Good- Hoppa bus comes right to the door each 30 min (be sure to grab the one to your correct terminaL), 15 min to Heathrow, Free WIFI in the lobby, modern facility, handy Tesco mini market and a terrific Indian restaurant right across the street. This hotel was nice,clean and loved that it has so many Indian restaurant in the vicinity..I mean within walking distance.. The staff is really kind also!! The mattress is really soft and the amenities in the room are cute. I now found that I love Walker Butter cookies. Please, remember to take bus # H58 at the airport also bring a jacket or coat because […] I live in the USA I forgot that even in April England is cold/rainy/miserable ...total 8 GBP amount 12.87 US dollars round trip from the airport and back....London Heathrow does not have a free shuttle... Convenient location if you need to get to the Heathrow airport quickly, but far from the city center. Nice, clean, reasonably priced hotel. Only wired Internet in the room, for high extra charge, but free WiFi in the lobby.

I was dissappointed that the Remada at Heathrow did not open their restaurant in the afternoon and there were no light snacks. I would have loved C a cup of tea and a toasted tea cake after my two hour trip to the hotel. The hotel lobby lounge was not very condusive to eating, but this was the only place to eat when the reastaurant was closed.

OK rooms and service. Nice bathroom. Breakfast is not buffet and has to be ordered.

The hotel manager was very rude. The bed was very uncomfortable, too soft. The room was too hot, air con did not work. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. Not worth the money.

Very nice hotel. Pricey breakfast buffet at a hefty 15.5 pounds (24.50 USD). There is free WiFi in the lobby but not available in the room. Check in and out was very convenient as well as the bus from the airport and the hotel. The neighborhood around the hotel was trashy and pretty busy which made me feel a little unsafe. There is a small grocery […] store across the street called Tesco express which was nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that needs to stay for a short time close to the airport as this location is about an hour from Central London. Mehr

I checked in late night after a long haul flight and found the reception staff to be friendly and efficient. The room was very well laid out - a nice powerful shower to freshen up and a nice touch to provide buscuits with the tea and coffee. The continental breakfast was good but the cooked food - supposedly made to order - turned up cold. I sent it […] back. To be fair the restaurant manager was extremely apologetic and I got my breakfast bill refunded. The only other thing to note is that this hotel is not within the main airport perimeter, so no free buses. The Hopper Service, though, runs frequently. Don't make the same mistake as I did by getting a taxi- it cost a third of the room rate! Mehr

Ramada Hotel at Hearthrow is an airport hotel spelled with a capital A. Minus: Bad breakfast, no cheese, Icecold lobby, internet in the room cost extra Plus: Room all right and staff friendly, free tea in the room

This hotel offers a nice deal for a short stay near Heathrow. The rooms are updated and very nice, although small. The big problem was that they failed to provide a wake-up call or order the taxi to the airport. This as you can imagine caused some problems. My advice, bring your own alarm and use Bus 111 that goes directly to/from the main bus terminal […] at the airport. Mehr

We stayed there to catch a connecting flight next day. The staff is friendly and efficient, the rooms are up to date and clean, it worked out really well for us.

I have stopped at many London hotels costing sustantially more than this but never felt as comfortable and relaxed. One of thequietest hotels friendly and attentive staff Highly recommended.

Front Desk appeared to be in too much of hurry to check in people that they want to answer other questions.

The hotel was convenient location for Heathrow. Parking is very limited, actually had to wait for a spot to open. Was given a handicapped room without notice. Hard to keep water from going everywhere while you are in the shower.

Very proffessional and polite service was provided, we stayed there for one night and the room was very spacious and clean. Check in and check out was done in a short period of time giving us longer to relax. Also has shops for everyday ameneties just a minutes walk from the hotel. Overall was very impressed.

this is one of the best hotels in the Heathrow complex.. reasonably priced, truly excellent service (and I dont use that word lightly).. good food good beer... only downside is expensive wi-fi in the rooms which should be included in the price...plus there should be a quicker way to register onto the router ... otherwise A+

Excellent service. The hotel staff were courteous, polite and very accommodating both at check-in and check-out. Hotel was spotless, rooms very comfortable, and in a quiet location. Distance from Heathrow airport a little far out, but worth it once you get there. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and would definitely stay here again […] . Mehr

Much better hotels closer to Heathrow.

Really nice staff, very helpful. Car park nine pounds a day for guests, don't be scared by the prices as you enter the car park, just take a ticket and show to reception. 25 min walk to the Hounslow West tube station. Then 30 to 40 mins into London. Nice, clean, quiet hotel, enjoyed our two nights.

The staff on Reception were very good. Bar prices - a complete and utter rip-off Evening food was good - although Breakfast wasn't offered which I felt was strange. Service charge of £1.40 was added altho I ate in the Restaurant - I found this irritating, desperate and yet another way of squeezing money out you - tacky and un-necessary Cartoned milk […] sour in room - only discovered when I was making my very early morning cup-of-tea - that was very very annoying. Upgraded room but was noisy (again not helpful on an early start) Although cab was booked on Reception the night before - it didn't show up the next morning. Price quoted at the time was £12 - actual - £17 Great looking place with a good name but let down on stupid detail - shame really!! Mehr

I stayed 4 nights at the Ramada London Heathrow and it was a great value. It was close to the bus/tube and airport, which made my stay even more pleasent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

This is not a 4 star hotel and at best a very average hotel. There are many hotels that are both closer to Heathrow and better hotels. Service was average, the restaurant is poor.

It's moderately priced and comfortable. Single rooms are small but quite adequate and clean. Restaurant was also simple but fine. However, getting to any of the hotels along Bath Road is very difficult and either takes a long time or is costly. There are no free shuttles running constantly from the terminals to the hotels as there are in larger US cities. […] You may as well just get on the Piccadilly Line and get to any number of London hotels in the same time and at little expense. Very clean, modern, hotel. Nearly perfect for a one night stay prior to catching an early morning flight out of Heathrow. The biggest drawback was to be at the hotel's mercy for food and drink since the establishments across the busy street weren't inviting. Updated, modern hotel, just what we needed after spending time in old, charm type hotels with thin walls and cold floors. The only drawback is airport shuttle comes only every 45 minutes so one has to plan carefully and not miss the bus. Perfect for overnight stay near airport for connection purposes. The hotel was nice. The beds were honestly the most amazing I have ever had in a hotel. The location surrounding was really crap, nothing outside, some small shops. Close to the airport, which was the reason for me staying there, cost around 8 E to get a return ticket. I would recommend it if you need to get to the airport early in the morning.
