Nice stay and honeymoon 's memory

can't be beaten on location, just two minutes from the leaning tower. Rooms would feel a lot bigger if they had selected better furniture. Labelled as a small luxuy hotel of the world, wouldn't have categorised it as that. temperature in rooms veers towards the stuffy. A/C in rooms doesn't work properly. Reception not that helpful. WiFi set up overly […] complicated. Breakfast definitely not up to scratch. Wait staff don't bother to serve you. Mehr

This is a beautifully renovated, very old building. Many of the rooms are quite small, but they are well-equipped, if a bit faded. The location - five minutes walk from the Campo de Miracoli - can't be beat, and the staff is first rate.

Loved this hotel! Close to Leaning Tower, nice room, fantastic breakfast out on the patio.

Very well maintained hotel with a lovely outdoor patio on one of the little canals. We ate breakfast every morning a few feet from the water watching gondolas drift by. Absolutely memorable.

You simply can not beat the location of this hotel! The front desk was friendly and welcoming, the restaurant staff was attentive, professional and friendly and the food was very good too. Not sure if it should have a 5 star rating based on comparing it to the other 5 star hotels in Venice , Florence and Rome I stayed in but if you go expecting 4 stars […] you will be very pleased, The room we were in was very small, but we did book a lower category because we just were sleeping there and not planning to hang out in our room. We had a wonderful stop in Pisa on our trip. The hotel was gorgeous and the breakfast on the patio was amazing!

This hotel would be a good one if it was a three stars hotel, not a five stars "Small Luxury Hotel of the World". I had a room with no view (a 4 square feet window, no light, no view), no internet in the room, atrociouly slow internet in the lobby. Never go there if you want a five star service. The location of the hotel is perfect- literally a 5minute walk from the Piazza di Miracoli and only a 10-15min cab ride from the airport (€10). It is a beautiful traditional hotel, with only 21 rooms so the service is excellent. My room was very clean and beautifully decorated, although it was very small. As the hotel is a converted house, the rooms […] are all of different shapes and sizes. Presumably some of the other double bedrooms are much larger. I didn't eat an evening meal there, but I wasn't very impressed with their breakfast selection. Mind you, most European hotels provide pretty unimpressive breakfasts. Of course, this is a minor issue. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Pisa -and I have very high standards! Mehr

Nice smal hotel with very friendly and serviceminded personel. Smal room and not top standard but nice and clean. Very nice patio/garden.

The hotel was fine except for limited internet access. The night I stayed I had urgent business to conduct but was unable to do so because of a very slow connection. The hotel has a router on every floor but even sitting a few feet away in the lobby on the first floor only boosted the speed a little bit. Bad ISP. Think mid-1990s dial up speed. This is a small, luxury hotel and, though the rooms are not large, they are very comfortably furnished. Everybody who goes to Pisa goes to look at the Leaning Tower and it is about 200 meters from this hotel. Once you learn your way about, you will discover that no part of this city is too far to go to on foot!

This small, boutique hotel is really charming with an exceptional level of service. The rooms are small given the nature of he old tower house in which it is located but the decor and ambience are elegant, luxurious and very attractive. Couldn't recommebd more highly. Really made my short stay in Pisa great. It was lovely to enjoy the jacuzzi for free in the lovely hotel garden. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely hotel in quiet neighbourhood. Service is excellent and the room, though small, was comfortable and clean. There is a lovely garden terrace at the rear of the hotel where you can have meals and drinks when the weather is clement. Also It is close to all the must-see sights. We would highly recommend it to others.

hotel room small but clean, staff friendly and helpful, location brill. This hotel is classed as a 5 star, and where is was a lovely hotel i think it as more in common with a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was lovely to have in the garden but was basic.

On checking into the Hotel we were informed that the air conditioning was not working but they hoped that it would be fixed by early evening which it was. Unfortunately it appeared to have a mind of its own which required us to phone reception to have it switched off which meant we could not have the facility when we needed it. Rooms very small, but everything was well done and the service was impeccable

this is a wonderful hotel..staff is friendly and attentive.all your needs are met and then some..it is a quiet neighbor and yet very close to everything. the breakfast was super

Very good service and lovely old house where no rooms looked alike. The place had a calm and relaxing atmosphere, the garden was beautifull and the bustle of the cathedral square (200 meters away) was completely gone. The breakfast was good.

The greeting & staff were exelent & professional. The atmosphere and style of the hotel is warm. 12th century building carefully modernised. We only spent one night in the "romantic room", which was a bit small. It could do without the chairs/table. The only grime was the air condition. Even at max it was still 27-28 degrees celcius at sleeping time! […] Not acceptable. Mehr

The hotel is close to the major sights in Pisa, the atmosphere is intimate and the service of the staff was superb. I highly recommend it to others visiting Pisa looking for a hotel with old school charm, location and service that was above and beyond my expectations.

Posizione ottimale, vicino alle principali attrazioni turisctiche,; zona tranquilla; struttura non perfettamente in linea con le 5* stelle, personale molto professionale e cortese; stanza un po' piccole ma confortevoli; servizi ottimi. ESPERIENZA DA RIPETERE.

Har bodd her et par ganger nå. Gammelt hotell, men langt fra slitt. Små rom, men det gjør ingenting, jeg liker at alle rommene er forskjellig innredet. Hyggelig betjening og god frokost. Sentralt plassert rett ved tårnet. Gratis trådløst internett er et stort pluss. God pris off-season.

Hotellet ligger i et hyggelig og stille område, like ved Det skjeve tårnet. Veldig hyggelig betjening, utmerket komfort, sjarmerende bygning og interiør, samt en aldeles utsøkt frokost. Anbefales!

Hotel heel centraal gelegen ,op 500 meter van de toren. Echter heel kleine kamers. Service heel goed.

Airco deed het niet goed, gelijk aangegeven en zou met druk op de knop geregeld zijn. S avonds nog steeds 26 graden. Met receptie gebeld, zou geregeld worden. Na half uur nog maar eens gebeld, en daarna nog maar eens! Kwam er eindelijk iemand om half 1 s nachts!! En vertelde dat het geregeld was, mooi niet dus. Geen andere kamer gekregen, heel slecht […] geslapen, en na klagen bij uitchecken zelfs geen excuus, en wel betaald voor een 5 sterren prijs per nacht! Kan niet anders zeggen dan dat dit wel een hele slechte service was. Mehr

Lille hyggeligt hotel tæt ved det skæve tårn. Lækker have med boblebad. Fantastisk service og god mad.
