer,also in the lobby.Altogether this is a a very satisfactory budget hotel and I would go there again. We stayed only one night as we landed at night and drove to Key West in the morning. Bed was confortable, room was quiet and we were in 117 right by the front desk and breakfast area, price was right, location was easy to find, service great and breakfast was good. Can't complain about anything for being there less than 12 hrs.

Great hotel for the price. Went on a cruise, and shuttle service was great. Also had pick up from the airport. Clean rooms, good breakfast. Will stay again when cruising.

We were in town for a cruise and chose this hotel primarily for its location,complimentary transportation to and from the airport, and the complimentary breakfast. There are restaurants, a grocery store and drug store all within walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful with assisting […] us with our travel plans. Didn't get an opportunity to utilize the pool due to the rain. Overall this was a pretty decent hotel for the price. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Mehr
