Sehr freundliches Personal,Frühstück war nicht besonderes.Zimmer war sauber und preis war angemessen.Bin sehr zufrieden,gerne buche ich diese Hotel wieder

Ein Hotel mit Atmosphäre, sehr gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt: freundliches Personal, wunderschönes Zimmer mit Parkett und Antikmöbeln und das Frühstücksbuffett ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Keine "sichere" Parkmöglichkeit, sehr laut wegen durchfahrende Strassenbahn, Frühstückbuffett sehr eingeschränkt.

We found the staff very accommodating and helpful. They had transportation tickets we could purchase for varying time periods. They arranged for a taxi to the the airport when we departed. The breakfasts were very adequate with a large variety of items to choose from. We loved the uniqueness of our room. All facilities (bathroom, TV, elevators) worked […] very well. Mehr

Staffs at front desk are very helpful. they go above and beyond to help me. I bought a Prague card, but can't figure out where the bus stop was . Martin helped me to find out.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Staff are very good and guide you in detail about how to reach all the attractions and if any out of city tour. 10 min walk to the starting point of attractions. Large rooms and very nice breakfast.

Good location, 150 meters from underground metro station, 10 minute walk to Republic Square. Big rooms. On the down side, breakfast is average, and there is a bit of noise from the tram line.

Nice hotel at an amazing price! The building is quite old and charming, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. Not much to complain about, though the machines and training equipment in the fitness room were out of date and barely usable.

Just spend four nights at this hotel i Prague. Its located very central and just next to a metro station (Florenc) so its easy to go there from the airport. The room could use a new bed. Our bed was old and hard. But thats also the one negative thing I can say about this hotel. The staff was so friendly and it is really a value for money hotel!

Friendly, helpful English-speaking staff. The restaurant was also good, and clearly was used by some of the local citizens too. My room was somewhat old-fashioned (think characterful and a pleasing alternative to modern veneers and plastics), with wood-block flooring and hand-decorated furniture, and very warm and quiet. This hotel is very affordable and close to the old town square. Please do not be fooled by the map of Prague - it is infact very small so almost evry attraction can be reached on foot or using the metro/trams if you prefer. Our room was huge! it was more an apartment than a hotel room and it was clean although the furniture was a little dated. Breakfast […] was nice - standard continental breakfast really with meat and cheese added. The sauna was great and completely free of charge - it was private so you had the whole sauna and solarium room to yourself for 45 minutes.This was a great relief after walking around Prague in the day. Lastly the free wifi was brilliant and really helped to keep my calls down to a minumum as i could keep in touch with people back home via email instead. Only negative is that there is no air conditioning in the room but we left our windows open with the fan on all day and it seemed to keep the room cool enough to remain comfortable. Please be warned that the tram does run past the hotel from 7am - midnight so if you are planning to sleep early then you will need to close the window so you don't hear them. Mehr

Let me be clear out front, Hotel Mucha in Prague is a fine property to stay at. Particularly with the discount pricing available around the internet- it is NOT however, a 4 star property. This is a nice hotel, in a somewhat seedy neighborhood (according to locals, mind you) which in my opinion has simply had too many 'discount' traveleres through […] it's door, without enough properly spent rehab/renovation money spent. There are charming Mucha prints throughout, but many are poorly/cheaply framed, and hanging crooked. There is a small dining area in a refinished basement/cellar area, which obviously was prepared at some expense- however the only time you'll likely spend here is for the complimentary breakfast, which is much more in like with a 3 star property. The front desk staffers were great, good area knowledge, quick to research things online for you, and happy to assist. The room was quite large for traveling in Europe- I was on the 2nd floor. There was a functioning digital safe, and a bathroom that would let more than one person get ready for the day. However, the condition of the furniture, slipshod mounting of the television, and overal wear and tear take this hotel off the 4 star map. I think it's a matter of perspective with the rating, and what people espect, here's an example: Hotel Mucha It's a fabulous 3-star, which will surprise and delight people when they arrive at the property, with a rich history and a talented staff. vs. Hotel Mucha It's a worn down 4-star of yesteryear with little sparkle remaining poorly disguised as charm. Few amenities and a grungy neighborhood outside a cracked front door make this a bargain hotel for the budget traveler in denial. Solid value, but you should know more accurately up front what you're getting into. Mehr

At first sight the hotel is not very peasing. However, your first interaction with the employees more than make up for it. The rooms are'nt the greatest and the beds are hard. The rates are very affordable and the location is great! The hotels resteraunt is also great. If your looking a an inexpensive place to stay while traveling the city this place […] is it. If howver your looking for somthing more fancy you should book a diffirent hotel.. Also make sure to book parking in advance as the location of the hotel doesnt seem to be all that great at night. The room was large, very comfortable and exceeded our expectations, everything we needed we were only a 5 minute walk into the centre (once you know/understand the directions). The area directly outside the hotel is a little 'shabby' but for the price, comfort and location this hotel cannot be faulted. Would definatly recommend.

If you are looking for something newer with newer furnishing ect... this isn't the hotel for you. However if you like the Old World Feel, this hotel will be up your alley. The Buffet Breakfast leaves little to be boasting about however, so if breakfast is your thing, plan to go out. I was very disappointed however as they advertise Pay Per View in the […] room and travelling with children this was why this one in particular was choosen, only to find they did not have it and apparently haven't in over a year. It would have made the nights when we wanted down time a little more calmer had it been as stated in the write up. However for the money it was still a good deal just not as great. This was my second visit to the Mucha Hotel. We found it to be of the same good quality as the first visit. Very friendly staff. Well decorated rooms.We ate in the restaurant twice the food is well priced in comparsion to surrounding eating places And we found the quality & portion sizes to be better than many. The only thing lacking in the room was […] extra pillows & none were available. Hotel was handy for trams & metro line. they were 2 mins walk away. Mehr

Hyvä sijainti, metroasema ja raitiovaunupysäkki lähellä. Kävellen vanhan kaupungin keskustaan 20 minuuttia. Läheltä löytyy monta ruokapaikkaa. Aamiaisella hyvää tummaa leipää. Muuten siistit huoneet, mutta matot voisi pestä useammin.

Camera molto ampia e spaziosa come anche il bagno. Ottimo sistema di riscaldamento. Frigo bar molto abbastanza fornito e per nulla carissimo. Possibilità di cassaforte in camera. Stanza non proprio pulitissima, ma nel contesto accettabile. Colazione a buffet da non credere, veramente molto ricca. Posizione centralissima (abbiamo girato quasi tutta praga […] a piedi partendo dal nostro hotel). Nella hall parlano perfettamente sia italiano che inglese ed è possibile chiedere qualsiasi tipo di informazioni al personale che è molto preparato e cordiale. Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo beccato una odiosissima gita scolastica ma di notte non abbiamo sentito troppo (anche se c'era) rumore, le stanze sono insonorizzate abbastanza bene. E' sicuramente da consigliare e se dovessi tornare a praga non avrei dubbi su dove prenotare la mia prossima sistemazione. E' abbastanza raro (purtroppo) essere soddisfatti del proprio hotel ma questo fa veramente eccezione. Mehr

Este ha sido mi peor hotel de 4 estrellas de mi vida. En España este hotel se clasificaría dentro del apartado de PENSIONES. El mobiliario de mi habitación era digno de una casa del siglo pasado o de una película de miedo. No llegamos a deshacer las maletas porque nos daba repelús utilizar los armarios de la habitación. Había telarañas tanto en la habitación […] como en el comedor de los desayunos. En definitiva, no recomiendo este hotel e incluso pediría a hoteles.com que no lo ofreciera como de 4 estrellas a futuros clientes. Mehr

Easy accessible hotel in Prag center. Parking (at the hotel) can be a little difficult. Little nice and clean hotel, rooms are comfortable and fair breakfast buffet - considering the price. 5 min. walk to metro or tram station.

Florencバスターミナルの近くということでこのホテルを選択しました。プラハから地方の観光地に向かう際にとても便利でした。 ホテルの設備、清潔さ、従業員の対応などは価格相応で、満足しています。 地下鉄駅、トラム乗り場も近く、旧市街観光にも便利です。

I work in the Prague and I can recommend you this hotel - my company is using it as accomodation for guests from abroad. Situated in the centre of the city, close to tram and underground, in quiet area.

Godt hotel med god beliggenhed. Alt var indenfor gåafstand. Morgenmaden er dog ikke særlig god og rummet hvor der spises morgenmad er super varmt og indelukket. Madrasserne er meget hårde. Men hotellet er super hyggeligt, holdt i gammel stil og til prisen er det et godt hotel, specielt pga beliggenhedden.

Excellent location almost next to the Florenc metro station. A very nice and clean hotel with friendly english-speaking staff. The breakfast was really good, and our room (suite) was huge! Vi valgte primært hotellet, fordi andre anmeldte det positivt på internettet. Vi blev ikke skuffede, vi var faktisk positivt overraskede over værelsets størrelse og at vi havde fået et "deluxe room" uden at have bedt om det. Den eneste kikser - og grunden til den dårlige karakter vedr. hotellets service var, at vi bad om morgenvækning den morgen, vi […] skulle meget tidligt afsted til lufthavnen. Vi stillede heldigvis selv vækkeuret også, for ham, der havde vagten i receptionen sov og vækkede os ikke. Da han fik det at vide, viste han ingen tegn på anger. Tænk hvis vi havde stolet på ham ... Hotellet är litet och mysigt och ligger precis på gränsen till gamla staden, rent badrum, fina gamla möbler. 50m till tunnelbanan där det iof hängde lite skumt folk. Frukosten var i tunnaste laget, annars helt okej hotell.

El hotel está a 1 cuadra del metro con muchos colectivos y cerca de lestación y del centro histórico. Los amantes del art nouveau estarán muy contentos porque todo desde la iluminación hasta la decoración es en este estilo. Correct - mobilier - art déco - bien situé, petit - déj. correct et lit refait tous les jours. Excellent rapport, qualité- prix, quartier calme proche des sites intéressants. Personnellement c'est un 3 * en catégorie.

Very nice hotel. Will probably stay there for my future business trips to Prague and probably holiday as well. Restaurant on ground floor has very good food at very reasonable rates. Walking distance to most things in central Prague and other communications within 5 minutes walk. Room was a bit warm in the peak of summer but the fan really helps […] . Mehr

Receptie en bar personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam , dit zonder veel show te verkopen. Hotelkamers ( een enkele en een dubbele ) waren beide in nette staat , goed bed , goede badkamer. Isolatie van de straatkant prima. De muren tussen de hotelkamers zijn echter naar de dunne kant en je moet echt niet veel moeite doen om de buren te horen.Geen […] airco maar dat was in Mei niet echt een probleem.Ontbijt was ok maar we stelden toch vast dat het af en toe wachten was op koffie of aanvullen van broodjes beleg , eitjes. Op zich keuze genoeg maar dit is toch iets waar Mucha een extra inspanning zou kunnen leveren. Het verzamelen van de borden om dan met een winkelkarretje te vervoeren naar de keuken is op zich een grappig scenario maar niet iets wat je zou verwachten in een 4 sterren hotel ;-) Internet in de lobby ( 1 pc ) is ok , wirless is aanwezig maar niet getest. Drank prijzen in Bar en Minibar zijn goedkoop. Ondergrondse parking in het hotel aan de andere kant van de straat ( overeenkomst met Mucha ) vond ik een superveilige oplossing.Parkeren op de straat zou ik afraden , policiecontrole is frequent. Parking prijs is gelijkaardig als in belgische parkergebouwen , goedkoper dan de luchthaven. Conclusie : prijs kwaliteit waren we zeker tevreden ik kan het hotel niet afraden maar je mag er niet naar toe met de verwachting van in een supper luxe 4 stellen hotel terecht te komen. Maar voor die prijs kan je dat ook niet verwachten vind ik. . Hope it helps ! Mehr
