Overall it was ok. The bar was supposed to open at 6:30. It didn't. You had to find the lone waiter in the restaurant to get a drink at the bar. The menu at the restaurant was limited and the choices weren't that great. They advertise airport shuttle service. They don't have the shuttle on weekends so check before booking or it will cost you 25 euros […] each way. Mehr

Although I informed them of my arrival by mail and called soon after arrival, the Shuttle took more than 30 minutes to arrive. The check-in women was extremely unfriendly and accused me of hiding my key as she claimed she gave it to me. After searching in her chaos she found it but sure no apology. When I entered the room it was hotter than 30 C although […] the window was open, no individual climate control, so no proper sleep possible. When I claimed this at the reception the woman told me that some guests ( I didnt see any as the hotel was deserted) do like it warm and cozy. The hotel claims to have satellite TV, that is true if you speak Italian, all foreign stations had no sound, as they had problems with their satellite dish. And the free WLAN turned out to be a 30 minutes free period and € 12 to be paid for 24 hours, a complete joke, as I stay more than 100 days a year in hotels I have never experienced that free WLAN means 30 minutes free. The rooms are very, very simple but nicely brushed up with Photoshop for this page and others. Needless to say that check-out was chaos again, I had to wait 10 minutes as the rude Italian woman claimed she could not charge my prepaid room to Hotel.com. I told her that is not my problem but she insisted that I wait. If you can avoid this dump, do so. As a Club Carlson member I normally do love the Radisson, Radisson Blue and Park Inn establishments, how they could approve this place as theirs is a total mystery to me. Mehr

While this hotel is not in a bad location and is quite new, I cannot rate it better -- it was about 40 degrees F outside and about 90 degrees F inside. There is no individual room control and the entire hotel was very uncomfortable. When I spoke to the person at the desk they said "that is the way we like it". I had a family room - which was basically two rooms connected, with one room turned into a 'living room'. Almost a suite then, with the sofa becoming a bed, and duplicate bathroom etc. Great value. This is the Park Inn, not the regular Raddison hotel, but it was nonetheless comfortable. Shower only, no bathtub, but spacious, and with good water supply. I […] didn't have a kettle in the room, nor even instant coffee or cups - but presume I could have asked for it. In fact I did: but at 10pm was told it's too late. At least there was free water in the room fridge. Breakfast was OK. Nothing exciting, but enough to start the day, and more variety than the Holiday Inn Express. Internet was free - you need to ask for a username/password from the reception. The WiFi does indicate a charge during login, but this will be waved. Best double check first. Airport is about 15 minutes away. This hotel is further away than some other options, but if you have a car it's OK. There is a free shuttle from the hotel, but runs every 30mins only. There isn't very much within walking distance of the hotel if you feel like popping out for a snack etc. Overall it was great value - for three adults, with WiFi, free breakfast, it was ideal. For a couple only, it's by no means a bad choice, but the playing field is a bit more even. Mehr

This is a modern Hotel that is well equipped and close to Malpensa Airport. The excellent shuttle service is worthwhile as finding the airport would be difficult for a non local. Service was good and the hotel is clean and nice with a good gym room.

The hotel shuttle bus leaves from outside the pharmacy (green cross) to the right of arrivals at terminal 2. The hotel is a short distance from the airport and excellent for getting around. The quality of the hotel and its staff is excelent. Will definitely stay there again

The hotel is new and the room, bed, furniture etc were all high quality - especially the bed linens - the bath was spacious and well designed with ample towels and good lighting throughout. good breakfast. Shuttle bus being on demand only makes it such that we have to wait longer at times when it busy. Overall quite satisfied with the hotel and would recommend it for a short stay because there is not much else around.

This hotel was a great respite after a long tour around Italy and 15 convenient minutes to the airport the next morning (shuttle included). The staff is excellent and very flexible (operating at all hours of the day and night) and available for random requests any time. It is in a very small town with not much nearby, so you will have to rely on their […] own kitchen, which isn't all that great (comparatively) but the staff are all so friendly and helpful. Some of the hallways look fairly worn, but the rooms are pristine and it is overall a lovely hotel with some of the cleanest, fluffiest, most comfortable sheets and towels in the whole country and spacious rooms and bathrooms. This was an excellent hotel with wonderful customer service - once we found it. There really should be concrete instructions on how to find it in the listing. There is a Grand Hotel Malpensa just blocks away from it so it was confusing to find. But once we found it, we had no complaints whatsoever. The hotel restaurant was very good.

Short 10 minute shuttle ride to/from the airport. The rooms were comfortable, the hotel restaurant food and service were very good, front desk service was pleasant and professional.

It appears that the hotel has been remodeled. The staff and the owner are very helpful and nice. Location is good for Milan, (Malpensa) Airport. Very nice Breakfast and Dining area.

Excellent Hotel. Very convenient, extremel friendly staff, and an excellent restaurant way better than most hotels. We were with a group of six and each of us felt great about thsi hotel. We especailly appreciated the free hor's ordvres in their lobby when we cchecked in, use of the business center with free internet and wi-fi and especially the free […] shuttle service to the airport. Highly recommend this hotel as the the rooms were terrific, a great value, and very quiet. We all felt this place ahd the most friendly and helpful staff of all the places we stayed in Italy! Mehr

Most satisfied with the hotel specially the freindly, courteous and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

We were very happy with all aspects of the hotel. We ordered room service and it was served promptly and hot. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast croissants were excellent as well as the rest of the food.

Tive uma estadia ótima, excelente hotel, bonito, moderno, excelente café da manhã, mas a internet no quarto era muito ruim, precisa melhorar muito.

Business like hotel near Malpensa, quite clean with a reasonable breakfast. It has a business centre with PCs, a good printer/ copier (free of charge) and WiFi .

NON CONDIVIDO IL FATTO CHE IN TUTTE LE CAMERE L' ARIA CONDIZIONATA SIA IMPOSTATA ALLA STESSA TEMPERATURA IN MODO CENTRALIZZATO E NON POTERLA REGOLARE A SECONDA DELLE PROPRIE ESIGENZE. PER IL MIO CASO SI TRATTA ANCHE DI SPRECO DI ENERGIA IN QUANTO NELLA MIA CAMERA ERA TROPPO FREDDO. LA PROSSIMA VOLTA , PURTROPPO DOVRO' SCEGLIERE UN' ALTRA STRUTTURA.
